"Hey. How you holding up?" Beta

"Fine. Why? What's wrong?" I ask unsure.

"Nothing. We just getting ready for the party for Gamma and his mate." Beta

"Is that tonight?" I ask.

"Yes. Isn't it awesome he found his mate already?" Beta says with a hint to his tone.

"Is that you wanting to go find yours too?" I ask with a joking tone.

"Not til my Alpha finds his." Beta laughs knowing why i cant right now.

"You know i cant just up an leave. We have had enough problems that he left us with." I groan. I would love to find my mate. Get my pack a Luna. Get started on pups. Unfortunately that is not in the cards right now. My father has screwed up a lot for me in my life but the damage he did to the pack is worse than anything. It will take me years to create the relationships and trust from other packs back.

"Have you heard from Alpha Tate yet?" Beta

"Yes and no. We have talked and it sounds like yes but he hasnt said yes we will be here this date." I answer still unsure on this whole did.

"We could really use this Alpha." Beta

"I know I just hope it doesnt bite us." I laugh trying to use a joking tone, but I see from Betas look that it didnt work.

"It could, but we have to fix our pack. That means keeping an open mind." Beta

"I know."

"Good now get your ass downstairs for the Gammas party in 3 hours." Beta laughs walking out the office. 3 hour means that I have time to try to relax.

Getting up from my desk I walk over to the couch and slouch down.Grabbing the remote I click it on and watch the screen light up to start playing CHiPS where I left off. Laughing at the beginning, I get lost in the movie.

FEW HOURS LATER

*BANG BANG*

I wake up stretching from the couch as someone is slamming their fist into my office door. Groaning I get annoyed by the noise.

"Stop fucking banging and get in here."I growl as my Beta opens the door.

"Party is going on Alpha." Beta laughs at me.

"Thanks for the update." i groan.

"Wake up. Go congratulate your Gamma and meet his mate." Beta laughs at my face.

"I'm going." I groan as his face turns hard. Wiping my face with my hands I do my final stretch and check my clothes as I make it out of my office.

"Alpha." Every dips theirs and says as I walk in. Beta pushes me over into the kitchen area and over to the counter where my Gamma and his mate, my Delta, my Adversary and his mate are all chating about.

"Andrew congrats and happy to have you back."

"Alpha. Meet Tiffany." Gamma states pulling a lady into his side, so I look next to him. Tiffany is on the shorter side to Andrew's 6' 5" as she stands at 5'7" with bleach blonde hair and a tiny frame. I'm glad he found his mate, but man I hope and pray to the moon goddess that my girl has some curves to her. Smiling to let them know I'm happy for them.

"Hello Tiffany." I nod to Gamma

"Hello Alpha. Nice to meet you!" She speaks with a little squeaky voice making me side glance at my Beta.

"Samantha, why dont you take Tiffany around to meet people while I talk to Alpha." Gamma says looking at my Delta

"Got it Gamma." Samantha says waving her hand at Tiffany to follow. As Tiffany starts following my Delta, Andrew turns to me.

"Sam says that your stressed." Gamma says making me laugh. We have all been good friends sense we were pups and got away with anything.

"Right to the point huh?" I laugh.

"Are you gonna talk about it?" Gamma

"I'll be fine. This is your party." I state

"And your my friend. My Alpha. So talk." Gamma

"I'm fine really!"

"Is this about your mate or the change?" Gamma asks still not letting up.

"Goodness you both are a pain!" I groan and Beta walks up.

"I'm never a pain." Beta laughs and Gamma has a shocked face.

"We just care, Ethan." Gamma states.

"I am Fine." I groan.

"You will find our Luna, but we fully understand why you cant leave yet Ethan." Gamma states with as much authority that he can muster.

"I know."

"And them moving will be good for us! We need this badly and they will say yes!" Beta boasts up trying to sound positive.

"I know. I know" I groan again.

"Great! Now its party time!" Gamma says heading to find his mate.

"Come on just relax for tonight Alpha. Then we can handle more tomorrow." Beta

"Sounds good." I answer and as soon as he has the answer he likes he turns and runs back to the party.

I enjoy the party inside for awhile as well as eat with everyone else. Finally having enough of the loud inside, I head outside to the rest of the party. Heading to the empty sitting area around the firepit. Watching as my pack dances and parties about. Playing cards and lawn games. All very competitive making them argue and me laugh.

After a few hours later, I decide to call it a night. Heading to my house, I end up in bed thinking for the rest the night until I pass out.
