Chapter 8: A Gift For Her

In the next morning, Jimin's alarm clock rang.

"Is it morning already? It happened so fast." Jimin said, stretching his hand iver his head.

Once he felt refreshed, he got up from his bed and went to bath, After he done wearing his clothes and get ready for school, he walk out of his room and saw a 5000 won money on a dresser beside his room door with a note.

'I'm sorry. This is the only money that I have. Here, 5000 won for your school. Use it wisely. This is for a week. Mother'

Jimin in a disappointment, take the money and go to school.

Before he arrived at school, he stopped at Yoongi's house to walk to school with him.

Whithout Jimin calling him, Yoongi came out of his house.

"Oh? Jimin you didn't call for me today?" Yoongi said.

"Miss my voice? Ayy, We just met yesterday and day before that and day before that too." Jimin replied, teasingly punch him.

Yoongi snorted at Jimin's reply, feeling disgusted.

"Y-Yoongi! You forgot this thing." SunHi said to Yoongi, handing his handphone.

"What is this thing?" SunHi said looking at the phone curiously.

"It's a smartphone, a communication device. What's wrong with you?" Yoongi explained to SunHi.

"You guys has gotten pretty close huh?" Jimin said sarcastically.

Yoongi and SunHi both smile at Jimin's question.

"Can I have that?" SunHi asked to Yoongi, Yoongi sigh and ignored her.

"What the..." SunHi pout and stomp her feet into Yoongi's aunt restaurant.

While they were on the way walking to the school, Jimin convinced Yoongi to buy SunHi a smartphone.

"Why don't you buy her one? It will be easier if she lost." Jimin said to Yoongi.

Yoongi just keep his silence untill they were at school.

While they were at school, he entered his class, HyeJung ran to Yoongi and hugged him.

"Oppa~ HyeJung missed oppa. Can we have date today? After school." HyeJung said smiling.

"I miss my homework and school more than you. I would rather die and go to hell than have a date with you." Yoongi said.

"How sweet of you. I like a diligent guy who likes to do homework and school. Why would you die?" HyeJung said to Yoongi while putting her hands on Yoongi's neck.

"For your information, i hate homework and school. So, you should understand what I meant. Unless you're an idiot. I would die having a date with you." Yoongi said sarcastically and pushed HyeJung's hands.

Jimin just laugh behind Yoongi, they both walked to their seat and leave HyeJung behind.

"How can she be so dumb?" Jimin said while laughing, tilting his head.

SunHi stand at Yoongi's school entrance with Yoongi's aunt, amazed looking at human's school.

"Woahh... this is what human's school looks like." She whispered to herself. "You like it?" Yoongi's aunt asked SunHi.

"Yes, I really like it." SunHi said, smiled widely at Yoongi's aunt.

"Let's register yourself and buy a school uniform, okay?" Yoongi's aunt said at SunHi.

"Sure!" SunHi replied. After they done registering, they walk out of the school and buy SunHi a school uniform.

On lunch time, Yoongi and his friends eating on the school roof. While they were eating, Jungkook spotted Namjoin eating bread with a gusto and report it to Yoongi.

"Hyung, Namjoon is here too." Jungkook said to Yoongi.

All of their friends looked at Namjoon.

"Let's go." Yoongi said to all of his friends, they all walk to Namjoon.

"Namjoon-ah, what are you doing?" Yoongi asked to namjoon, patting in his back.

"Please don't! I'll pay!" Namjoon said, hesitantly took out 3000 won and hands it to Yoongi.

"Woahh... you're being good today." Jimin said to Namjoon while patting his head.

"I'll let you go since you're good today. Let's go!" Yoongi said while patting Namjoon's head and walk away with his friends.

After a few while, school bells rang, telling the stidents that school has end.

All the students hapilly going back home.

"Hyung, let's go home." Jimin said to Yoongi.

"Go first. I have somewhere to go." Yoongi said.

"Can I go with you?" Jimin asked Yoongi.

"Do what you want." Yoongi said and walk to a mall.

"Why are we going to a mall?" Jimin asked.

Yoongi just silent. He continue to walk and ignored Jimin.

Suddenly Yoongi stopped at a phone store and went into the store. Jimin also followed him.

"Hyung, are you going to buy a phone? Is your phone broken?" Jimin asked.

"Just keep quiet." Yoongi said.

Jimin remembered that SunHi asked Yoongi to buy her a smartphone.

Yoongi took out his phone and show it to a salesman.

"Can I have a phone same like this?" Yoongi said.

"I want one too." Jimin said.

"What's with your phone? And do you even have money?" Yoongi asked to Jimin.

"My phone was broken. It's an old phone after all." Jimin said while checking his money.

Unfortunately he has no money.

"Here is the exactly same phone." The salesman show the phones to Yoongi and Jimin.

"It's okay. I'll cancel it." Jimin said to the salesman.

"Pack these two." Yoongi said.

"Thanks, hyung." Jimin said to Yoongi while smiling widely.

"Here..." Yoongi said coldly handing Jimin one of the phone, Jimin take it excitedly, still smiling.

After they done, they go back home, Yoongi get in his house. SunHi ran excitedly to Yoongi.

"Yoongi!!! You know what?" SunHi said to Yoongi. "I'm going to your school tomorrow. I'll study hard. I'm so excited." SunHi said.

"Umm... So?" Yoongi asked SunHi.

"You don't like it?" SunHi pouted.

"Not really." Yoongi replied while smiling and patted SunHi's head.

He went to his room and put the phone that he bought for SunHi on a table, after that, SunHi sat on a couch.

"What's with him? Why does he hates me so much? Should I tell him who I am?" SunHi said to herself, she spotted the phone.

"What is this?" SunHi said, she opened the phone's box and hold the phone.

"Woah... is this what called smartphone?" SunHi said to herself and ran to Yoongi's room.

She entered the room, "Ahhh!!!" She screamed.

"Ahh!!!" Yoongi also screamed out of shock and covered his body.

SunHi saw Yoongi half naked, changing his clothes.

"Why are you creaming? Don't surprise me like that." SunHi said to Yoongi, blinking infrontbof the door. Yoongi then quickly wear his clothes.

"Can you at least knock on the door? Don't you know how to knock? Your parents didn't teach you? You can come in." SunHi walk in Yoongi's room with sad face and stand at Yoong's room door.

"Why would you bring up my parents?" SunHi said, about to cry remembering about her family under the sea.

Yoongi froze, realised what he did.

"S-sorry" He said, as he came closer to SunHi and hugged her "I'm sorry. I forgot about that." He patted SunHi's head with worried face.

'Why didn't I think before I speak? I kept hurting her. I'm afraid I would hurt her again and she will hate me.' Yoongi said in his heart, still hugging SunHi.

She didn't cry but she froze.

She neither say anything nor reacting to anything, she didn't respond either.
