STOLEN

I was frozen on the spot. I blinked more than once and even pinched myself because I might be hallucinating. Is this real? I mean, he looked exactly like the guy I've been waiting for.

"Hi," He greeted me with a shy smile.

"Gray!" I automatically said when our eyes met. I felt like melting because of his gaze. Damn! Is he real? I mean, he does look like the guy from the picture I've got from Gray's profile picture in Wattpad before.

What are the odds of meeting him here?

Although, his face became more mature. My heart knows he is the guy. I wasn't even sure how I knew that, but I just knew.

"You know me?" He asked, surprised.

I composed myself and I smiled at what he asked. I couldn't remove my smile. I swear, I felt butterflies around my stomach and oh my gosh! I couldn't breathe. It's true that he is in front of me.

And, not only that, I even caught him taking a picture of me and I don't know what to feel.

I felt like I'm going to explode.

I took my phone and showed him my wallpaper. I saw the frown on his forehead, maybe he didn't expect what he saw.

"Why do I have a picture of you?" He raised his eyebrow.

"Why are you taking a picture of me?" I fired back.

"Why do you know me? Are you a stalker?" I smiled and hid my phone as he continued to guess who I was and how I got his picture. "Miss, who are you?"

"Well, I'm a fan of yours," I blurted. Before I could even think about it, I told him. "I'm Yanne Samaniego and I'm in love with you."

I left him before he could react. Oh my gosh! What did I just say? I mean, oh my gosh! I am blushing! I hid from the shelves and silently shouted my happiness. I mean, what are the odds? Gosh! I never thought I could see him. Maybe, the law of attraction does work.

My heart is beating so fast. Seriously, I can still feel the butterflies in my stomach. I could no longer explain how I feel because it is already mixed. Oh my gosh!

I just know that I am so happy today that if God takes me I will be really happy to die.

Imagine, I get to see the guy that I've been waiting for you. I was able to talk to him and tell him how much I like him. It was so embarrassing, but who knows, if it will still happen.

I don't know if there is a right time, right place but for me this is the right time because if I didn't say that I might regret it later.

And at least even though I can't see him anymore I was able to say what I wanted to say and I saw him at least once. I can now move on.

Until I lined up at the cashier, the smile never left my lips. I looked like a fool, smiling, looking for him in case he hadn't left.

I felt sorry for Lyuna since she wasn't able to witness it. I could no longer wait to tell her about Gray. I hope I'm beautiful in the picture he took.

Gosh! I'm thrilled.

My smiles were still wide when I came out of the bookstore. I looked like a fool with a smile and my mind was still floating, so I was surprised when someone blocked my way.

Oh my gosh!

My knees felt weak when I saw Gray in front of me. I can feel my heart beating like I ran a mile. Why is Gray so handsome?

"Uhm. Hello!" I smiled a little.

Seriously, I remember what I did before. It's embarrassing because he might say I'm crazy, but wait? Did he wait for me out here?

"Did you fall in love at first sight with my handsomeness?" He suddenly said while laughing. What the hell! He's so freaking handsome and yeah I could smell his perfume from a distance.

"Well, yes?" I replied, laughing, too.

"Really? Me too, I fell in love with you at first sight." He grinned.

Gosh! Can't believe I'm talking to Gray. But wait, I suddenly thought that maybe this man was just flirting with me.

Maybe he's already married.

My phone rang. Before I could answer the call, Gray handed me his cellphone.

I even raised an eyebrow when he asked, "May I have your number?"

Oh. Damn! He is asking for my number!

"Wait." I looked at him from head to toe. "Do you have a wife?" I directly asked. "If you have, please don't get my high hopes. It's already enough that I saw you. We can walk from here now."

I smiled and glanced at him one last time, memorizing his features.

"Alright, I need to go first. I'll just take a picture of you next time, when I see you again," I told him. I felt like a picture of him right now would ruin my imagination of him. At least, I get to see him in person.

"Do you think I am going to steal your picture if I am already married?" He frowned and acted hurt. He raised both of his hands, waved it at me. It’s clean, but who knows, right? He might have removed it before going out.

“Even if you rape me, you won’t find a wedding ring on me,” he grinned and looked so sure about it.

“Really?” I asked, skeptically. “Do you have a girlfriend?”

“Are you already my girlfriend?” He bit his lower lip and laughed.

Damn! That was smooth. Okay, we don’t know if he is just playing with me, but, come on, butterflies are roaming around my stomach and I just can't let go of the feeling. Gosh!

He slowly walked towards me and I suddenly felt afraid of slow motion. I am terrified because it might be real, that I do love him, without even knowing him. It was possible, but I am scared that this might all turn into a bad idea. I mean, I never thought about seeing him in real life. I dreamed of it, but still, like oh my gosh! I never got to the point of actually being on the spot with him.

Why the hell is he so handsome?

He handed me his phone and I received it. Duh! It is now or never and I don’t want to regret not trying a love story with him. After all, I manifested this. I wished for this and now I have it. I typed my number and still couldn’t believe what I was feeling. It’s so hard to believe. After all these years, why now? Maybe, this is the right time.

"Here." I gave it back to him and he couldn’t hide his smile. Did he really fall at first sight? I mean, is that also real? What’s not real about love?

“Want to have some coffee?” He invited me as we started walking.

“Are you going to treat me?”

“Whatever you like, babe.” He winked.

And, that’s how it all started.
