#####Chapter 4

“WHAT?” they yell at once.

“ She is my mate.” he repeats. His chest going up and down in fury.

“ How dare you touch what is mine? HOW DARE YOU?” he yells, taking a threatening step towards his friend.

“ I am sorry alpha” Origen says with a little bow. I don't know why, but I get up, touch Bion's face. Slowly he closes his eyes and rest into my touch.

“ MINE” he growls.

“ Yours” I whisper even before I realise what I am saying.

“ HOW!!!” they exclaim. I suddenly snap out of the trance turning around, the three looks very shocked.

“ What? I don't know why I did that so stop staring.” I whisper very nervously.

“ Oh no sorry, It's Bion that's getting us shocked. Never thought he could ever be so possessive” Origen says. Damn he talks a lot.

“ Well, that's what he is known for.” Hypatios says for the first time since they came in.

Mental note: I need to stop saying my thoughts

My nose suddenly flare up I smell blood, my head snaps towards the smell. Origen lips got busted from Bion's punch. My belly growls, I feel so damn hungry. His neck looks smooth, I can literally see his veins moving.

“ Why the hell is your mate staring at me like that?” I hear him say, but it's like I am I longer in control. I feel my teeth growing longer, my throat dry. I take a step finding my self in front of him.

“ Mel—--” I dig my teeth into his, and suck his blood hard.

“ MELANIE!!!!!!” I hear them scream, but I don't care. I keep drinking, it tastes so good. I want more, I want it all. Pushing him to the floor, I follow and dig in again.

“ Stop her. She is going to kill him” Tios yells. Macho tries to drag her away from him, but in a blink of an eye she flings him across the room. He crashes into the wall with a loud groan.

“ Damn!!!! She is strong.” Macho groans.

Bion rushes towards her, and carries her. She jerks growling at him.

“ I am so hungry” she snarls

“ Get a bag of blood now” Bion yells. Macho runs out, but is back in a few seconds with a bag of blood. Bion takes it from him, and gives to Melanie who drinks it hungrily. He lays her back on the bed as she falls asleep.

My eyes flutter open, my eyelids are heavy. I close them back, slowly prying them open again.

“ Where am I?” I ask no one In particular. Looking around again, I find out I am still in Bion's house. I sit up slowly.

Where are they?

“ Stop her. She is going to kill him” Tios yells.

“ Get a bag of blood now”

The memories comes to me likes waves.

Fuck!!!

I drank Origen's blood. How is he? Oh my gosh!! What am I going to do? How do I face him again? What do I tell him? What of Bion? Would he be mad at me?

Darn it. I shouldn't be thinking of Bion now. I am so nervous. I pace up, and down the room. Finally I burst into tears. How? How am I supernatural? How did that happen? What happened to my bones memories? Are my families not my families or are they supernatural too?

All these questions with no one to answer them. Arrrgh, my life is a mess. I am going to go out, and find Bion.

Making up my mind I walk towards the door, but what about Origen? What would he think of me? I am so confused.

“Bion is our mate, he will protect us.” a voice says in my head. I feel calm. Finally gathering the courage, I open the door, and head downstairs to the living room, where I find all of them cleaning.

“ Oh hi.” Tios says, waving lightly at me.

“ Hi” I whisper, my voice breaking.

“ How are you feeling?” Bion asks a bit concerned. I look at my nails suddenly finding them interesting.

“ I am fine. Where is Origen?” I ask inaudibly.

“ I am here. How are you?” he asks. I look at him there is a bandage on his neck. I burst out crying.

“ I am so sorry. I didn't know what came over me. I saw your lips bleeding, and the urge just took over me. I am so sorry sorry please don't be mad at me please.” I say in tears.

“ It's totally fine cool. I am fine. Its normal for a vampire to have that urge. I am not mad.” he says calmly.

“ Oh so you know about it.” I murmured, my brows pulling up together.

“ Yea. Bion briefed us already.” Macho says, rolling his eyes.

Don't they keep stuff like that a secret? I mean they could snitch.

“ How can we snitch on ourselves?" Tios snorted.

Damn I am thinking out loud again. I make a mental note to take note of my mental note.

“ Oh so you guys are supernatural too?” I ask curiously.

“ Yea. I am a Dragoon” Origen says pouring out fire from his mouth as he spins. The curtain catches fire. I scream really loud.

“ Fire fire!!!” I yell panicking. Macho rolls his eyes, stretching out his hands. He mumbles words I can't hear, and the fire dies.

“ And I am a wizard” Macho says his hand burning in fire.

“ Not again. Kill that damn fire” I yell panicking again.

“ What is it? Is she scared of a little fire" Macho smirks.

“ Bion?" I called hoping he would save me, but he just sits there laughing at the fear written on my face. I have a really bad memory with fire. I hate fire.

“ Come here you little brat” I hear his voice in my head. No it's not real, it's all in my head.

“ Hey, Mel what's wrong?” I hear a voice, but I can't get the memory away from my head.

“ Hey, are you scared of a little fire?” Macho asks again, drawing closer with the fire still in his hands.

“ I said STOPPP!!!!!” I yell with my might pushing my hands forward. I feel a force coming out of me. Hitting Macho, and throwing him across the room. He hits his back on the wall, and groans. I draw my hands back. How did I just do that?

“ Hey Mel, calm down, it's okay.” Bion's voice says soothing me.

“ How did I do that?” I ask aloud.

“ I guess you are not just a vampire, but a witch too.” Origen says, smiling.

“I have to go home now,” I whisper.

“ Come, I will take you.” Bion offers, holding my hand as we leave. I stop at the door and turn back.

“ I am so sorry Macho. I have a phobia for fire” I say in a pleading tone.

“ It's okay. I am sorry for pushing too” he apologizes.

“ Goodnight Tios.” I say. He is smiling.

“ Well, I am a vampire” he murmurs.

“ I kinda figured that, you are very pale” I whisper smirking at him.

“ Oh yeah bye” he waves, and I wave back.

“ Let's go” Bion says holding the car door open. I get in an he takes me home.

SOMEWHERE IN THE UNKNOWN

A dark night shadow is seen sitting on a throne. The face is hidden under a dark robe, only thing that can be seen is the glowing red eyes. Watching a big ball which shows Melanie sleeping in Bion's car.

“Is everything ready for the ritual X?” the shadow booms.

“Almost ready master, we just need human blood for the ritual to be complete. To give rise to the dead a life must be taken.” X answers.

“Then go get the human,” the shadow says uninterested.

“ Yes master” X bows and leaves.

“ Just in due time Melanie. I am coming for you. You are mine” the shadow says laughing evilly then returns to watch Melanie in the ball.

11:00pm

NEW YORK

“I need to go get some groceries, will be right back” a young girl chirps happily, running towards the door.

“ Anna get back here, it's too late for that” her mom yells from the kitchen.

“ Will be right back mom. Love you” Anna yells rushing out of the house regardless her mom's disagreement.

Anna whistles, and hums to herself as dances around happily. It's not her first time walking late on the street.

“ Hello is any one there?” she asks as she hear some steps behind her. Increasing her pace, she turns around to see a dark huge figure looming in the dark.

“ What do you want?” scared Anna asks, teeth clattering in fear.

“ Your life” the voice booms.

“ No, no, no. ” she shakes her head, and begins running. She trips, falling to the floor. Her knee scans the concrete, tearing her flesh as blood seeps out. Turning around in tears, the shadow stood over her.

“ NOOOOOO!!!!!” she screams loudly.
