Chapter 4.2

SNOW was excited as she left the house, she was about to enroll. It was only two semesters and she will be finish in college. Just a little more time, she can take the LET exam. If lucky, next year she will be a legitimate teacher.

Her heart was overflowing with joy. After the death of her father, it was only then that she became so happy. Her world collapsed when her stepmother drove her away and now it seemed that it was slowly forming again.

"Going somewhere?" asked a baritone voice. Dylan, the gorgeous womanizer.

"At the university to enroll," she replied quickly. Dylan was okay. He was not trying to flirt with her so she did not understand why everyone was warning her about him. She may just not be attractive for him. Possible…

"Where is that university?" He asked and told him where. Andrew was supposed to bring her there but he suddenly had something to take care of so she would just commute, that was not a problem with her anyway. She was used to commuting. When she had no money, and very desperate, she just walked from home to school.

“I will take you with me. I will go there too,” he said kindly.

"Do you have a student girlfriend?" she asked in shock.

"I'm already thirty, I don't hit with students," Dylan said then laughed. "Let's go?"

She followed the man to the garage. "If not a student, professor?" she still curiously asked Dylan. It just made him laugh even more.

He opened the car door for her and just answered her question while he was driving. "I'm not dating a professor."

"In that case, why are you going to the university?"

"My mom. She's a professor. Last day of the summer class she was holding, she wanted me to pick her up. Mom-son date. You think so bad of me,” said Dylan, who was obviously holding back his laughter.

"Sorry," she said shyly.

“It's okay. I'm used to it."

Arriving at the university parking area, Dylan quickly went out to open the door for her. Gentleman indeed. So maybe that was why a lot of women were obsessed with him. “Thanks, Dylan. Have fun with your date,” she said then winked at him.

He smiled charmingly then nod. "Be careful coming home later."

Snow smiled back at the man. The San Gabriels were not as bad as she thought. They have their own world and they don't seem like relatives but they also have their good sides.

As Snow walked, she noticed the whispering of some female students. Probably because of Dylan. They were young but already a gossipers. When she was their age, she was not like that. She really focused on learning.

Today, young women only talked about their crushes. While she was queuing to pay the tuition fee, someone still couldn't stand it and approached her to ask what her relationship was with Dylan San Gabriel.

"Nothing," she replied coldly.

"Then why did he bring you here?"

"Ahm, you don't care?" she replied angrily. They didn't even know each other and she was asking her like they were close. The witch even glared at her before leaving.

After enrolling, Snow decided to go through Mama Evian's house first, which was also her house but she got evicted. She wanted to make sure she was alright. Their relationship was awful but she still cared about her. She was a martyr when it came to her stepmom.

She peeked into the house and saw her stepmother. She was watching TV alone, she looked okay and there was no problem. “Mama...”

The woman immediately frowned when she saw her. "What are you doing here?"

"I'll just say hello to you."

“I am okay. You can leave now. ”

“Mama...”

“You don't have a mother here. Get out."

She shrugged her shoulders as she obeyed her. As if she had a choice. It may not be the right time for them to get along. She decided to go to the convenience store where she used to work before returning to the San Gabriels' house. She did not want Anastasia to see her so down.

“Snow! You are alive! ” Miles greeted her excitedly.

Snow smiled. "I miss you, Miles."

“What? How are you? Why do you seem to be losing money again? ”

"I'm from Mama Evian—"

“Okay. Stop,” she stopped her. “I already know what comes next. That's not what I want to know. How are you? Where do you live?"

He told Miles everything and her eyes widened. "Seriously?" she asked, she cannot believe her.

"Yes!"

“My God, Snow! No more seven dwarfs but seven princes! You are the one surrounded by handsome creatures.” She could hear the envy in Miles' voice but she was obviously happy for her.

"You are overreacting. And why seven, there are only six men there? ”

“Andrew is your seventh prince. I saw him the last time we met. My God! My panties almost fell off. ”

Snow laughed heartily at what Miles was saying. She made the right decision going there first before returning to the San Gabriel's house.

“Never say this to others, okay? The whole country will talk about you. Fans of the San Gabriels will bash you. ”

“As if I care about their fans. I don't have a San Gabriel boyfriend anyway. Oh, Miles, I'll just come back here when I have a chance. ”

"Next time, introduce me to those princes," Miles said.

“They are not my friends. Anastasia is my only friend in there. ”

When Snow came out of the convenience store, she immediately noticed a familiar vehicle. It was like Jason's car. Her suspicion was confirmed when the car window opened.

"Hop in."

"Why?"

"Aren't you going home yet?"

"How did you know I was here?"

“I just passed by here, then I saw you. Will you come along? ”

She would have said yes but a motorcycle stopped in front of her. It was Cole! "Snow!" smiling, he called her. "You're going home? Get on with me. ”

She quickly approached Cole and put on the helmet he handed her. "How did you know I was here?"

“Andrew mentioned that you enrolled so I would pick you but you were no longer at school when I arrived. Andrew said you might be here so I came here. It's good that you are still here. ”

And her heart was fragile so she presumed he liked her already.
