I put my hand on his books while looking at them, almost everything has to do with meds. Doesn't he have magazines or comics?

Well, I only brought cereal here.

I went straight to his kitchen to look for cereal, I immediately took it because it was placed in the first cabinet, he complained about the height of my cabinet and his cabinet was higher.

I looked for mini stairs, I saw it right away that's why I quickly got the cereal.

I put the stairs back to their original place before deciding to go out, I immediately stopped when I passed by his room, something in me was pushing me to go in there but I stopped myself.

i found myself walking through his room, i don't like to intrude, i'm just curious about what his room looks like.

I slowly opened it, I was amazed after seeing the big shelves on the side of his bed, the theme of his room is black, brown and white and there is a king size bed in the middle, I went inside to see his room better.

I turned on the light so the colors came alive.

like the shelf outside, all of his books are related to meds, I looked at the magazine that was on the cabinet right here on the side of his bed.

I looked at that because my face is on the front page of the magazine, so he's looking at my magazines?

I opened it and thank god I don't have a picture of me in a bikini because if it happens I might not look like I can present to him even though he has seen my whole body, well at least he's drunk that time, let's not talk about that .

I turned to the frame that was sitting right here on the side of the magazine, it was upside down so I lifted it to see the picture on it.

"Really?" I asked in disbelief after seeing who he was with in that photo.

It's Razi, remember her? she's hugging Laurent in the first picture then she's kissing Laurent cheeks in the second one.

I immediately returned the upset because of the shock.

"What's their connection to each other?" I asked the wind.

I looked down and saw a photo scattered there, it's them again but this one, Razi's kissing him on his lips, I looked at the letter behind them.

"Happy 3rd Anniversary Honey." When I read what was written, I bit my lip after reading it.

so they're ex lovers?

I quickly put it back on the floor before running out of his unit, leaning against the door of my unit as I entered.

"Hey open it!" I got away from the door when suddenly someone knocked, I know that voice, it's Cassidy.

"What are you doing here?" I asked when the door opened.

"Oh wow, I'm not allowed to come here." He said before going straight inside my unit, I gasped in the air before closing the door.

"What do you need?" I asked again before standing next to him, he was already sitting in my living room as if you thought the condo unit was his.

"I'm going to watch something on Netflix, it's exciting." He answered, he immediately turned on the TV and went to his netflix account.

"What title?" I will ask.

"Handmaidens." i faced at her with a disgusted look, she just laughed at me before searching on Netflix.

"Are you serious? Why is that? I'm not allowed to do that, I hate it." I said innocently, he looked at me in disbelief before stopping what he was doing.

"Feeling virgin? stop me huh! the other day someone came to you and asked where you were because you left a pregnancy test on the taping." He looked at me evilly before touching both of my shoulders.

"Tell me, is that yours? Are you pregnant?" He still shook me so I hit his hand to make him let go of me.

"Gaga! that's not mine." I refused, I stood up before eating the cereal I took from Laurent's unit, I was hungry.

"Are you sure that nothing happened when we went to the bar? something's fishy because Xai, you just don't want to admit it."

"Well, what can I admit, there's really nothing to admit." I was still a little tired while pouring milk into the bowl where I would put the cereal.

"Omg let's start!" he shouted, I covered my ears before standing next to him, he looked at me in surprise after seeing the cereal I was carrying.

"Shouldn't you be eating lunch? You're too lazy to cook!" He shouted at me, I ignored him and continued eating.

He was serious about what he said earlier that we were going to watch Hand Maiden, I cover my eyes every time something obscene happens, Cassidy is still happy because that's what really brings the show, I don't know about that.

"Isn't it over yet?" I will ask.

"It's over, it's been a while." He answered that's why I removed my hand that was covering my eyes, I looked at him badly because it was still in the bed scene, it was dirty.

"Fuck you Cassidy!" I yelled at him before continuing to watch, well I've done some shows where there's a bed scene, I'm just not used to watching it because it's a different Hand Maiden where both women are in bed.

I breathed a sigh of relief when the show ended, Cassidy quickly turned to me before hitting my arm.

"What's your problem?" I asked him annoyed while rubbing my arm, how painful it was.

"It's your birthday on Dec 23, what are your plans?" he asked, I raised an eyebrow at him because of that.

"It's January Cassidy what are you doing! My birthday is still far away." I looked at her, I saw her looking at a gown in an online shop. "What is that for?" I will ask.

"For your Birthday." He answered, is he so crazy?

I just shook my head before standing up and putting what I ate in the sink, I'm still hungry and I feel like I want to eat something sour.

"Cassidy do you have a walk?" I asked him, he put down his cellphone before shaking his head.

"Why? Are you going to the bar with me?" he asked, if his liver is damaged I won't be surprised.

"I'm just going to go grocery shopping, my team isn't available because they're all on rest so you're the only one who can come with me." I answered, she rolled her eyes before nodding her head.

"What time?" he asked, he came to my refrigerator to look at the contents. "When was the last time you went grocery shopping?" He added.

"I'm from the U.S. I haven't done grocery shopping since I got here." I answered him, he came to me before opening his note app.

"Let's list the things you need so you don't forget, I know you, when we're at the grocery store, what do you get and you forget the things you need." I rolled my eyes at her before we listed the food that I needed, only a little shampoo and conditioner were listed, those are the only ones that are really needed.

"Just behave there, I'll fix it." He nodded while still looking at his phone so I entered the room to take a shower.

well, he said that someone came to the house and said that I left something on the tape, I hope it's Mama Ched because if someone else saw it, it could get to the media and it's a big issue if it happens.

My stomach is getting a little fuller, it's not as flat as before but it's not that big yet because I'm only one month pregnant, it's not too obvious yet.

I just wore a casual dress that I paired with the 3 inch heels I was wearing, the dress I was wearing was blue, that's why the heels I used were also blue, I also wore a pony tail because it was quite hot outside, I got shades before we went come out

"You drive Cassidy, I'm sleepy it's scary to drive." I said before entering the shot gun seat he didn't complain anymore so we left quickly.

"Where are we?" He asked, we are here at the Mall parking lot.

"Let's go to the grocery store, the one in front so it's not too far." I answered, he made sure the car was locked before we finally got inside.

we didn't stay inside for long because I was really sleepy, I also want to change the mattress because the mattress in my condo is 2 years old, it's not that comfortable a bed anymore.

We passed by the mattress store, Cassidy separated from me because he said he was going to look for someone else.

I'm currently looking for a king size bed, it just fits in my room, I'm even more sleepy after seeing it, it looks like a good bed.

I sat there to see if it was soft enough to make me comfortable. Well, it's soft enough.

I was taken aback when I felt someone pulling my hair, Laurent's face was the first thing that came to my mind that's why I immediately stood up.

"Wait, what are you doing here?" I asked in shock. "Don't tell me I fell asleep here in the mattress store?" I asked him, he nodded his head in response, which is why I pulled myself together.

"What time is it? Why didn't you wake me up?" I asked him, he laughed at me before showing me his cell phone.

Wait, we came here at 1pm? It's 5pm, I've been sleeping here for four hours!

I pulled him closer to me before pressing my face to his chest.

"It's a shame." I whispered to him, I could feel his kiss on my head that's why I immediately let him go.

"What did the staff say? recognized me? omg." I said shyly.

"Don't worry, I got rid of the people." He answered.

"How?"

"I gave them 1,000 each so they can leave and you can sleep well." He answered, "I spent almost 60,000, you can buy the mattress you are sleeping on now." He added, my eyes widened because of that, why did they pay 1k each.

"Have you been there before?" I asked, he just nodded before helping me go. "Wait, Cassidy? Where is she?" I asked again, he pointed to Cassidy who was standing on one side, Gaga was still holding back her laughter.

"What are you laughing at?" I asked him with raised eyebrows, he came to me before sitting next to me.

"Is he the Doctor you're talking about? Omg where did you get that? I was also given 10,000 to keep quiet." He whispered while looking at Laurent, Laurent's face could not be explained as if he was asking what Cassidy was telling me now.

he drove me to the parking lot where my car was, he helped me put my shopping before Cassidy and I left.

"He has a bit of an attitude but I like him for you, you know he's rich, handsome, obviously a doctor because he looks like he just got back from duty also just one call away." He said he was fantasizing that's why I snapped in front of him to bring him back to his trance.

"He's not my boyfriend, your issue is."

when we got to the condo, Laurent's car was already parked, we were currently getting the things we bought, Laurent came to us while holding his pocket before taking my things from me.

"Let me, go up there." I just let him carry the things I bought, six eco bags and Laurent took four while Cassidy took the other two.

"Give me." I took one from him, he gave me a bad look before giving me an eco bag, it was small and quite light.

"Why are you flirting in front of me? Respect." Cassidy listened before walking first.

Laurent and I laughed together before following him.

We are currently in front of my unit now, I entered the password so we can freely enter inside.

"Just put it in the kitchen Laurent, I'll fix it." I said while hanging my sling bag.

Cassidy was already sitting on the sofa looking very tired from the day, I accompanied Laurent outside the unit because he said he had something to deliver.

"What is that?" I asked, he took out the box that contained the ring with a big stone in the middle.

"I want to marry you so please, marry me, just like what you've said, here's my 50 plans for our future, I hope that's enough for you to marry me, so here's the ring." he removed the ring from the box. "Will you marry me?" He asked, I laughed softly before taking the envelope where the 50 plans he was talking about were written, he held my hand before putting on the ring.

"Wait! I haven't answered yet?" I complained, he laughed softly before looking at the ring on my hand before speaking.

"You're still going to marry me, I just asked you for a thrill, I don't need your answer, I need you to make our marriage work, so don't run away from me." He raised his eyebrows, why is he so cool when he does that?

"You know too much!" I yelled at him before slapping him softly, he kissed my hand before he kissed my forehead.

"I love you." He whispered.

"Since when?" I asked with raised eyebrows.

"Since you harassed me." He answered proudly, I glared at him but he just laughed at me.

"Don't be mad, you look like an angry siopao." When he teased me, I pushed him into his unit.

"Bye! I'll just pay the 100k." I was about to turn around but he grabbed my waist before pulling me into his unit.

"Pay me in bed." His whisper caused my entire system to tingle.

I hit his chest because of his shamelessness.

"You suck!" I shouted before deciding to go back to my unit, he laughed even more before I completely closed the door of his unit.

I'm currently drinking milk because I really plan to sleep, but this Laurent has no plans to sleep yet.

Doctor Kwakkwak:

hey, I saw that Cassidy left earlier,

are you okay?

I was in agony while typing what I was going to answer.

You:

I'm fine no need to worry, I hope you don't mind if I sleep.

Doctor Kwakkwak:

let's call luv.

I almost spit out the milk I was drinking after reading that, I just didn't laugh, I found myself smiling while typing my next reply, this is crazy.

You:

why do we need to call if you're just there next door? why don't you come inside if you want me to watch me sleep?

less than a minute later I heard a series of doorbells, I even laughed a little before walking to the door to open it for Laurent

"Hurry up." When I teased, I was just wowed when he went ahead of me to go inside, really wow.

"hey get out of there!" I shouted after he entered my room, I don't even let anyone to enter my room just like that.

"Wow fiesta." He said as he looked around my room, I gave him a hard time before taking my hanging clothes. "I really like this design of your bra, oh btw this is yours isn't it?" I immediately caught the bra that she threw, the smell was different and it was obviously washed, it smelled like her.

"I don't want it anymore, keep it for future purposes." I said before handing it back to him, he looked at me in disbelief because of that.

"Why? What do you think of me? Gay?"

"Just put it aside! You might want to lust after me in the future."

"What the fvck, I'm not pervert, well my words did but like I've said, I'm not. you are the one who harassed that."

"Tsk, just keep it." I said while reaching back to him, "Can't you think? You know that you will also lose me in the future Laurent, so for future purposes." I said stressed, he raised an eyebrow at me before approaching me and checking my body.

I looked at him because, he's already looking at me, he looks serious the way he looks at my eyes, I was the only one who looked away.

I took a deep breath before consuming the milk I was drinking earlier.

"Let's just sleep, it's getting late." He sat on the bed so I slowly opened my eyes.

"Don't worry, I'll just watch you sleep, I don't sleep here." I swallowed because I felt sorry for what I said earlier, I immediately grabbed his hand.
