I was blinded by a blinding light, come on white light—am I dead?

"Nurse, he's awake." I heard Laurent's voice that's why I looked down, I'm not dead yet I'm just in the hospital.

"Why are you still calling the nurse, aren't you the doctor?" I asked, he laughed softly before standing up, what is that? has he been sitting there waiting for me to wake up? how about his other patients?

"Have you been there for a while?" I asked, he fixed the dextrose in my hand, "Wait, why am I on dextrose?" Wrinkled when I asked.

"You're so noisy, don't ask any more questions." His answer was, oh, I'll slap it.

"You know, you're the only doctor I know who answers his patient like that, you're so unprofessi—"

"If you don't shut up I will kiss you." I kept my mouth shut because of that.

"You've been asleep for a day, that's why we have to give you dextrose—"

"Where's my baby?" I interrupted his explanation.

"It's in your womb." He answered philosophically, I removed the dextrose from my hand before standing up.

"Wait, what are you doing?" he asked, my eyes watered quickly after seeing that my hand was bleeding from where I pulled out the dextrose.

I fell down to sit on the bed before covering my face, I cried loudly for some unknown reason, Laurent just washed me before sitting next to me and stopped me from crying.

"Shh, stop crying. Why did you suddenly remove it? Where are you going?" he asked, I looked at him evilly before wiping my tears.

"I'm going home, I don't want to be here anymore, I don't want to." I shouted at him, he took my hand to look at the wound.

"I'll treat your wound first." he said before taking the alcohol, I quickly hid my hand just as he was about to pour the alcohol.

"What now?" He asked irritably, I was annoyed that I couldn't understand, I felt like crying, I couldn't understand my emotions.

"Are you mad?" I tearfully asked him, he quickly downed the alcohol before wiping the tears from my eyes.

"I'm not, I'm sorry." When he sat down on me, he closed his eyes tightly as I cried harder.

"I can't take this anymore, why is it so hard to handle your mood when you're pregnant." he said stressed before hugging me.

I cried for a few more minutes before I calmed down, Laurent was just hugging me the whole time I was crying and trying his best to comfort me, I don't know why but I just can't control my emotions.

He pulled away from my hug when I stopped crying, he slowly held my hand before putting alcohol on the cotton.

"This won't hurt you." he said before applying the wet cotton to my skin, I can feel the pain but I'm used to it, I just don't really understand my emotions earlier.

We both stopped when my stomach started to growl, he finished what he was doing before putting a band aid on it.

"What do you want to eat?" he asked while fixing his uniform, it was a bit wrinkled because of his hug earlier.

"Spicy." I said stunned. "I want something spicy with ice cream." I added before looking at him.

"Okay, I'll be right back." He said before walking out the door.

"Thank you in advance!" I shouted before he finally got out.I waited a few minutes before he came with a gallon of ice cream and a spicy noodle soup, I quickly took the soup from him before tasting it, I felt that the taste was still not right so I opened the ice cream and tasted it. , Laurent was just watching me eat.I poured the spicy noodle soup into the chocolate ice cream he brought, Laurent winced because of it.

"You like?" I asked him, he quickly shook his head that you thought what I was eating was disgusting.

Well it's delicious.

I finished the Spicy Noodle Soup with Ice Cream, try the delicious combination.

Well after I ate I felt sleepy, I looked at Laurent seriously that's why he raised his eyebrows as if asking 'what's with that look?'

"Do not you have a job?" I asked him.

I held my stomach while stunned, tears suddenly fell from my eyes before it hurt completely.

After watching for a few hours, I fell asleep in the chair and the show didn't end, I just woke up because of the loud sound of the movie's ending song, I immediately turned it off before going to the kitchen because it was 6pm, and I had nothing else to do. included in the condo so no one else will cookfor meI took my mini stairs to get canned food, I was currently choosing something to eat when the door suddenly opened, I saw Laurent running towards my place.

"Thanks." I said while adjusting my clothes.
