Downtown Restaurant*
Three pink exotic car drove inside the Restaurant and the guards came down from the car and rush to open the second car, revealing Ameera who was dressed heavily
Ameera stepped out of the car, and for a moment, all eyes were on her. She looked stunning, her dress and heels accentuating her natural beauty. She walked with grace and confidence, her head held high.
The guards who had accompanied her opened the door to the restaurant, and she entered, a smile on her face.
Inside, Samantha was already waiting for her at a table. She stood up as Ameera approached, and the two women embraced.
"You look amazing!" Samantha said.
Ameera beamed. "So do you!"
They sat down and began to peruse the menu.
"This place looks incredible," Ameera said as she scanned the menu.
"I'm not sure what to order. Everything looks delicious."
"I know what you mean," Samantha said.
"It's hard to choose. I'm going to go with the chicken marsala, I think. How about you?"
Ameera considered the options.
"I'm torn between the beef wellington and the lobster ravioli. Both sound amazing."
"You could always order both," Samantha suggested.
"We could share!" Ameera grinned. "You're a genius, you know that?"
Samantha laughed. "I have my moments. Anyway, let's order both dishes, and then we can decide which one we like best."
They flagged down the waiter and placed their order, along with a bottle of wine. As they waited for their food to arrive, they chatted about everything and nothing, enjoying each other's company. Finally, the food arrived, and they began to eat.
Ameera took a bite of the beef wellington and closed her eyes, savoring the flavor.
"This is incredible," she said. "I think I've found my new favorite dish." Samantha laughed.
"Don't count the lobster ravioli out yet! You haven't even tried it."
Ameera took a bite of the lobster ravioli and her eyes widened.
"Wow. This is even better than the beef wellington! I don't know how I'm going to choose a favorite."
"You don't have to," Samantha said.
"Just enjoy them both. No need to pick a favorite."
Ameera nodded, taking another bite of the lobster ravioli.
"You're right. I'm going to savor every bite."
The two women continued to chat and eat, enjoying the delicious food and each other's company. As they finished their meal, they ordered dessert, a rich chocolate cake that was simply divine.
"I think I'm going to have to come here more often," Ameera said, taking a bite of the cake. "This is heaven."
"I couldn't agree more," Samantha said, taking a sip of her coffee.
"It's nice to have a place like this to go to, to get away from the pressures of celebrity life."
Ameera nodded. "It's nice to just be... normal for a while. To be able to relax and not worry about protocol or appearances. It's freeing, in a way."
"It is," Ameera said.
"When I'm here, I don't have to worry about what I say or do. I can just be myself."
Samantha smiled.
"And that's a beautiful thing. You're a wonderful person, Ameera, and I'm glad you feel comfortable being yourself around me."
Ameera's heart swelled with gratitude.
"Thank you, Samantha. That means a lot to me. I'm glad I have you as a friend."
“How’s Quan, when is he coming back from NY”Samantha asked
"Oh, Quan is doing great!" Ameera said, her face lighting up at the mention of her boyfriend.
"He's in New York for a few more weeks, but he'll be back soon. He's been working hard on his new project. He's so passionate about his work."
"He's so talented," Samantha said. "It's no wonder he's doing so well. He's always been such a creative person. He's got such a gift."
"I know," Ameera said, her eyes shining with pride. "I'm so proud of him. He's worked so hard to get where He is today. It hasn't always been easy for him, but he's never given up. He's always believed in himself and his abilities, even when others didn't. I admire that about him."
Samantha nodded.
"It's really inspiring, the way he's followed his dreams. He's an example to us all. It just goes to show that if you work hard and believe in yourself, anything is possible."
Ameera smiled, thinking of all the times Quan had struggled and persevered.
"I couldn't agree more. He's definitely an inspiration."
“Yeah he is,and now I’ll have to gym tomorrow girl,I have a shoot” Ameera pout and Samantha laughed loudly
"The glamorous life of a Top A actress," Samantha teased. "You have to look your best for the cameras, right?"
"It's not easy, I'll tell you that!" Ameera said, playfully rolling her eyes.
"There's always someone wanting to take a picture or interview me. It can be a bit exhausting, but it's all part of the job."
"It's a good thing you love what you do," Samantha said. "I can't imagine doing anything else." Ameera nodded.
"It's definitely not for everyone. But for me, it's everything I've ever wanted.
"To be able to make a difference in the world, to use my platform to inspire others and make a positive impact. That's what it's all about for me."
Samantha smiled.
"That's what makes you such a special person, Ameera. You have a big heart and you use your position for good. Not everyone would do that. But you're truly making a difference."
Ameera blushed, a little embarrassed by the praise.
"Thank you, that's very kind of you to say. I'm just doing what I believe is right."
Samantha knew that Ameera could sometimes be a bit self-centered and spoiled, but she also knew that underneath all of that, there was a kind and caring person. Ameera might not always show it, but she had a good heart. And it was that heart that made Samantha like her, despite her flaws.
"So, are you nervous about the shoot tomorrow?" Samantha asked, changing the subject.
"A little bit," Ameera admitted.
"I always want to look my best, and there's a lot of pressure to be perfect."
"You're perfect just the way you are," Samantha said. "
“And guess what,I’ve been called for the female lead role of the string heart movie by Thomas”Ameera said
Samantha's eyes widened in surprise.
"The string heart movie?! That's a huge role, Ameera! Congratulations! Are you going to accept it?"
"I haven't decided yet," Ameera said, biting her lip.
"It's a big commitment, and it would mean a lot of time away from home. But it's such a great opportunity."
"It definitely is," Samantha said.
"But I understand your hesitation. Being away from home and family can be tough."
"It is," Ameera said. "But I also don't want to pass up this chance."
"That's totally understandable . It's a tough decision to make. Do you know what your family thinks about it?"
Ameera hesitated.
"I haven't told them yet. I wanted to think it over first, to make sure it's the right decision for me. But I know they'll want me to do what makes me happy."
"That's good," Samantha said. "It's important to make decisions based on what's best for you, not what others want. But have you thought about what would make you happy? Which path would bring you the most fulfillment?"
Ameera sighed. "That's the hard part.
“And I heard they gave the role to Roseline first, how come”Samantha asked
Ameera's brow furrowed.
"Roseline? That's news to me. Where did you hear that?"
"I heard it from a friend who's an assistant to one of the producers," Samantha said.
"She said they were originally going to go with Roseline, but then they decided to offer it to you. I'm not sure what changed their minds."
Ameera frowned.
"That's strange. I wonder what happened. Maybe there was a scheduling conflict or something."
"It's possible," Samantha said. "But it's also possible that they just thought you were the better choice for the role. You are a very talented actress, after all. Maybe they saw something in you that they didn't see in Roseline."
Ameera felt a rush of pride at Samantha's words.
"Thank you. That means a lot to me. I've worked hard to get where I am, and it's nice to know that people see that."
"Of course they do," Samantha said.
"You're amazing, Ameera. And I'm not just saying that to be nice. It's the truth."
Ameera blushed.
"Thank you, really. I appreciate your support."
“I just don’t want Roseline dragging you because I know how violent she can be” Samantha sigh
She knows how Roseline and Ameera never liked each other,Roseline is the second Top A actress in the acting world but she’s crueler than Ameera
Ameera frowned. "I know what you mean. Roseline can be quite a drama queen. But I'm not going to let her get to me. I'm going to focus on doing my best, no matter what she says or does." Samantha nodded.
"That's the right attitude. You can't control how other people act, but you can control how you respond. If Roseline tries to drag you down, just rise above it. Prove her wrong by being the best you can be."
Ameera smiled.
"You're right. And I'm going to do just that.
The two woman stood up and walk out of the restaurant, the newscaster are already waiting at the entrance but thanks to the guards help Ameera got inside the car and they drove away from the scene
As the car pulled away, Ameera could see the newscasters out of the window, shouting and trying to get her attention. But she ignored them, turning her focus inward. She knew she had a big decision to make, and she needed to be clear-headed.
The ride home was quiet, the only sound the low hum of the engine. Ameera sat back in her seat, her mind racing with thoughts. Was she ready to take on such a big role? Was she ready for the added pressure and scrutiny that would come with it? Or was it better to play it safe, to stick with what she knew

Amelia drove inside their apartment and Kimora alighted from the car bringing out the groceries
“I can’t believe you stood me up for hours,it’s high time I get my own car” Kimora screamed
“Oh jeez will you just stop,I told you my boss delayed me that’s why I was late to pick you up” Amelia frowned
Kimora rolled her eyes. "You're always making excuses. I'm sick of it. I'm tired of being at your beck and call, always having to wait around for you. I'm an actress too, you know. I have things to do."
"I know, and I'm sorry," Amelia said, sounding genuinely remorseful.
"I know I've been flaky lately. But please, try to understand. My boss is a tyrant, and I can't afford to lose my job. I need it to support my family."
Kimora softened a bit. "I get it. It's just hard for me too. I want to focus on my career, and it's hard to do that when I'm always having to wait for you. It's frustrating." Amelia nodded.
“It’s your turn to prepare dinner,I’m craving for pancakes”Amelia said going inside
“What,I’ll still cook after you delayed me for hours”Kimora scoffed
Amelia smiled sheepishly.
"I know, I know. I'm really sorry about that. I'll make it up to you, I promise. How about I get us some takeout for dinner tonight? That way, you don't have to cook, and we can have a nice, relaxing evening."
Kimora thought about it for a moment, then nodded.
"Fine, I'll accept your apology. But only if you let me choose the restaurant."
Amelia grinned.
"Deal! You name the place, and I'll have it delivered."
With that settled, the two women entered their apartment, Amelia got to her bedroom to change out of her work clothes, and Kimora to the kitchen to start preparing for dinner.
Amelia slipped into a comfortable pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt, then settled down on the couch with a book. She loved to read, and it was one of her favorite ways to unwind after a long day.
A few minutes later, Kimora came into the living room. "I've decided on a restaurant," she said, holding up her phone.
"We're ordering from The Pancake Palace. They have the best pancakes in town!"
Amelia grinned.
They're really that good?" she asked.
"I've never been there before. What makes their pancakes so special?"
"It's not just the pancakes," Kimora said.
"It's the whole experience. The restaurant is decorated like a cozy cottage, with a fireplace and comfy chairs. And the service is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's just a really nice place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal."
"Wow, that does sound amazing," Ameera said.
"I can't wait to try it!"
They placed their order, then settled in to wait for their food to arrive.
“But wait you didn’t say anything about you seeing your role model, don’t tell me she’s not the female lead”Amelia asked laughing and Kimora frowned
“The stupid director lied to me and I can’t believe it,the female lead isn’t beautiful like my Ameera and I have to follow her around like a statue thank God my scene is over” Kimora pouts
Ameera was taken aback by this news.
"That's awful!" she exclaimed. "Why would they lie to you like that? You're so talented, you deserve to be treated with respect."
"I know," Kimora said, her voice shaking with anger.
"I feel so used. They just wanted me there to do the grunt work, and now I'm not even going to be in the movie. It's not fair!"
Amelia reached out and took Kimora's hand, giving it a comforting squeeze.
"Thank you," she said, her voice shaky. "I really needed to hear that. Sometimes it's hard to remember my worth when I'm dealing with this kind of thing."
"Of course," Amelia said. "You're an amazing person, and you deserve the best. Don't ever forget that. And don't let anyone else make you feel otherwise." Kimora nodded, feeling a sense of resolve.
"I won't," she said, her voice growing stronger.
"From now on, I'm going to stand up for myself and make sure I'm treated with the respect I deserve. And I'm not going to let anyone push me around anymore."
Amelia smiled, feeling proud of her friend.
"That's the spirit!" she said. "I know you can do it. You're stronger than you think."
"Thank you," Kimora said, giving Amelia a smile
After about thirty minutes, the doorbell rang, and Kimora jumped up to answer it.
"Our food is here!" she exclaimed, taking the bags from the delivery driver. She brought them back to the kitchen and began unpacking the food, setting everything out on the table.
Amelia couldn't help but smile as she took in the sight of all the delicious food. There were pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, and even some fresh fruit.
"Wow, this is quite the spread!"
"I know!" Kimora said, a grin spreading across her face.
"I figured we could all use a little treat after everything that's happened. And besides, who doesn't love a good breakfast for dinner?"
"I certainly can't argue with that!" Amelia said, picking up a fork and digging into the pancakes. They were warm and fluffy, the perfect consistency.
"Mmm, these are delicious!"
"I'm glad you like them," Kimora said, piling some bacon and eggs onto her own plate.
"Now, we just need some coffee to go with this feast!"
Amelia laughed.
"I'll get it!" Kimora said, heading over to the coffee maker. She poured two mugs of coffee and brought them over to the table, setting one in front of Amelia.
"This is the perfect way to end the day," Amelia said, taking a sip of her coffee.
"Good food, good company, and a warm beverage."
"I couldn't agree more," Kimora said, taking a bite of her food.
"It's like a little slice of heaven."
As they ate and chatted, they felt the stress of the day melting away. They were happy to be together, enjoying each other’s company..
