Japheth Ramos's Lost Daughter

Cecilia held on to the last ounce of breath in her and said "Go."

The hazy morning light made the woman's skin pale and fragile, but it didn't hide her stunning beauty.

Her brown eyes that looked like a sea with floating stars were especially striking.

She wasn't her stepmother's puppet or Carina's helper anymore.

What use was that of now?? Cecilia's expression was bitter. She cannot imagine that she will die this brutally without taking revenge on Carina and her wicked stepmother.

She can't die without working with Immortal Entertainment, she can't.

However, before she died, she had done a good deed by saving the little cute girl.

Her mother had died immediately after her birth, and she never enjoyed the joy of being with a mother. The only motherly feeling she could receive was punishment from her stepmother.

Shamefully, she had been sent to a theater and arts school in America on her own to take care of herself.

After graduating, she attended almost all movie auditions in America, but her stepmother will be there to snatch away any chance she might have had.

Her dream was always acting. People are praising her. Shouting her names is something she has always wanted.

Returning to California with this new look and a solid foundation of acting abilities, she signed with Wavier, the second-most successful company in the business.

Given the skills she had, she should have made it big within a short time, but Carina followed her into Wavier, after bribing her ways.

At Drunk Stature Bar VIP suit, the atmosphere was heavy.

The head bartender, manager, waitstaff, security, bar men, and all the other related staff looked at them with a face that hinted at the impending disaster.

The immortal entertainment heiress's precious daughter, Nicki Ramos, had vanished from their bar, causing Japheth Ramos's plight.

As usual, Japheth Ramos's face was cold and expressionless on the couch, with not a trace of warmth visible on the ice statue.

Each person present stood in anticipation and wobbled legs, sweating profusely, and no one dared to speak.

A young man was on his knees sweating profusely, almost weeping, "Mike, I'm sorry, it's my fault I shouldn't have brought Nicki to the bar!" I'm going to take responsibility if anything happens to Nicki.

The sharp and retorting sound made everyone on stand quiver as he landed a hard slap in his checks. The slap was hot, he didn't expect his brother to slap him that much, but he crawled back to his kneeling position, still pleading.

Their grandmother who's located in the States, and she must not find out that Nicki is missing. If she finds out, then Japheth will have to take responsibility.

The door of the reception room suddenly sounded like a knock, the manager who was close to the door opened it and was pleasantly surprised to find their young mistress standing at the door. "Young lady," she exclaimed.

"Nicki.... " Nicki!?!? Where are you? Big Brother had been worried, and Seth crawled from his kneeling position and embraced the little girl before him emotionally, as tears ran down his face.

Everyone in the room let out a huge sigh of relief at having survived death.

Fast strides brought Japheth to the door, pulling Seth away from her, and hugging her.

"What happened Nicki?" Japheth Ramos smelled the strong scent of alcohol from his body as he got closer to his daughter.

The scent was more like a flower that had exploded on a glacier than the pungent smell of a perfume.

His heart skipped a beat for a moment as he caught a whiff of the cool fragrance permeating the air. Japheth Ramos stood still, his attention caught by the sight of his daughter, Nicki, pointing anxiously in a certain direction and making urgent sounds.

Without hesitation, Japheth scooped Nicki into his arms and followed her gaze, striding purposefully toward the direction she indicated. Behind him, the others, including Seth, exchanged puzzled glances before trailing after him.

As they reached the door of the storeroom, Nicki's attempts to break free from her father's embrace went unnoticed. With a determined blow, she attempted to blast the door open, seeking a response that never came. Nicki had never spoken to him since birth, and her persistent silence had left her father bewildered.

"What's in there?" Japheth's voice was tinged with confusion as he turned to the bar manager, his frown deepening with each passing moment.

The manager nodded in response, shooting a fearful glance at the female manager beside him. "What are you waiting for, Manager Sam? Get that door open!" he ordered, his tone leaving no room for argument.

Trembling with fear, Manager Sam reluctantly produced the keys, her hands shaking as she approached the door. "There's a problem!" she stammered, her voice barely above a whisper as she struggled to maintain her composure.

Despite the formidable presence of her boss, Manager Sam knew she had no choice but to comply. With a trembling hand, she unlocked the door, revealing a sight that sent shivers down her spine—an unconscious woman lying amidst the chaos of the storeroom floor.

"What is that? Why is there a woman there?" Japheth's voice echoed the confusion shared by those present.

"I... I don't know what to say. There wasn't anyone in there when I last checked," Manager Sam stuttered, her panic evident as she realized the gravity of the situation.

With no time to waste, Japheth's decisive voice cut through the chaos. "Just save that person first," he commanded, his words a beacon of authority and resolve, surprising those around him with his unexpected intervention.

Seth, who had been silently observing the unfolding scene, stepped forward, his brow furrowed in concern. "Should we call for help?" he suggested, his voice tinged with urgency.

Japheth nodded, his gaze never leaving the unconscious woman on the floor. "Yes, call an ambulance. And someone notify security. We need to find out how she ended up here," he instructed, his mind already racing with possibilities.

As Seth hurried to make the necessary calls, Japheth knelt beside the woman, his hands gentle as he checked for signs of life. Relief washed over him as he felt a faint pulse beneath his fingertips, but his concern only deepened as he took in her pale complexion and disheveled appearance.

Meanwhile, Nicki watched the scene unfold with a mixture of curiosity and apprehension, her eyes wide with concern as she clung to her father's side. It was clear that she sensed the gravity of the situation, despite her young age.

Minutes passed like hours as they waited for help to arrive, the tension in the air palpable. Finally, the sound of approaching sirens broke the silence, signaling the arrival of the ambulance.

With the arrival of medical professionals, Japheth stepped back, allowing them to take charge. As they worked to stabilize the woman and prepare her for transport, Japheth's mind raced with questions. Who was she? And how had she ended up in the storeroom of his establishment?

As the ambulance pulled away, Japheth made a silent vow to get to the bottom of the mystery, determined to uncover the truth behind the woman's sudden appearance. Little did he know, this encounter would set off a chain of events that would change the course of his life forever.
