I frowned at the news as I walked to my father's room, my feet move closely when a hand pulled me back.

I hoisted my head and saw the she-devil herself, "what is this Rina, get out of my way". I moved her to the side and attempted to leave, "hold on Sophia", she calls me back.

"What is it?" I kept a straight face, fiddling to hear her speak.

She pushed herself forward and asked, "do you see me as a witch, Like!! Do you hate me?".

Rina's question got me thinking, is the bitch finally developing a heart Or it's only an act?.

" Rina! I believe you know the answer to your question, so please don't ask me" I turned back to leave but she held me back, "hold on firefighter!! I am trying to have a conversation with you".

I returned my eyes after shoving her hands away, and said, " did you just say!! You wanna have a conversation with me? Oh wow, because the moment your presence was felt, everything changed, I lost everything important to me, and you think, I will sit and talk with you?".

I rolled my eyes at her.

Rina smiles a little," really, Miss am so perfect, I have the perfect family, I am so sick and tired of listening to you".

She argued.

(Continues talking)

"No day goes by, you don't talk about how lovely your family is, especially, Fredrick, whose name you sing as if he was a demi-god, I am sick of it".

She gave me the jealous impression.

"Wait, were you jealous of me, or better yet, are you jealous of me? Because your words feel so".

I pulled back.

Rina raised an eyebrow " you can call it, whatever you want, I don't care, and let me tell you something! whatever that's going on, your lovely father-in-law, Ricardo Rick, is to be blamed".

She walked away as I watched her leave.

Rina's words got me curious, what exactly does she mean by that? And now only father can explain the meaning of her words to me.

Does he know something that we don't?.

I drove back to the hospital and dashed into my father's ward, he tuned the moment I pushed the door, I met Chris's seat next to him.

He saw the glare I had on and asked, "dear! Are you okay?".

I dropped the bags brought in and replied, "No!! I am not okay, Rina told me something that got me thinking".

"What, What did she say?" He got irritated.

I was just about to speak but the doctor walks in.

The same day, 9:10 pm.

We returned home after spending the whole day at the hospital, father walks in with me and met a huge celebration going on at the mansion.

Father asked, "what's going on?".

Nevertheless got the answer to his question, the moment his eyes fell at the huge sign that reads happy birthday Fredrick", he turns and walks to his bedroom.

Rina walked and shifts the spotlight on us, she takes a stand and spoke like she owned the house.

(witch).

Chris dragged her close and implored that no foolish games be played, she dips a sly smile and falls her eyes to father who frowned at her behavior.

"Fine! No mind games today, after all, it's your brother's birthday".

She slapped his hands away and leaves.

Afterward, the birthday boy walked in and rushed over to hug his father,

Unfortunately, dad pulls away and he looked startled by that.

"Dad! Why are you acting strange, It's Fredrick, your son, did you forget about me?"

He spoke.

Father however got irritated and replied in an undeserving manner to his son, "I do not have a son! Who's Fredrick, I don't recall having a son like you, the only son I know is Chris, at least he has proven to be the sensible one in this family, so please don't say any more words and leave".

Fredrick gets sad and he lefts, I had no idea how he felt, but I presume, it must have hurt.

At least he know how it feels to be rejected by the one we love.

(Inaudible conversation)

A few minutes later,  I walked downstairs wearing an off-shoulder gown, blue to be precise.

The guest there turned their attention the moment I  stepped in.

Of cause, no one knew about the divorce and this permits me to taunt Rina.

This will be one hell of a birthday party.

Chris walked in wearing his tux, he looked cute and much better than Fredrick was, wearing his tux.

He walked closer and said, "hello miss Sophia!! You look beautiful this evening".

I smiled at and we both walked away locked arms together.

After a few minutes, Fredrick was called to dance with his wife.

He moves forward to the dance floor, he takes out his hand hoping rina would take it, rather I stepped and grabbed it.

Frederick looks at me with a frown.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"What does it look like! I want to dance with my husband,"

I fall my hands down and grabbed his butt.

Rina sees that and clenched her hands in anger.

I wished I could get the look on her face on camera.

Fredrick tries to go after her, he pushed me, and the minute he steps out, I  stretched out my legs and he tripped over.

"Oh my God! Are you okay?".

Rina came running to help.

  Fredrick shook his head and pushed Rina aside like a doormat.

I watched with a smile on my face, Chris rushed to my side and asked if I had gone crazy.

Truthfully, I have no idea what has come over me, but whatever it is, I love the feeling.

"I am fine Chris, do not worry about me, but why don't we enjoy the next phase of the drama about to unfold,"

I pointed at rina, we saw her taking two glasses of champagne to Frederick.

He takes it, still aggravated by what happened.

Chris whispered, "what's going on?".

I asked him to watch and precisely a few minutes later, Rina strolled to the podium and misbehaved in front of the guests after drinking the spiked champagne.

Fredrick attempted to get a hold of her, she pushed him off and got a hold of the microphone.

And performed like a diva she is.

I never knew a  drop of cocaine can make a sane person go insane within a short time, no wonder, in school we were taught that drugs kill, and truly,  if it can kill Rina, my work will be much easier for me.

(Frowns).

Miss, am so high, alas Rina, foolishly misbehaved in front of tons of guests who came home and in front of the journalists, I believe tomorrow's headlines will read, famous business tycoon, Fredrick's mistress, Rina Thoma, get high on drugs".

Fredrick stood like a statue, trying to understand the reason behind Rina's weird behavior, if only he knew, I drugged her champagne with the help of one of the waiters in charge.

Chris shifts and before he could find his words, I said, " now !! You know the reason why I asked you to enjoy the party! This is only just the beginning".

I didn't only make Rina look like a fool amid everyone at the party, I made sure, she gets tagged as the crazy drug addict, mistress of Fredrick Rick, I think these headlines are much better than the previous one, but in all, I won't rest until I make her pay for everything, Including Fredrick, his will be enjoyable.
