Is Neil Green the mysterious man?

When Lisa came back to the hospital it was almost dark outside. She entered to the ward and only found Linda Holmes peeling the oranges. There was no sign of Mark Holmes and Carl Black.

She asked her mother "Where is Dad?"

Linda Holmes glanced at her and said "Doctor asked to do some tests, so Mr. Black took him for the test."

Lisa was surprised to hear this. She was thinking, in the morning Dr. Valentine told that his father is fit for PCI, then suddenly what tests required. But she didn't say it loudly and only nodded in response.

Carl Black and Mark Holmes entered in the ward after around one hour. Mark Holmes was sitting in a wheelchair and he was pushed in by a ward boy. When Lisa saw them she hurriedly went towards them and helped her father to lie down on the sickbed.

She turned around to face Carl Black and asked "Is everything OK?"

"Yes. There is nothing to worry. All tests are normal."

Lisa heaved a sigh of relief and sat down on the edge of the bed. She patted Mark Holmes's hand. Mark Holmes seemed tired and he was lying on the sickbed closing his eyes.

He said without opening his eyes "Carl take away Lisa home. I want to sleep now. Come early in the morning."

Carl Black said indifferently "OK, you take care."

Both Lisa and Carl Black left the hospital. On the way back home Carl Black asked Lisa "How was your meeting with your friend?"

Lisa thought for a while and said "It's good. We discussed some work-related things. She needed my help."

"OK."

The rest of the journey was quiet. She didn't tell the truth to Carl Black. She thought he is already helping her so much. She didn't want to give any more burdens to him.

The senator Michael Harrison was working in his study.

Knock..... Knock....

"Come in."

"Mr. Senator, there are some activities in the 'Y' city. Daniel Brooke flew away in 'Y' city yesterday night and today morning he withdrew one million dollars. His activity is quite suspicious."

Senator Michael Harrison looked up and saw his PA Kyle Kings. He leaned back on the chair and said coldly "What does it imply?"

Kyle Kings frowned and said "I think he is planning something. Otherwise, why did he go suddenly to 'Y' city and withdrew one million dollars."

Senator Michael Harrison didn't say anything. He only stared at his PA narrowing his eyes as if he wanted to say him to continue.

Kyle Kings paused for a moment and continued speaking "Till now we manage to keep Master Albert away from this case. I am afraid that Daniel Brooke is planning something big. The next hearing will be a decisive one and he will do anything to bite back. His action is quite suspicious."

Senator tapped his finger on the table and said coldly "Do whatever you want to do. Send Albert out of the country as soon as possible and keep it secret. No one should know his whereabouts, not even your madam."

"Aye, Senator."

Kyle Kings left the study after saying this and he instructed his people to keep an eye on Daniel Brooke.

In 'Y' city

Daniel Brooke was lying on the bed in the hotel room closing his eyes. His mind was filled with the thought of the mysterious man. He was thinking who this mysterious man is. Is there any enmity between this man and Albert Harrison? He was very eager to know the identity of this man. He suddenly opened his eyes and sat down on the bad. He looked at the time. It was already 9 pm but till now he didn't get any news from the dump yard.

He took out his phone and dialed his assistant's number. The phone was connected quickly and he asked "Henry is there any news from the dump yard?"

"No Boss. Till now no one came to pick up the bag."

"Hmm... OK tell them to keep their eyes and ears open."

Daniel Brooke hung up the phone and lied down again on the bed. He was feeling very restless and he ran his hand through his hairs. Suddenly his phone started ringing.

He answered the phone without looking at it "Hello."

He heard Lisa's sweet charming voice from the other end "Hello Daniel."

Daniel Brooke was surprised and asked "Lisa? Is everything OK?"

"Yes. Everything is fine."

At this moment he was not in the mood to talk to her so he kept quiet. After a few moments, he heard her saying "Daniel, are you there? How are you?"

"Yes. Um...I am tired so..."

Before he could complete he heard "Sorry to disturb you, but I need your help. Will you help me?"

Daniel Brooke frowned slightly and asked, "What happened?"

"Um... You know Anna, right? She asked me to find his brother Neil. He is in 'Y' city and for a few days there is no news for him and his phone is also switched off."

There was a silence for a few moments. Then Lisa continued to say "I know you are very busy but please help to find Neil. You know Anna is my good friend and I can't see her sad. You have so many contacts. Can you help to find him?"

Daniel Brooke got angry and frustrated, but he didn't show it to her. He only said indifferently "I can't promise as I am very busy and my men are also very busy now. But I'll try."

"OK then, I'll send his photo and number. Thank you so much, Daniel."

"Yeah, yeah."

Daniel Brooke received Lisa's message after hanging up the phone. He glanced at the photo of the man. The man was young around 30 years old and his chiseled jawline made him look very handsome. Daniel Brooke kept the phone aside and tried to sleep for a while.

Suddenly his doorbell rang. Daniel Brooke went to the door and opened it and Henry August came inside.

He gave a pen drive and said "Boss, this is the recording of the CCTV footage."

Daniel Brooke took the pen drive and said "OK. Sit down, let's watch a movie. I am feeling bore."

Then they started watching a movie, but both of them fell asleep very soon on the sofa due to tiredness. It was almost midnight. They were sleeping deeply and the TV was still on.

Suddenly Henry August's phone started ringing. He answered the phone lazily without seeing it. But he straightened his body immediately when he heard something on the phone.

He looked very angry and shouted "What the fu*k? I told you that we can't afford any mistakes. You are all useless. Why did I hire you?"

Daniel Brooke startled with the loud voice of Henry August.

He squinted and asked "What happened? Why are you so angry?"

Henry August glanced at him and lowered his head unable to make eye contact with him. A chill ran down through his spine in fear and said with a shaky voice "Boss something happened at dump yard."

Daniel Brooke frowned and said, "Speak."

He swallowed a mouthful of saliva, cleared his throat, and said "Fire broke out suddenly at dump yard and the area is surrounded by firefighters and police now and our men lost the track. They can't find the bag. They were distracted for a few moments and they don't know who took the bag."

"What?"

Daniel Brooke was so angry that he kicked the sofa and shouted "Fu*k...fu*k.."

He sat down on the sofa holding his head keeping his elbow on his thigh. There was silence for a long time.

Henry August was standing on the same spot as if he was rooted there. He was shivering in fear and cold sweat appeared on his forehead.

After a long time Daniel Brooke told Henry August coldly "Go back to your room."

He rushed away as soon as possible from the room. But Daniel Brooke was still sitting on the sofa. He leaned back on the sofa closing his eyes. He looked very tired as if all his energy drained away.

After a long time, he opened his laptop, took out the pen drive that Henry August gave him, and started watching the CCTV footage. He was watching the footage again and again. He wanted to find out the identity of this man. But other than the man's side view of chiseled jawline nothing is seen clearly. It was impossible to identify.

He was very frustrated and he pushed the laptop away. He ran his hands through his hair and sighed deeply. Suddenly a thought appeared in his mind. He took out his phone and opened the message that Lisa sent a few hours ago and looked at the photo of Neil Green carefully. Then he checked the CCTV footage again. He checked the photo of Neil Green and the man in the footage again and again.

After checking countless times he came to the conclusion that there is a similarity between Neil Green and the man in the footage. He thought maybe Neil Green is the man in the footage. That means Neil Green is the mysterious man. Daniel Brooke's eyes opened widely when he thought about the possibility. But he was not sure, so he wanted to find out Neil Green first.

A few hours ago Neil Green was no one to him but now he has become a very important person to him. He wanted to meet Neil Green to make sure whether he is the mysterious man or not.
