chapter 5

Emily (POV)

Hello my name is Emily Reynolds and I am the new assistant of ... oh Emily she cut me off guard when I wanted to explain to her ..I was curious and listened to her. .

Mrs Reynolds please follow me you have been expected ..We took the elevator to the fifteenth floor and she showed me my working place ,it was cosy and nice ..she explained my work and left me there ..

I kept on wondering and looking around on my new office and examined it ,it was nice and cosy ..I started arranging my staffs and started doing the work I was explained to do . I had to write all the reports of the products made and later discuss it with the sales manager department and then bring them to the managers office for confirmation and done ..the job its pretty hard because there alot of stuffs I had to do them all alone let alone the paper works .. I had to do it and I kept myself busy ,I didn't want think about anything at that time and so I kept on working .

I just wanted to keep my mind at ease because it was a good day to me , I was working when suddenly I thought of Elsa and her little belly growing in her stomach .. I envy her a lot , the last week end she was discharged from the hospital and she was doing pretty well and I am so proud of her ..she has been so cool, funny and more like a sister ..i smiled unknowingly thinking of the joke she cracked when we were eating yesterday at the dinner but suddenly. I heard a knock ...

here we go ,, who is it ?..I snapped out of my fairy tale world thoughts and looking at the intruder ..hi there may I come in ?a guy who was in his mid 20's came inside ,hi I said coldly ...are you the new employee here? ..yes I am is there a problem?

..wo wo wo woman I am not plotting anything against you ..I just wanted to say hi and be your friend he states ...I stared at him for a good sixty seconds and gave him a fake smile and a big okay and rolled my eyes inwardly...

I had no time for the people's shit and troubles ,I just wanted to do my work then finish and squat at home ...i dismissed him telling him that I got work so he left and I sighed and continued my work ..

i was working and didn't know that it was lunchtime until the guy who first came in my office came again and knocked in my office ..hey there new girl he interrupted me ...it's lunch time he told me ..oh okay I tell him ..would you mind having out lunch with me? ..he asked ..okay I told him and left the office .

we went to the restaurant which was near the office promises and we ordered food .I was hungry and soon we got our food and sat on one of the empty tables ..I started eating without saying anything. I was focusing on my food when he started talking ..I see you have been so hungry ,I just looked at him and asked him hey what's your name ? ..I didn't get to know it you know I tell him ..my name is Ally ..ohh Ally can't you please keep quite for a moment and enjoy the meal and we could talk after ?.he just nods his head and eats ,I see his face colour turn pale ..I groaned inwardly and started cursing ..I was so cold towards him and stay quiet a little then I call him ...

..hey Ally I don't mean to be mean to you ..I just wanted to enjoy the meal you know with some silence and gave him a nervous smile it's okay he tells me and gives a very big smile to me ..

Soon we finished eating ..and we started talking ..so pretty lady you didn't tell me your name he tells me I smiled and tell him my name is Emily ..nice meeting you Emily ..so would you like to hang out more with me ..Ally asks me ..yea it's fine I guess to get some company especially in these boring places I tell him ..okay then let's get back to the office ..

we just chat a little while returning to the places where we were working and soon I started working with silence ....

Mean while at The fox mansion..

Mr fox(POV) with his personal investigator ...

knock knock ..come in the middle aged man came in with the papers on his hands ..sir we have all the information about her whereabouts and we have tracked all the places where she visits and people who are with her and are connected with her but still sir something doesn't connect ...I have no idea what did she do to cover everything with no trace at all and she was also given a new identity and I did what you told me ..to scare her and give her a threat ...

good ...in no time I 'll catch that peacock and in no time my money will come back and I will reward you double ..now you can carry on with your things ..I have to check my own stuffs I tell him dismissing him ..

The man turn and went out of mr fox 's office. .. he smiled devilishly and started looking at the information which he got ..he wanted to dance with happiness but he knew it wasn't the time..

Back to Emily at the company ....

After hours of working it was late ,Emily collected her things and was ready to take the elevator to go home ..she stretched her body and run into the elevator and went in , and instantly it closed and started going downward but then at the 10th floor the doors opened and entered a very smart man which Emily didn't recognize but didn't say anything ..

she focused on her phone and didn't see the person looking at her ..When she got down she hailed a cab and went directly home ...the person on the elevator was Simon ...he was so happy that he met her and she didn't recognize her and he felt so sad because of that...he wanted to call her and ask her her name but she didn't even glanced again looking at him ...

Simon is a good looking man which any girl could die for in order to sleep with him ..he was a man with needs so it didn't mean that he had never hooked up with a woman ..he did but he didn't expose himself because he didn't want his image to be turnished ..he kept on thinking and a thought came into him , he went to the receptionist and asked ..

hey there. .when the receioptionist saw that a handsome guy came to talk to her. she started rearranging herself , combed her hair with her fingers and gave him a flirtatious look..he knew that the woman wanted to run into him but he just kept on a friendly smile and asked her ..so who was that black haired girl who has just passed here?.do you know her?..

suddenly the woman frowned and just gave him a straight answer she is a new employee at the marketing department..can I please know her name ..the woman looked at him curiously and brushed it with a question, why do you want to know her name ? Simon lied and said that she dropped something that he wanted to return it to her ..the woman nodded and told him her name ..thank you and he went.

He laughed inwardly and said so it's Emily hmm?.

Emily my kitten ...soon. he said ...he had a plan and he didn't want to share it with any one ..

The last time when he searched for her information he didn't understand it at all ..there was nothing about her .

Just Emily Reynolds age 17 soon 18, and that's it ..it was weird and so he didn't want to give up knowing about his black haired beauty he dig into her deep information and catched a glimpse of what he thinks he was going to use against Emily so that they can be together .....

But what was that Emily 's information that he will use to lure her in his trap?
