Menace

Agatha's Point of View

"Cooper you seem to have mercy! I'm only fourteen years old, I don't want to die! My legs are paralyzed! Don't you have mercy on me?!" Javi cried as Cooper pushed his wheel chair to the end of the floor where Reema's room was.

"Yes Cooper! Poor Javi!" I insisted while following them. Javi is pitiful because he is already pale.

I can't help but feel pity for Javi, it sucks to be wheelchair-bound forever.I found out that Javi was involved in an accident when he was young, that's why his legs became paralyzed and that's why he's here in the hospital to undergo physical therapy every day. It must be hard to feel unable to stand or walk even if you have legs.

"It's your fault! Why did you wake up!" Javi's complaint made me wince.

Crazy kid and really blamed me!

"Cooper quickly! Take that to Reema's room!" I insisted, so Cooper immediately gave me a thumbs up and smiled. it's also strange if Cooper smiles, even grins, biting his lower lip. He suddenly ran without a hitch while still pushing Javi.

"Waaaaaag! Agatha is just a joke! Agatha seems sorry for you, it's just a joke!" Javi screamed. I don't know, but instead of pitying him, I just laughed at his face--like a child losing his mind,

so cute!

We stopped in front of the door of Reema's room.

"This it it javi. Time to man-up." Cooper said softly while patting Javi's shoulder so he just swallowed and made the sign of the cross.

"Hey you three what are you doing there?!" We all turned around when we heard Kuya Leo's voice. he was carrying pizza boxes so we quickly ran towards him--well we didn't all run since Javi was in a wheelchair.

"Cooper if you're planning something silly, don't involve Reema first. Her parents are inside." Kuya Leo said so the smile on Cooper's face immediately disappeared and he just nodded.

"Is his family strict?" I will ask.

"Reema is a troubled girl. They need the privacy. Let's go to Javi's room." Kuya Leo replied sparingly. maybe he doesn't want to talk about Reema's situation anymore. Its obvious that Reema is a troubled girl though. I just hope she feels better soon.

we were walking to Javi's room when I remembered that I hadn't taken a shower yet so I said goodbye to them first that I would go to my room and then follow.

I was already dressed when I got out of CR. As usual, I was wearing white pajamas and a polo shirt. it's annoying, why do we have to wear this. What is the uniform? nonsense...

I was about to blow

of my hair when I noticed a boy sitting on my bed. I was a little scared because I remembered that I didn't actually lock the door of my room.

"Hi sister!" He greeted me. The child is a bit chubby and narrow, that's why his cheeks are almost swollen and I can't see his eyes. He's cute! That's just because it's so cute, I felt sad again.... I have a little brother back home, maybe they're the same age. no matter how annoying that little guy could get, I miss him so much and I hope he misses me too.

"Hello! What are you doing here?" I just approached him. I couldn't hold back and immediately pinched his cheek. I'll just imagine this kid as my Ponzi.

"That's right! let go of my cheeks!" He complained as if he was about to cry so I just let go of him and ruffled his hair. It's cute! It's chilling! I couldn't help but smile.

"They're right. You look like a timang when you smile." My smile disappeared because of what the boy said and it was replaced by a grimace. I? Does it look right? And who made that trend? Bish please, I'm so beautiful especially when I smile.

"How old are you baby?" I just asked him. I looked at what he was wearing and it was the same as ours, probably he is also a patient here.

"7!" He shouted energetically while smiling again. Alas, he is still 7 years old, too young to fight. I guess I'll just apologize for it.

"Do you want chocolate?" Question

I and he nodded without hesitation.

"Give me! Give me! Give me!" He shouted energetically while extending his two hands to me.

It's really good that I haven't touched the chocolates that Mommy left me. I don't feel like eating yet so I just leave it in my mini fridge here.

I took chocolate from the fridge, I had a hard time getting it because mommy had put a lot of other things in it. Good thing I don't gain weight no matter what I eat.

I turned to the boy again but I was surprised because he was no longer in my bed. Where did that go? I thought he wanted chocolate? What a waste...

"Hey Agatangina! Kuya Leo is calling you!" I was surprised when Cooper's head popped out of the door.

"Shut up Coopal!" my revenge Tss, he thought he was the only one who knew how to murder a name? well two can play that game.

"Hey! Ask for chocolate!" The wide smile on his face curved and came closer to me. Like the child before, he also extended his hand in front of me.

"No way! It's for a child. Did you see where he went?" I asked so the smile on his face immediately disappeared.

"Wh-who kid?" He stammered while frowning.

"That chubby boy who just came out of my room. Didn't you meet him?" Even I frowned. I don't know but I suddenly felt nervous, I think my heart beat faster.

"Huh?

Aren't there any other children on our floor? And one more thing they are not allowed here." Cooper slightly scratched his head and later his eyes suddenly widened as if he realized something.

"Agatha... The... That kid you saw, is he skinny?" Cooper struggled to speak as if he was nervous so I just nodded.

"Why Cooper, what's the problem?" Even I stutter. I think my hair stood up and I suddenly felt cold. If the child is not allowed here, how did that child come to my room? Shit can't...

"Agatha, don't joke like that. Are you really sure about what you saw? I think there is a patient in the children's ward who is a chubby and skinny boy... case.." Cooper couldn't seem to finish what he was saying. He kept looking around so even I was distracted.

"What's up Cooper?" My voice started to cry. I'm really scared.

"Agatha, are you sure he's the one you saw? The child just died yesterday." He said so softly that my eyes immediately widened. I wanted to run out but I think my legs were stiff because of the intense fear.

"But of course that's just a joke! that pig is in my room eating ice cream!" He suddenly shouted while laughing so I immediately bit my lip and glared at him.

"Cooper Alvarez...." My hand and voice are shaking. I slowly picked up the broom that was close to me.

"Cooper is out of peace!" He shouted while holding a peace sign and suddenly ran away.

"I will kill you!" I screamed and quickly chased after him still carrying the broom.
