Chapter One

"Dan," I softly called to my friend who was now staring at Sky who was next to me.

Sky and I just woke up when Dan arrived so he even caught us asleep; because it’s still early the kids are still sleeping.

"Isabelle, I approved your relationship with this guy but that doesn't mean you are allowed to sleep with him!" he groaned.

I felt Sky's finger piercing my waist, instead of being afraid of Dan he seemed to prefer to just pay attention to me so I gently kicked him, I saw him pout his lips.

"What's wrong with sleeping together, Dan? Just to inform you, we didn't have sex. She is filipina girl." Sky finally said and I wish he would never have spoken again.

"Sky!" I snorted

He just rolled his eyes before looking at Dan again that looks really mad while glaring at my man.

"Listen, Isabelle. From now on, I am not allowing you to sleep with him again. He will marry you first before he acts like your husband!"

I heard Sky groan, as if complaining about what Dan said. He knows he can't disagree with Dan because they had a man to man promise before Dan let me go with him.

"You heard him, Sky. We need to obey his command." I said softly to Sky before placing one hand on his cheek, his complaining face soothed immediately and then he smiled at me very sweetly.

"Alright, I understand his point. Don't worry baby, I will marry you."

And I remember again what he said last night, he will marry me. He doesn't need my approval. He just said that last night to inform me that he will marry me. I did not complain because I also wanted to marry him.

There are so many plans running through my mind right now. I want a beach wedding, just a few guests. After sunset, I really want sunrise so that we can meet the new morning together but also need to consider the guest. Maybe sunset will do, just the same.

I can now picture him in my mind, while I'm walking in the aisle, wearing a thin white dress, looking at him with his long white sleeve polo. Ahh! That would be perfect.

"Jesus!" Dan violently said that he stopped what I was thinking. "Can you not be that sweet in front of me. I am sick of Zabrina and Sandex sweetness, tired of Janine and Sebastian. And now, you will add the syndrome?" he almost scolded us so I laughed and threw a throw pillow at him.

Dan also said goodbye after he talked to Sky that he had to marry me first.

Also because it was too early and Sky wanted to be with the four kids, he did not go home to his condo and decided to stay here at home first.

"Marriage is really the only thing missing," he breathed.

"Hmm ..." I tried to face him but he just tightened his hug.

"Let me hug you like this while you are preparing our breakfast, it makes me happy."

I couldn't stop smiling, I didn't say a word anymore, maybe the smile on my lips are enough to prove that I am very happy right now with what’s happening.

Every time I walk, he follows as if he intends to stick with me his whole life. He even wiped my forehead as if I was sweating.

"Good morning, mommy!" I heard Zabrinna's voice so I turned around, she was now at the end of the hut while still wearing her pajamas, and she also rubbed her eyes.

"Good morning baby, come here and eat your breakfast." I called to her and motioned for my hand to come closer.

She walked closer. "Good morning baby," Sky greeted her who just spoke, it looks like the baby just remembered that we were with their father.

"Daddy..." she called. She raised both her hands in front of Sky, asking him to lift her.

Sky picked her up quickly; I laughed and took some hotdog with a fork before handing it to Zabrinna.

She bit it while Sky was still carrying her.

"Ya, please wake up the three. They need to eat already," I called Shaina who was closest to us.

"Yes, ma'am." She said politely before heading to the fence to climb the triplets.

"Baby, you want more?" I heard Sky ask Zabrinna before he sat her down on the chair.

Now that I watch Sky helping the child, I feel like my heart will explode with excitement.

For a long time I dreamed that one day Sky would be here to accompany me, to be my partner in raising them. Now he is here.

He is right.

What we really need is marriage so that we can be called family.

"Babies," Sky first noticed the triplets. They are like minions walking towards their place. Skye, as usual walk towards me. I lifted him before sitting on my thigh.

Even though they are used to eating on their own. Skye stills wants me to baby him, I'm used to it so I give it to him. After all, he is the youngest.

Sky also sat down after helping Zabrinna with her food, she also hugged Zerine because she was having a baby tantrums. Skyler, as someone who thinks of himself as an old man, alone scoops up something to eat.

We had a happy breakfast, everything is so perfect and I don't want it to end

"Francine said she'll come over, she wants to meet the quad..." Sky said while brushing Zerine's hair. They just finished taking a quad bath and Zerine chose her father to comb her hair.

"It's been a while since I last saw, Francine. How is she?"

The last time I saw and talked to Francine in person was when Andrei committed suicide. That was a long time ago, Andrei decided to kill himself after Francine decided to break up with him. Their life was chaotic when the two of them were dating, Andrei couldn't change his bad deeds so Francine gave up. The woman also sacrificed as much until she was tired of understanding Andrei.

But from Andrei's point of view, Francine is a weak and quick to surrender woman; she thinks Francine doesn't really love him so he commits suicide

A few years ago as well, Venice and Nathan broke up because Venice cheated on him. We lost all of our contacts to each other.

Their separation was ugly but I heard Nathan is now happy with his life while Venice is miserable.

"She's fine with her life, and I heard she is with Marco." He said as he put Zerine down on the floor. "Go play with your sister."

The child nodded and then ran towards the play room where the other three children were. Sky raised his gaze to me again. "She already moved on..."

"It would be nice then," I took a deep breath. "But who is Marco?" my forehead furrowed and the door bell rang suddenly. I didn't even bother to stand up because I saw manang walking towards it already.

"Marco is a friend of mine, I don't even know why Francine and him suddenly became close." He even shrugged as if it was a big puzzle to him why they become friends.

I just laughed, he moved closer to me and was about to hug him but before he could hug me we heard a shout.

"Ate Isabelle!!" Francine shouted before she ran towards me, she even pushed Sky before hugging me. I heard Sky swear softly because of what his sister had done.

"Francine," I called to her. She let go of the hug then there, I noticed Francine's big change.

She is no longer wearing her thick eyeglasses, it's not like before that she looks like she's going to die pale, she already knows how to put on make-up and I can say she's beautiful.

Behind her I saw a man who I think was as tall as Dan. His hair is messy and the lower part of his t-shirt is a bit tangled.

"Ate I missed you! Hala why are you more beautiful than me!" Francine said like a child before sitting down next to me, finally pushing Sky away.

"I used to be better than you Francine, don't joke around." I joke that is the reason we both laugh.

"Ah, of course sister. This is Marco, my friend." She even pointed to the man with her.

Marco looks friendly; I stood up as a sign of respect.

"Nice meeting you Isabelle, I've heard a lot of things about you." He offered his hand for a handshake but before I could reach his hand, Sky grabbed my hand and pulled me reason to hit his chest.

He possessively wraps his hands around my waist, throwing glares on Marco who is now laughing.

"She's mine Marco, back off." He gritted his teeth reasoning for Marco to laugh more.

"Oh shut up Sky, am I taking her from you?" Marco laughed.

"Oh god, for the first time. I saw how possessive my brother is..." Francine was still a little stunned as she watched us as if we were a KDRAMA in her eyes.

"Really, Francine? That was your first time? Hah! If you only knew what he was saying when we were in college-" Marco didn't finish what he was going to say when Sky threw crumpled tissue at him.

"What is Sky, so nasty!" The man growled at him.

"Brother, you still don't want Marco to continue what he will say,." Francine pushed sky away from me again but Sky made sure she couldn't let go of me.

"Did you know Francine, your older brother was so stupid then, he couldn't admit it to Isabelle so he pretended to be stupid in biology!" Marco laughed.

My forehead furrowed and I felt like I was going back to the time where a handsome man was introduced to me by Sandex.

"I cheated..." it was like a broken plaque that Sky's voice repeatedly played in my brain when we were in 3rd year college.

"Shut up Marco before I feed you this whole tissue." Sky threatened his friend, but instead of being scared, the man just laughed.

"Really? Wow ah. As far as I know your favorite brother is biology!" Francine added so I turned to Sky and stared at her.

He avoided my gaze.

"I just want to be close with you," he confessed earning a death glare from me.

"What else did my older brother do then, Marco? Why didn't you tell me that." Francine was very interested in talking to Sky and me as if we were not here in front of them.

"He even attended lots of parties just to be with Isabelle. You know we have group activity but he still prioritizes seeing Isabelle. I thought your older brother was crazy then, e. But I can't blame him," and they continued talking about the past.

Sky was about to hit him when I restrained his hand, his gaze shifted to me and I raised an eyebrow at him. He gulped twice, making his adam apple move.

"I-I was..." he stutter.

"And you know, Francine! Sky used to ask for help to write love letters for Isabelle!"

"Huh? Really? My older brother is writing love letters? Wow I don't know that."

I turned my gaze back to Sky and it seemed as if it came back to my memory when we were both in college.

"Daddy, someone sent me a love letters again..." I said on Sky while we're walking, we are now going to the parking lot to get home.

I showed him the white envelope I saw in my locker earlier. There is not always a name given to whom this letter I receive comes from.

He often sent me a poem, even once with my stolen pictures. I find it cute but at the same time creepy.

"Sweet, you have any idea who is the sender?" Instead of voicing his anger or jealousy, his voice is still very normal.

I can’t help but get hurt.

Anyway, he doesn't like me. I forgot again that he was just spending time with me.

"Does he look sweet?! The one who sent the letters looks psycho, crazy, stalker, and creepy. He's not sweet, okay? No! And whoever he is, don't ever show up or introduce yourself to me!" I shouted at him out of annoyance, I was still walking towards his car when I found it.

I turned my gaze back to Sky who now could not look at me.

"It's my way to express my feelings to your last 9 years but you said it's creepy, so..." he scratched his neck while still avoiding looking. "I decided not to confess that I am the sender..."

"Oh holy shit! Your corny brother!" Francine cursed as she patted her brother's shoulder.

"Shut up brat!" He groaned.

I bit my lower lip.

Remembering one of the letter he sent to me.

: Whenever you smile, it always melts my heart. It's making my heart beats faster than its normal beating. I hope someday, I will be one of the reason of your smile.

And now… you’re really the reason of my every smile, Sky.
