Nathaniel Pov

' The body of a man yet to be identify as been found death in the street of XXX this morning around 6:23am, raising alarm to citizen of that area, as other cases of dead or missing bodies are said to become more.... '

Vooommmm.....

A vibration sound distracting my attention from the news.

I picked it up sliding my index finger across the screen.

"Speak! " I ordered

" Sir, we have cleared it out with the police, all images and videos have been deleted. "

I nodded my head, cutting the call. My index slightly rubbing my chin, an habit I occasionally do.

I groaned remembering the disturbance that took away from pleasure last night. My mind drifting off to the woman who was still laying make on my bed.

I go to my feet making my way towards the suite bedroom, barging into the room, not caring to knock.

She froze turning to look at me, her hands at the back of her dress zipper, as she was getting dressed already.

" Good morning Cara. " I greeted, intentionally making my voice deeper than it was, aware of the effect it had on her.

She shifted uncomfortable on her step, then proceeded to ignoring me, stuffing her things into her duffle bag in haste.

I chuckled inwardly keeping a straight look on my face, dipping my left hands into my pocket pants, while bringing my coffee to my lips.

She turned around looking at me, a glint of hatred radiating in her eyes.

" I hope you are satisfied. Now can I take my leave my Lord? " She asked sarcastically.

" Tsk Tsk Tsk. " I shake my head, dropping my coffee on the small glass table beside the bed and made my way towards her.

" Seems like you are having a little bit of memory loss now Cara. " I said dipping my now free hands into my pocket, standing in front of her.

" You are not done with your task here, we were interrupted last night remember. " I stated bending a little to her height.

" We should probably kick off from where we left off last night. " I used my index finger to slide off the strips of her dress off her shoulders.

" Let go of me right now. " She yelled, using her hands to cover her chest, making me roll my eyes at her.

" I have work this morning, I have to go Nathaniel. " She moved back, trying to step away from me.

I growled, making her freeze.

Astrid Pov

I froze

" Don't even think about taking a step out of this suite. You know me Astrid, am capable of a lot of things and you know, this isn't a threat you know to well. " He yelled, the turn around, marching towards the couch at the other side of the bedroom.

He took his seat, crossing his legs, his hands widely spread on the arm of the couch.

" Rest Astrid, or better still you could do something useful with your, if you don't feel the nedd to rest. " He smirked.

" Nathaniel I beg you. " I plead ignoring his last sentence.

He rolled his eyes uncrossing his legs " not waste both of our time Mia, get on bed and rest. "

" Beside I assure you, your workplace is going to be close today. " He added making his way out of the room.

" What did you do? " My heart beating rapidly, I had quite an experience with Nathan to know him well and I know he had a plan dangling in that mind of his.

" Go to bed " he commanded slamming the door behind him.

I took a deep breath trying to calm my nerves down, my mind wandering to my son.

" I need to get out of here soon. "

I paced around looking for my phone to call Nancy. I decided to give up on finding it, knowing fully well Nathaniel must have taken it.

Fuck, I ruffled my hair angrily, before making my way towards the bed, slamming myself against it and wrapping the duvet around my body.

"The last thing I needed to do right now was to make him angry. " I whispered to myself, shutting my eyes.

" When is she going to wake up Aunt Nancy? " A tiny voice asked.

" Ahhh, don't wake your mom up, come down here. " Another voice scolded.

My eyes fluttered up, I looked around at the unfamiliar sight of the room, trying to wrap my head around were I was.

" Yay! Mummy is awake aunty Nancy. " Kelvin tiny voice called out again, bringing a smile to my lips, as I turn to face him.

" Woah! Who's this handsome young man before me. " I teased pinching his cheeks.

" Mummy stop it. " He whined, rubbing his now tinted cheeks, glancing slightly at Nancy, making me chuckle at his shyness.

My boy seems to have a crush for is aunt Nancy.

My smile fades away as recent events flashes through my mind, making me shoot up in a sitting position from the bed.

I look around the room, scanning the room for any sight of Nathaniel.

" What's wrong Mom? " My boy asked curiously.

" Are you okay Mam? " Nancy asked, making me turn my attention to them.

I was about to ask why they both here, when I took in Nancy's appearance, she looked different more rugged if I may add.

She was no longer the cute lady, who saw me along the road and begged for a job. She now had this aura I couldn't quiet place my head on, around her.

Then it click, I turn to look at her sharply.

She was working for Nathaniel, all along wasn't she? I use my eyes to question her, glaring at her.

She smiled back at me, looking down nervously.

Nathaniel made his at into the room, walking towards us, making me clamp my mouth shut, as I quickly draw Nathaniel towards me hugging him.

He hugged me back, resting his head on my chest.

" Woah what a family reunion. " Nathaniel mocked, looking at both of us.

" Nancy get Tina down here, me and Astrid are going out for an event tonight. I need her doll up in the best dress. " He said his eyes never leaving mine.

I stared at him, wondering what he was up to before, shooting him a glare. " Am not leaving Kelvin alone. " I refused, not caring about the glare he shoot at me.

" Well, he is not alone, Nancy is here to take good care of him like she as been doing. " He clenched his jaws, looking at me hardly.

I shake my head furiously, still not accepting, drawing my child even closer to my chest.

The last thing I was going to do was leave my child in a house with some bunch of monsters.

" Nancy take him out. " Nathaniel commanded, immediately Nancy came back into the room with a lady beside her.

" Come on Kelvin, let's go play outside. " Nancy stretched her hands towards him.

" No staying here with Mommy. " He yelled hugging me back tightly.

" Mommy and Daddy as something to talk about, why don't we go wait outside, alright. " She said trying to convince him.

" No! "

" Mummy don't discuss anything with this man, he looks bad and his friends outside are all holding guns. " Kelvin cupped my cheeks.

I glance slightly at Nathaniel to see him giving us is famous glare.

I took a deep breath sighing.

" Don't say that baby, common go with Aunt Nancy, mummy will soon come join you. " I pinched his cheeks playfully.

" No mummy. " He refused shaking his head .

Nathaniel hissed at both of, marching towards us with heavy step, ripping us apart.

" Nathan!! " I yelled getting up.

" Shut up. " He snapped pointing at me.

" Take him. "

Nancy nodded, going to towards Kelvin, who suddenly screamed, waving his hands in the air.

He stretched his hands, grabbing hold of Nathaniel's hair, pulling it hard, making me surprise, as I rushed towards them.

Nathaniel grab Kelvin hands, throwing him to the bed with anger, making me pause on my tracks, as I turn to look at my boy, the incident from 7 years ago flashing through my mind.

I clutched my fist, before turning to look at Nathaniel sharply, marching towards.

I raise my fist hitting him hard against his cheeks.

" Don't you dare repeat that again. " I said in a dangerously low voice.
