"Honey, we're here wake up," mother chimed shaking me roughly.
"I'm up mother, you can stop shaking me now," I said rubbing my eyes and my voice breaking as evidence that I just woke up from a deep sleep.
"You're not up until you're on your feet and your eyes are wide open," she pulled me off the bed of the airplane and I hit the ground with a thud.
I am going to report them for this one day, you’ll see. I'll get revenge for my bum.
"What is with you people and making me fall to the ground?!!" I asked getting up tiredly.
"Ask gravity," mother tried to joke and I glared at her lame response. I rolled my eyes and she continued. "Let's go we have one hour to drive to the castle," she pulled me out of the jet to the limousine...again.
"Darling, your friend called while you were asleep saying that she’s already there so you won't have to be alone. Plus the ball starts in three hours so lighten up," she informed me grinning with perfectly white teeth.
I replied with a short 'okay' and looked through the window of the moving vehicle. We passed lots of high buildings and pretty malls where I am planning to visit with Phaedra sometimes. The drive was beautiful.
Not to mention when we were right to the castle. It was magical. I couldn't stop myself from awing at the beautiful sight and it took my breath away. When we reached the top and exited the limousine, we were just in time to hear the guards play the Game of Thrones song which I managed to video as mom hummed beside me.
After they performed, I saw my best friend curtsy to one of the guards. I put away my phone and walked towards her after greeting a few Princesses, Princes, Queens, and Kings. She spotted me and hugged me tightly. I hugged her back as I inner squealed. We pulled away and she spoke.
"I knew you wouldn't let your best friend down," she said grinning like a child on Christmas.
"I wouldn't," I hugged her again. We pulled away and I spoke. "Why don't we go freshen up and get ready for the ball?"
"Thank god yes. I don't want any more Princes seeing me in my regular girl mode," she said gesturing to her casual jeans and blouse. We laughed at ourselves and walked into the castle with the others. On our way in, we were greeted by two very charming men which we know one by the way.
"So, here is where you stormed off to without letting us know?" Phaedra smacked her twin brother Leonidas on his shoulder trying not to seem impolite by punching him.
"Sorry, Sis. Hey Kitanya," Leonidas said kissing my hand I blushed at the sweet gesture.
"Hey," I smiled trying not to burst into laughter. My eye looked at the guy behind him and I saw that he was looking at Phaedra in admiration. My eyes traveled from him to hers and she was blushing like a tomato.
"Princesses, I would like you to meet Prince Francisco of France. Francisco, this is my twin, Princess Phaedra, and our friend, Princess Kitanya of Scotland," Leonidas introduced us formally.
"Nice to meet you," I curtsied politely, he kissed my hand then moved to Phaedra.
"Enchanté," he said. With the blood rushing in her cheeks uncontrollably, she responded sweetly.
"Nice to meet you too Prince Francisco," she said.
I was dying of laughter on the inside of how unnatural she looked trying to play the sweet princess. There's a reason she's my best friend, you cant have two quiet and shy best friends, the friendship would be so boring. Yuck. So Phaedra is the crazy go-getter and I'm the nerdy one. Perfect couple, I know.
"So we have some more greetings to do so we'll see you around sister, Kitanya," and with that, he walked away with Francisco following behind, talking away quietly.
"Kay, he's the Prince of my dreams," Phaedra dreamily spoke breathing heavily, making me laughed out loud.
"I know girl," I said pulling her along with me to the Ladies' room still laughing.

Nathaniel's POV.
"Finished your Highness," The maid said. "You are needed at the ballroom along with the other Princes, My Prince," she added quickly.
"Thank you," I walked off the raised platform used for dressing and out the door to where the four of my friends were waiting nervously. Fransisco was sweating, Carter was doing breathing exercises, Leonidas was flashing his wrist nervously but Allen was the only calm one.
"Maids," I called two maids appeared behind me promptly.
"Yes, my Prince?" they said in unison.
"Please help these Princes out," I said gesturing towards the panic squad.
"Yes, my Prince," they went away then returned with things to use to refresh the guys. They wiped Fransisco's face-off, gave Carter some water, and wiped the sweat from Leonidas' hand. Soon they were out of sight again.
"Guys lighten up, nothing's gonna happen. You’ve done this multiple times before," I assured them as the horns sound signaling that they were ready for us. The double doors open to the Ballroom filled with the Royals and very important people.
I couldn't help but cringe at how foolish we must look. The thought gave me shivers in disgust but I soon ignored it focusing on the matter at hand.
We walked in as the guest stared directly at us. I walked with my chin up high as I scanned over all the ladies elegantly dressed. I was looking at a lot of beautiful Princesses but there was this one that was not looking at me at all. I found it odd that she had her back turned while every else was looking in our way and I wanted to see her face.
When we centered the Ballroom, the horns were sounded again and the double doors open. I was confused as to who will it be until the two persons were revealed.
