Chapter 6

SHAIRA'S POV.

Tomorrow

I'm here in my room lying on my bed. I didn't sleep last night that's why I feel dizzy now and when I stand up the dizziness gets worse so I just lay down.

"Daughter!! Shaira! Can I come in?" I looked at the door when someone spoke from outside.

"Yeah come in mom!!" I shouted back so mom could hear. The door opened and mommy came to me. He has a tray.

He came to me and placed the tray on my side table.

"You haven't been going out for a while so I just brought you your food" mommy said making me smile.

"Thank you mom" I said and took the plate from the tray and ate the meat.

"You look pale shaira... are you sick?" mommy asked and touched my forehead. He frowned before speaking again.

"You are not sick but you are pale" said Nyapa.

"I'm ok mom... I just stayed up watching a drama" when I lied and mom seemed to believe me and nodded.

"You should cut down on staying up late, it will harm your health" mommy advised and I just smiled and answered. She's always like that she will tell me things that will be good for me and that's the same for shaina.

My smile disappeared when my twin entered my mind. I remembered everything that was happening. I found out yesterday that Shaina was at their house there. That's why he wasn't here when I came because that's where his aunt Dion's mom was staying.

"Drink it, ok? Then go to sleep so you can look good" mommy instructed and I just nodded in response. Mom kissed you on the forehead and then left.

I finished what I was eating and after I finished drinking water and left it on my side table and went to bed. I was stunned for a few minutes until I fell asleep. And I completely fell asleep.

FAST FORWARD

I woke up because of my phone ringing. I picked it up and answered the call.

"Who's this?! Why are you babbling in your sleep huh!!" I said annoyed that I could answer the call. I didn't even bother to see who called.

shaira.... you answered it finally! I sat up when I heard that voice. I looked to see who the caller was and tears flowed when I found out who it was.

'There, why don't you just stop me'

I bravely put the phone to my ear again and spoke.

"What do you want?" I asked with a serious voice. I heard her catch her breath before she answered.

"I'm ok!! It's ok because you don't have it...... it's better. You don't have it, I can do what I want" I answered directly and suddenly the other line went silent.

"So if that's possible. Don't call me anymore and focus on my twin..... remember that I'm guilty and if something happens to my nephew...... you'll regret it" he threatened and hung up the call. There I cried and cried until I was tired.

I looked at my phone again when a message popped up.

I quickly deleted it and turned off my phone. I put it in my drawer and left the bed and went to the cr. I washed myself there and after I left the room and went downstairs.

I am now downstairs watching TV. They left mom so only me and Manang are here and right now they are in the garden.

I turned to the door when there was a doorbell there.

'Who is that?'

"There's someone there!!" I shouted and focused again on what I was watching.

I took a bath there again when someone rang the doorbell again. I just held my breath and went there. I opened the door and I was surprised because there was no one. I looked around but there was nothing. The gate is also closed and the guard is not there.

'So who rang the doorbell?'

I just shook my head and went back inside.

"Maybe I'm just imagining it" I said. I was about to go to the chair again when suddenly the doorbell rang again. I turned to the door again and nervously approached it again. When I got close, I quickly opened the door just in case I saw who rang the doorbell. But I was just more nervous because no one greeted me when I opened the door. I looked around again but there was nothing. I looked down and my eyes widened because there was a tulip and a box next to it. I quickly picked it up and went back inside.

I ran to my room and immediately opened the box. My forehead was wrinkled when I saw the pictures there.

I took it and looked at the pictures there. As I flipped through the pictures, I became more and more nervous because of the fact that they were my photos.

I just threw the pictures away when I saw the last picture. It's me lying on my bed with no clothes on. My tears flowed one after another at the thought of someone entering my room and shaking my body. I looked again at the box where there was a folded paper. I took it and read what was written there.

'You are really beautiful, Mikaella. I can't wait to own your body again'

I quickly crumpled the village paper as well as the pictures and put them in a plastic bag. I left my room crying and went to the kitchen. I took a lighter and quickly burned the plastic I was holding and threw it on the floor. I just stared at it until it turned to ashes.

"Shaira? Just what are you doing?!" I quickly turned to the door of the dole's kitchen, there was a scream there. Manang came to me and looked at my hand.

"Why are you setting fire to the house!! I'm sure we'll get mad at your parents!" Manang said but instead of paying attention to his behavior, I just hugged Manang and cried.

"Oh Why?! What happened?" He asked but I just shook my head while still crying.

"Tell manang maybe I can help you!!" Manang said, but I'm still crying.

"Ma-manang" I said softly and suddenly my vision became blurry and I felt dizzy.

He didn't know what happened next.

"Doc, what is happening to our son?! Why is he acting like this?" I heard mom's voice say?

"Jusko arnold what is happening to our children? hiccup are my parents too bad for this to happen?!" Mom said crying.

"Shh It's not your fault" said the voice and I'm sure it was dad.

'Yeah dad is right mom.. you didn't do anything wrong' I said in my mind I wanted to take that out of my mouth but it didn't want to open. I don't even want to open my eyes.

THIRD PERSON POV

Shaira's mother cries while her father comforts her in a hospital room. While the girl was lying down and closed her eyes but she could hear her parents' conversation.

He wants to open his eyes and hug his mother but his body doesn't want to be with him. It's like his spirit is awake but his body is asleep.

On the other hand, there was a man peeking out of Shaira's room and staring at her while she slept soundly.

"Bro let's go!! Maybe someone will pay attention to us here!" His friend said to him while looking around. They are wearing nurse's clothes so that no one will pay attention to them.

"When we do it, I can do it!!" It said more.

"Tsk can you just shut up!" The other man said annoyed while still looking at the girl who was sleeping soundly.

"Come on!!" Another man said again and pulled him out of there.

When they got to the parking lot of the hospital, he pulled the hand that was being held by his companion and gave it a bad look.

"You f*cker you know I want to look at her for long!!" He said annoyed.

"Huh, you're really an addict?! Isn't it enough for you that you always go to his room at night? Bro, even in the hospital, you'll really disturb people" said his companion in disbelief.

"I'm just worried what's wrong with that huh?!" Stretch it back.

"Worried?! Bro, you forget that you are also the reason why he is here and then says that he is worried about you?" His companion asked again. The mixture of his face got worse.

"You know it's not me!! It's him he did that!!" He said annoyed and got into the car and drove away leaving his companion in the parking lot.

I woke up because of the light that hit my face. I slowly opened my eyes and the white ceiling of this room opened up to me. I sat up slowly and looked around.

That's when I realized I was in the hospital. I thought about what happened and when I remembered that, I just gasped.

I looked at the door when it opened. Mom came in and when she saw that I was awake, she immediately came to me and hugged me.

"Oh gosh Shaira!! You're finally awake!" Mom said. I also hugged him back. Mom immediately broke away from the hug and spoke again.

"Are you feeling okay? Are you hungry? Does something hurt you?! Just tell me son" said mom and I smiled because of that.

"I'm fine, mommy, don't worry about me" I answered and the answer seemed calm if it was mommy.

"You really worry about us!! I thought what happened to you son" mom said and it was obvious that she was really worried.

"But wait....... shaira, confess to mommy. Did something bad happen to you? Are you still hurt because of what happened? Please tell mommy oh" Nyapa said.

"Mom..... I'm ok!! Nothing bad happened and besides, I've accepted what happened to us and Dion" I said. I saw the sadness in mom's eyes and I was surprised when her tears suddenly fell.

"Son, hiccup, don't spread all your problems! I'm here, including your dad. We're not going to leave you, so please, shaira hiccup, son..if you're hurt, take it out It's hard to say you don't need to stress yourself" said mom and that's when I realized and suddenly my tears started to fall one after another.

"Mommy!! hiccup Mommy it hurts, it hurts! It hurts" I cried and said to mom that's why she hugged me tightly and comforted me. It's true that I'm still hurt because of what Dion cheated on me. Because apart from the fact that I don't see any reason to gag me, the fact that he beat my twin is added! But there is also a part of me that wants to express something else to mom. I'm also afraid, I'm afraid of the thought that the person who abused me is around me and that he might suddenly appear and repeat what he did to me.

"Shh child hold on" mom said softly.

We were released from mom's embrace when the door suddenly opened and dad walked in and behind it was a man who I think was a little younger than dad. They approached us and dad sat next to me while the man with him stood in front of us. He smiled at me and I don't know but I'm afraid of him.

"You're awake! It's good because you've been asleep for three days" he said making me stop.

'Three days? Why is it so long?!'

"Iha" I was startled when the man suddenly grabbed my arm! I quickly broke his grip on me and immediately clung to mommy.

"Son why? Mom asked me and touched my cheek. Dad just frowned while looking at me.

"I don't like him" I said scared and tears started to fall from my eyes
