Chapter 14

Xavier POV

It's been a month since that happened but I was left mess. My life has never been the same like it was before. I went to work and after work I went to club where I meet different girls. But what puzzled me is that every time I had sex with a girl her face is the only thing I can see. I always chant her name when I had sex with other girls. It's too frustrating!

Right now I'm having internal battle with my self whether I will go the hospital to see her or not!

What if she doesn't what to see me again? I call her few times after that night but she never returned my call or not even bother to message me.

I stood up and took my jacket that hanging in my chair. Whatever even if she doesn't like to see or not. Hell I care I always do what I like and no one can stop me.

I walked outside of my office building and went immediately to my car. After ten minutes I arrived in the hospital. As I took step towards the hospital I can feel my heart beating so hard and loud. My God I feel like I am teenager boy again that excited to see his crush. Silly of me!

I went to the information area and asked for Emma schedule for today. The woman look into my eyes and smile sexily to me. She batted her eyelashes trying to look sexy. I look away just right on time I saw Emma walking in the hallway. Her eyes are focus in the paper she read. I walked close to her. I toke a fake cough so she sense my presence. She turn her head to my direction and looking at me shocked. Then look down again to her paper and proceed walking. I walked together with her until we arrived in her clinic.

She then look at me.

"Why are following me?" She asked.

"Well I want to talked to you!" I said while I put my hand inside my pants pocket looking at her.

"We are talking right now!" She said sarcasticlly

"Are you done work?" I asked her trying to make conversation with her

"Nope! It's my lunch break!" She said.

I smiled widely when I heard her said lunch break.

"Good timing! How about we talked while we eat together for lunch? Let's go"

"No! I will take my lunch in the cafeteria! Anyway can you just tell me what do you want?" She look at me annoyed.

"I just want to talked to you. Come on let's go I know a place that's near the hospital. Don't worry I will make sure you will not be late! Please!" Shit I never said please to anyone or to any woman before. What kind of magic spell she used me. She makes me do things I don't usually do.

"Xavier you can eat your lunch alone! And please if you don't have anything important to say then I will leave you here outside my clinic!" Then she turn to me and get inside her clinic room. I went inside without bothering her to invite me.

"Xavier out!" She hissed at me

"Come on! Let's eat together I am very hungry!"

"Then go Xavier! Eat alone or invite someone not me I am busy!" She said

"Why can't you not go with me? Your having your lunch break too right? Let eat! " While I try to hold her wrist but she avoid me.

"Are you angry? Did I do something wrong?" I asked her

"No! I just don't want to be seen together with you Xavier please!"

"But I want to be with you!"

"Why?" She asked

"Cause I like you!" I blurted out all the sudden. I am even suprise with my own unexpected confession.

"Xavier I won't fall from that! I may loss what's important to me to you. But I am not the same kind of woman you had. That you can toy or play around" she explained to me

"I am dead serious you know! I never feel this kind of feeling before it's new to me. Please! Don't reject me easily. Give me a chance!" Oh God I am sound like a pathetic guy but I don't care I just really want to be with her.

"Xavier just forget everything happen between us. Please just go!" She said. I really don't understand why she keep avoiding me.

"Then I will follow you everywhere since I can do that! I have authority in this hospital so I can go together with you!" I said

She run her fingers to her hair and grab it.

"Your so annoying!" She said

"If you give me a chance I can assure you I am not annoying. Please please! I am hungry.. so really hungry!" I pouted looking at her .

"If I go with you. You will stop this ok? This will be the last time we saw each other Xavier!" She said

"Why is that? I am planning to drive to work and to your home! Then join you with your lunch break Everytime.!"

"You can't do that!" She look at me panicked.

"Why?" I whined

"Please stay away from me. I don't like you and I think you don't like me too. !"

"What are you talking about? I just said I like you! Like hell I even love you!"I said truthfully to her.

"Xavier please go outside I don't want to see you!"

"But I want to see you! I will come everyday to hospital to see you. Let's have lunch together ok? How about that? Until you decide to say yes to me. Juts give me a chance I promise to show you how much I love you!" I said to her while I smiled widely.

"I can't! I will never like you not love you. Your a player Xavier stop playing me and I don't to be your victim ok? !"

"Ok I know I had bad reputation I can't blame you. But let me show you that I will change! I promise to love you and only you. Please please!" I hold her hand and bring it to my lips. She snatch her hands from me and look pissed at me..

"Why can't you understand I will never like you! And I don't want to be with you!" She said

"I don't care! Just give me a chance to show how I feel so I can change your mind. I promise please just a chance!" Then I hug her without bothering if she will get mad. She try to push me but I remain to hug her not wanting to let her go.

"I love you... I really do! Please!" I nozzle my nose to her neck trying to inhale her scent. My god this is the smell I been missing for how many days. I just love her smell so much.

"Let's go eat!" She said

"Really? You will go with me?" I let her go and hold each side of her shoulder. She nodded and I jump while I said "yes!"
