This girl is a trouble!

We were seated in Daksh's car. I was sitting on the backseat and she was seated on the passenger seat while he drove.

Currently they were having this absurd argument over which song to play in the car.

"I am really not interested in your pop music!" Shanaya yelled on the top of her voice.

God! I'll turn deaf!

"And I am not interested in your romantic music." Daksh said rolling his eyes.

"If you both don't stop arguing this instant, I'll just jump out of the car!" I said irritated.

"Yess please do the honours, sir." Shanaya said smiling very sweetly at me.

I just narrowed my eyes at her.

"Too much for respecting me!" I muttered.

"We've reached." Daksh announced.

"Oh Thank God! I am saved from the torture." I said getting out of the car.

She stepped down waving him byee and came towards the elevator behind me.

The moment we entered the elevator she stumbled a bit but then stood behind me.

This girl is a trouble!

Just then I felt weight on my shoulder and I said "Dr. Oberoi I hope you know that I am not a fucking pillow."

But I got no response and I when I turned around suddenly she was going to fall and that was when I noticed that she was unconscious.

What the hell?

"Dr. Oberoi." I called her patting her cheek while holding her waist with another hand.

Just then the elevator dinged and I picked her up in my arms and walked towards my apartment.

Punching the code I hurriedly walked in towards my bedroom and placed her on the bed.

"Oberoi." I called and patted her cheek. I got a glass of water and sprinkled it on her face.

After a few minutes she slowly opened her eyes and looked at me.

I sighed in relief.

Why were you worried at the first place?

Because I am a doctor!

"You are a walking disaster, Dr.Oberoi." I said shaking my head and handing her a water.

"Umm I don't need water. Do you have something sweet?" She asked me hesitantly and I nodded quickly while walking away to my kitchen.

I grabbed a dark choclate bar and handed it to her.

She was really weak to even open it.

What's wrong with her?

I took it from her and opened it and sat beside her to make her eat it.

She ate it and then tried to sit up. I helped her in it and asked her

"What's wrong with you? You were just fine some time ago."

She just gave a weak smile and said

"Ohh it is nothing maybe weakness. Umm Thank you. I'll take my leave." She said not looking at me.

Why is she behaving this wierd?

She tried to get up and I again held her by her shoulders.

"I'll take you." I said and we walked out towards her apartment.

She put the code in and said "Thank you again."

I just nodded and waited for her to get in the apartment. She was going to close the door when I held the door

"You can knock on my door incase you need anything anytime." I said nervously scratching the back of my neck.

She just smiled at me "Are you sure, sir? You won't mind me troubling you?"

She asked mischeviously.

I just rolled my eyes at her and left.

Strange girl!

One second she is smiling at me the other second she talks sarcastic to me and another second she is really sweet to me and then she teases me.

Stop thinking about her!

I just parked my car in the parking of the medical college.

When I got down, I saw Shanaya standing by her scooty clutching it's handle for support.

Worried I walked towards her held her shoulder.

"Are you fine?" I asked.

She turned towards me and nodded.

Again she took out a choclate from her bag and ate it.

"Are you sure you're fine? Why do you feel dizzy this often?" I asked with knitted eyebrows still holding her by her shoulders.

She was fine by now. She just looked around and whispered "I have a secret."

I again looked at her confused.

"Secret? What secret?" I asked with furrowed eyebrows.

"I am pregnant." She blurted with a serious face.

And I looked at her bashed.

"Whaa— I mean how?" I asked still shocked.

"Seriously? How? Do you want me to explain the procedure?" She asked annoyed.

"No! I mean.. you are pregnant? But—

I was rambling and she bursted out laughing.

I was just looking at her laughing like there is no tomorrow.

Laughing like she just cracked the funniest joke.

She looks soo free!

"Why are you laughing?" I asked her confused and then realisation hit me.

"You— I started but said nothing and just releasing a frustrated huff I turned around.

She just held my arm and said "I was just joking. But trust me. It was worth it. Your face had priceless expression." She said and started laughing again.

"If you are done with your jokes just leave my hand so that I can carry on with my work." I said glaring at her.

"It was my mistake! I shouldn't have come here to ask you if you were fine." I said and she stopped laughing and then gave me one of those mesmerising smiles.

"Sorry." She said sheepishly.

"I was just having some fun, okay? I thought you would laugh at it. But damn my sense of humour." She said.

I was trying hard to so that my lips won't curve into a smile.

She left my arm and said "Actually I am diabetic. I have low blood sugar level issues. So it happens with me."

I snapped my head towards her and was waiting for her to start laughing but she didn't.

"This one's not a joke?" I asked and she nodded in negative.

"You should follow a diet schedule." I said and she looked at me raising her brows.

"Are you worried about me?" She asked.

"I am a doctor. It is my responsibility." I said shrugging.

"Whatever you say, Sir." She said with a mock smile.

"I am sure doctors don't say you can knock on my door incase you need anything anytime." She said mimicking me.

"You're the last person I would worry for Dr. Oberoi. For me you're just one annoying kid." I said and left her behind because I didn't want her see me smiling.

Which I was currently, I don't even know why?

"Hey! What do you mean by i am an annoying kid? I am no kid. I am 25 okay?" She yelled from behind me and was marching towards me furiously.

She stood beside me before the elevator and was going to say something when a staff member came and stood waiting for the elevator.

She just glared at me and left from there huffing.

And then she says she respects me!
