Daisy POV
I stood at the altar, looking beautiful in my white wedding dress, but my attention was on Sebastian's angry outburst.
His face was red with rage, his eyes blazing with fury as he yelled at his guards.
“Where is Giovanni?” He demanded, his voice low and menacing.
“I told you to find him and bring him here, but he's nowhere to be found!” He was so angry that he grabbed one of the guards by the clothes and shook him hard, his fingers digging into the fabric.
The guard was terrified, stuttering out an excuse as Sebastian's face turned even redder with anger.
Sebastian's anger was so intense that he slapped the guard, the sound echoing through the quiet church.
The room was super tense, like I could feel the anxiety hanging in the air.
Sebastian's voice was sharp and worried as he asked, “Where is Luca? Is he missing too?” He looked around the room, like he was trying to make Luca to appear.
The guards looked nervous and sweaty, glancing at each other, then back at Sebastian.
The silence that followed was heavy and uncomfortable, like everyone was holding their breath, waiting for an answer. It was like the whole room was on the edge, waiting for something to happen.
Sebastian was fuming, his lips curled in a snarl as he muttered curses under his breath.
“How dare he?” He growled, his voice low and fierce.
“How dare Giovanni keep me waiting like a fool?” his words were laced with venom, his anger and humiliation was obvious and intense.
His body language screamed anger and hurt, his fists clenched and posture rigid.
The situation was a ticking time bomb, ready to explode at any moment.
Just then, the doors burst open and Giovanni stumbled in, drunk and in a total mess.
His clothes were tattered and dirty, his eyes bloodshot and his hair a mess.
He reeked of alcohol and looked nothing like a man that is supposed to get married. It was a shocking and insulting sight to behold.
Giovanni shouted loudly, his words unclear from drinking too much. “I won't marry that wrench, dad! I'm not going through with it” as he glared at me with a mix of anger and disgust.
“This marriage is not going to happen”, he sneered, his lips curling into a snarl. ‘I just came to tell you that….’ his sentence trailed off into a drunken mumble that was hard to understand.
Sebastian charged at Giovanni, his face red with anger, his fists clenched as he unleashed a flurry of punches on him repeatedly.
The sound of the punches was loud and disturbing. Giovanni stumbled back, his arms raised in a futile attempt to defend himself, he looked like he was in excruciating pain as the blows rained down.
The scene was brutal and uncomfortable to watch. I was shocked and couldn't move, stuck in a corner, unable to do anything but witness the confrontation.
Sebastian dragged Giovanni clothes and pulled him roughly towards me, almost like dragging a reluctant dog on a leash.
“Dad I'm not going to marry…” he tried to speak but burst out coughing instead, blood gushing from his mouth and staining his clothes.
His breathing was labored and he was making a weird gurgling sound. It was a really gruesome and pitiful sight.
I felt a surge of sympathy for him, despite everything, because it was clear he was in immense pain and suffering.
Sebastian pulled him up, still gripping his clothes tightly, his eyes still full of anger.
“You're getting married today, or else…” he growled, his voice low and threatening.
The unspoken threat was clear: if Giovanni didn't comply, something bad will happen. Sebastian's words hung in the air, leaving no doubt that he was dead serious.
The wedding ceremony started, and I could feel the fear in the air.
The priest's hands trembled slightly as he held his sacred book. He kept glancing nervously at Sebastian who was still radiating anger and intimidation.
His eyes also darted towards Giovanni who was covered in bloodstains.
The priest's voice was shaky, his words of blessing and union laced with a subtle quiver of fear, as he was acutely aware that he was officiating a union forged in coercion and violence rather than love and mutual consent.
As the final vows were exchanged and the ceremony drew to a close, Giovanni disappeared from sight, and I felt a wave of relief wash over me.
I was glad, I wouldn't have to spend the night in the same room with him, feeling scared and trapped.
It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders, and I could finally breathe a little easier.
I was grateful to be alone without the fear of his anger and control over me.
As I was taken to the room, I surrendered to the allure of the luxurious room. My tension and fatigue melting away with each passing moment, I began to undress, layer by layer.
My clothes fell to the floor with a soft rustle, followed by the gentle slide of my panties down my legs.
Just as I was about to step into the welcoming embrace of my bath, the door creaked open.
I was shocked and surprised to see who walked in. I froze, my heart racing and couldn't believe my eyes.
