Chapter 2

Sam Pov

I sat down and let my mother talk about my missing brother. I stopped cleaning first. I was smiling while talking to my mother about my brother. I am smiling. We will be together soon.

Mommy and daddy are out of the country to look for my long lost Brothers. We've been looking for it for a long time but we didn't stop looking. Now that they have a lead about my brother, my parents will be happy forever.

"ohh ok hija, i havd to go. Your Dad and I will talk to you." when it says goodbye. I nodded even though he couldn't see. Before I could speak. The phone immediately hung up on me. I sighed and smiled too. My brother and I will be together soon, I want to meet him too.

I continued cleaning before I went to the bathroom to take a shower. I showered for a few minutes before I put on my house clothes and before I went straight downstairs.

I went down the stairs and I went straight to the dining area and my son was eating. I stand aside here. My son is handsome. I smiled.

"Daddy has left." it says. I immediately felt pain. I smile here. It was like being stabbed with a knife when I saw my son sad. Kiel left. I breathed hard, my chest felt heavy.

"it's ok austen, I'm here and I'll take you." my son nodded. I kissed it on the cheek. I looked away as I felt my tears fall. I cry really fast when it comes to my son

"ohh don't be sad austen." when manang makes it easier for my son. It came closer to us then caressed my back. I smile here.

"its ok bro."

Manang knows what is happening here in this house. I used to babysit him since I was little. I brought her here so that I have an assistant to take care of my son. My son continued to eat and I breathed a sigh of relief as I gradually glimpsed his smile.

Until now, Kiel still thinks that Austen is not his child. I can't seem to handle it when my son hears that Kiel doesn't accept me. I'm just thinking that I'm hurting so I'll do everything so that Austen won't hear her rejection of her father.

My tears fell again and fell on my plate. I took a deep breath. I lost my appetite. I stood up immediately.

"wait for me, I'm just going to get dressed."

I went downstairs immediately after I got dressed. My daughter came to me in the living room waiting for me. I am wearing a white skirt a floral sleeveless turtleneck top and metallic stillets. I smiled at my son.

my son nodded. I held his hand before we went out together. We went straight to the garage then we entered my sedan car. I put the seatbelt on my son myself. I immediately drove my car out of the house.

Our family is rich. My mommy and daddy are rich, both come from luxurious families. My daddy is a CEO in Perez real state. We also have a house in another country. I am a half foreign and so is Ezekiel.

We reached the school shortly. I unbuckled my seatbelt and so did my son and got out first. My son entered the big gate, I followed my son.

"I have to go mommy." goodbye my son

I knelt down so that our eyes were level. I hugged him and kissed him on the forehead. He ran inside and was greeted by his friends. I smiled but my heart also ached. I stood up then I went back to the car.

Bella's message that I received when I got into the car, when I looked at my phone, it lit up. I shrugged my shoulders before I stopped my car. Bella is my friend. I have only one friend. We were young, we were together. We've been planning to meet you for a long time but I can't make it because I'm busy.

I stopped when I saw the red light. I leaned on the backrest of my chair before replaying to my friend that I was coming. I turned to the left and unexpectedly caught sight of Kiel sitting at a table inside the restaurant while talking to a woman.

My heart ached when I saw him smile and laugh like he had never shown me before. My heart ached when I saw how he was a gentleman to another woman that he never did to me.

I looked away as my tears flowed one after another. I stopped my car as soon as I saw this green light. The weight is heavy on the chest. I wiped my tears but they still flowed.

I calmed myself down and tried to put out of my mind what I saw earlier. I got out of my car immediately after retouching so that my friend wouldn't notice that I was crying.

I immediately entered the coffee shop. I looked normal even though inside I was in pain. I immediately smiled when I saw my beautiful friend. He stood up and whispered kisses and hugs to me before we sat down.

"how are you?" he asked immediately while calling the waitress for our coffee order. I took a deep breath as what happened earlier entered my mind again. I thought he had a job? I shook my head.

"are you ok?". he asked worriedly after telling the waitress our order. I nodded then smiled. Well I don't need to hide from my friend because he knows all my friend's movements.

"oh come on sam stop lying? I know you." I dreamed because this girl really knows me. I sighed and leaned on the backrest.

"It's still the same, nothing changes." my answer is simple. He knows what I mean. The things that kiel does to me and to this woman. Bella sighed before I saw the meeting of her eyebrows.

"Why don't you divorce?"

I didn't say a word. It didn't take long for our order to arrive. The waitress put down the mocha then the cassava cake. I immediately took my coffee and drank it.

"yes, by the way, you only have one reason? Your son? What about you?" I can feel his annoyance but I still don't say a word. I have nothing to say because at that point I didn't think for myself. I don't care about myself as long as my child doesn't get hurt.

Bella shook her head as if disappointed because no matter what she convinced me, I could not leave Kiel because apart from loving him, I also have a child who needs a father. I just want to give my son the whole family.

I looked around but there was nothing unusual. All I see are people eating and walking. I turned to Bella and frowned.

"seriously sam? Are you really numb? Can't you see that there are many people who are cheating on you? I can find someone better than your husband?" it's annoying

I looked around. A lot of people are looking at me, whether it's a woman or a man. The one who smiles at me causes me to smile back. I looked back at my friend.

There are many men around but I don't love them. There were many but I didn't feel anything and only Kiel would make my heart beat and let out my emotions that even my family couldn't do. The friend shook his head and remained silent.

We were silent for a while before we changed the topic and I breathed a sigh of relief. Talked about his work and business to build. I temporarily forgot everything. Bella and I immediately left the coffee shop and went to the mall.

We also ate afterwards and went to the spa together. I haven't been to the spa in a few days. My friend and I talked a lot. The spa is relaxing. We stayed at the spa for a few hours before we decided to eat again.

This is the only day I have free, so I will fully enjoy being with my friend. We only see each other once in a while because we are busy with our own work, except for me who only takes care of my son but sometimes I go to Dad's office to manage.

"bye, I'll text you when I see you again." nodded in response to my friend. He kissed me on the cheek then we hugged. I immediately entered my car. It was afternoon when my friend and I finished. I drove my car to school to pick up my son. The weight in my chest temporarily disappeared. I didn't feel that while I was with Bella.

I immediately got out of the car when I saw my son waiting in the waiting ched when I arrived. I approached it and was greeted with a hug.

"I'm sorry, I'm late, did you wait?" I asked after the hug. My son shook his head and smiled.

"it's ok, ur just time" I smiled here before I imitated him in the front seat.

"have you eaten?." I asked as I got into the car. I drove my car out of school. My son shook his head.

"just at home." I smiled here then nodded. Manang is really good to cook. My son leaned on the backrest while I focused on driving.

After a while we reached the house. My son went out first before me. I put my car in the garage without a car. Kiel hasn't come home yet? I shook my head, of course I always come home late because he doesn't want to see me and be with me. That's almost right here.

I smiled bitterly.

I immediately entered the house, I went straight to the kitchen when I heard the noise there and my daughter who was talking to her husband came to me to cook this favorite food.

"Austen?" it turned to me after I called.

"let's go upstairs, we need to change your clothes." he came to me and he himself pulled me out of the kitchen.

"Hurry up please." it is still bought from manang. I smiled. Just see my son happy, I'll be fine. I lifted it but struggled because..

"Come on mom? Put me down, I am a bigboy now." it said. I snorted.

"ur still my baby austen." I said smiling. My son lit up before I put it down
