Laura Stevens.

Standing in the midst of the sweaty flocks of her fellow competing journalists, she cursed the sun that burnt her skin and people pushing her body around. It was worst when CEO Abe Grayson arrived in his cars, Everyone tried to fight their way to his car and shuffle her towards it .

That was when she gave up. No their was totally no way she was going to get a story from such an arrogant C.E.O., she had heard alot about Abe Grayson, what was the use of asking if he never likes talking to the media...she knew it was a fruitless attempt and she was ready to turn back and face the consequences with her boss.

As she tried leaving she felt a hand grab her arm. At first she thought it was one of those journalists who she really wasn't in the mood to talk to.

"What do you..." She tried to ask but stopped on her tracks when she saw what baffled her. Multi billionaire Abe Grayson was standing before her holding her hand. She blinked not sure if what was happening was real, cameras and lights were blinking and flashing on her now.

She almost lost it, he had a face of an Angel, very handsome and good looking his Dazzling green eyes marveled her, so this was what he looked like up close. this was her first time seeing him this close.

"Come with me" was all she heard him say and her two legs immediately obeyed the orders, for fear was the only option.

Five hours ago:

She had come to work early enough, about to start working on an article, when her boss summoned her.

" Stevens, Could you tell me why you are still here?"

Her boss was Mr Lee James Owner of the News fountain California. A multimedia company. A very rude and yet Crazy person, by crazy you had no idea. He was in his middle thirties and simply didn't like being the last.

"The CEO of the Grayson entertainment, company has just come back From China after saying he was going to sign a deal with Xi entertainment industries Beijing china,"

Laura was confused, how does signing deals seem entertaining. What was she supposed to do.

"Sir...I don't..."

"You disappoint me Laura Stevens, when I first shoved you into the entertainment department, I thought you had potential and Zeal for anything relating to entertaining people. Anything" ..

"But sir it's just a deal....who cares if?"

Laura tried to explain.

"Okay first of all, I don't even know why I'm still talking to you right now. If you go there and you are not the first to get the answer and publish the article , bi**ch I'ma fire your ass, for the fourth time in a row. "

Dejectedly Laura entered her Car and rushed to the Grayson's company. Only to see flocks of other journalists, and now out of the blue and the impossible she was with Abe Grayson.

"What do you want from me sir?,"

She asked a bit confused, as they both entered the companies building.

Abe looked at her closely and smiled.

"You want an interview with me right?"

Laura nodded.

Had the gods of Egypt heard her unspoken prayers somehow, That the multi billionaire of one of the biggest and best entertainment companies would single handedly pick her, what an added honour to have him come out of his car.

A bit flustered, she wondered if it was in the news. Who gets to be picked by such an affluent man in such a way. Gosh she wondered.

Abe was beside himself with hidden joy, everything still felt surreal, The woman who he had been searching for his whole life was standing beside him.

He led her out with him to the elevator. Jack Who was also Abe's executive Manager, was talking to some of the workers below when he noticed Abe and a certain Women walk inside. Abe signalled that Jack join them while the guards used the other Elevator.

Now Abe had his own personal Elevator, which Jack, Ebal and Ash his aunt could exclusively enter. But today to everyone's surprise, They watched as Abe led a woman who was a stranger to them into the elevator with him.

Jack took the liberty to introduce himself.

"Good day, I am Jack Underwood the..."

"Executive Manager of Grayson entertainment company" Laura cut him short.

"I know you sir"

"Oh.." he adjusted his Tie "Should have seen that coming..."

Abe cut him short.

"She's here to interview me, don't make her uncomfortable... Jack" The seriousness in Abe's voice made jack realize that something was up. The elevator doors opened and they were met with Abe's overly spacious, breathtaking and fancy Office.

Laura gasped mentally as she saw the grandeur. Taking the chair he offered her she suddenly remembered that she was here to interview him.

Jack immediately used the mind link.

"Who is she?"

Abe smirked. "What do you think?"

Just then it dawned on Jack That the beautiful young woman was His Alpha's Mate.

"You found her!"

Abe smiled.

And spoke up to Laura's hearing.

"Tell the secretary to get Her some water to drink." Jack nodded and left.

Just then Laura is met with a tall and model looking hottie, black hair, white face,who wore a pretty reveling shirt and a skirt that was not too short but exposed her thighs in a way.

She brought the glass of water in a tray and looked at Abe in a quizzical manner and from the way she regarded Laura. It was evident to Laura that the woman didn't like her.

She thought to herself, was that really how the people dressed here.

Abe cleared his throat.

"What's your name?"

She smiled.

"I'm Laura Stevenson"

He liked the name already. Laura, He could feel the tail of his wolf Zafron wagging in happiness.

He already did some thinking, since she was human, he didn't want to freak her out, he would take things slowly...watch over her and eventually she would be his, The satisfaction and excitement that he felt from just thinking of those things made him for the first time in many years give thanks to The moon Goddess.

When Laura had gotten comfortable. She began to ask him.

"So we heard recently that you took a trip to Beijing China, to the XI entertainment company, to sign a partnership Contract with them, what was the outcome of the trip?"

Abe smiled. "It was successful, infact Beijing's very own, Ray Boys from the Xi entertainment industry would be coming to Grayson's entertainment company California to perform."

The Ray boys were the most popular boy music band not only in China but in the world, Laura was really surprised at the news. She jotted down what he had said and proceeded to ask him more questions.

Abe didn't really care if he was bluffing out some certain confidential information to his journalist mate, all he just wanted was for her to keep talking, he watched her small lips, her large brown eyes, the outline of her face, her hair and nose.

He was Mesmerized and Wondered how it would feel like to hug her. To have her in his arms, that wonderful yet fragile body. Just then he said in the midst of her questions.

"You are beautiful..." Laura was surprised by the Compliment, however she couldn't hide the fact that the compliment From such a Dashing and Dazzling Man made her blush. So she thanked him.

She used her hand to push her hair backwards, cause it was touching her face. But that was when Abe saw something that made him very confused.

Just there on one of her fingers was a golden ring. He wondered if it was the wedding Ring or just some kind of ornament.

Jack's voice could be heard in his head. He was using the mind link again. (It was a way werewolves communicated with each other).

"So what's going on between you two there?, Is she a wolf?"

Abe swallowed.

"She's human, and she's f**king married!"

Jack could not believe his ears, he knew how Abe was whenever he was Angry.

"Calm down Abe, did she tell you that?" He couldn't hear a response. Abe had blocked the communication. Jack However rushed to Abe's office before Abe could do anything stupid.

He arrived just in time to see the Miss standing up to leave.

Dropping a sigh of relief, he rushed to stand beside Abe.

"I can see you are done with the interview...Miss?" Jack asked extending his hand for a handshake.

"It's Mrs Laura... Laura Stevenson."

She smiled extending her own hand to receive his given hand.

She had answered the question. She was married.

Abe was now awfully silent now.

"Do you want us to give you a car to send you back to your destined location?" Jack displayed more courtesy.

She smiled. "Oh no sir, I would be imposing, I already have a car though so I would be going now...Thank you for the exclusive interview..Mr Abe Grayson."

Abe forced a smile.

"It's a pleasure having you Laura...Have a good time"

As she left the office, Abe stood up from his Chair and walked over to his bar, picking up some wine with the decanter and all he poured himself some Alcohol,

Jack just stood there staring at him.

"Are you okay? Alpha Abe?"

Abe in a rushed rage threw his glass of wine to the ground as he heard that question.

"Do people in my position stay okay?"

He cursed under his breath.

"Damn the moon goddess, nice play! nice twist!, I bet she must be sitting there laughing. Just imagine...The Alpha of the lichen Pack insulted."

His facial expressions, and body shook in his anger. Jack was used to seeing him angry ,it was an evident fact that the Alpha's of the lichen Pack were always known for their Anger.

"You would have to calm down... Maybe another Mate..." Jack tried to say as Abe glared at him. Walking over to the telephone, Abe dialed a number and spoke up.

"Agent Daniels, Its Abe Grayson...Good, I would like a small favor...Can you help me search for a certain Laura Stevenson....no I don't have her picture...oh but if it helps she works In a certain news company called The News fountain. Great, Make sure you get all the details, I want to know everything about her....Sure your pay would be waiting for you...and don't worry I would give you a little extra. ...cut*"

Jack stared in Shock.

"What are you up to, Abe??"

Abe shoved him aside.

"You are my beta not my father...leave me alone.
