Chapter 4: Dealing with them

At once, Jaden-Lee stopped beating him as he carried his mother and went out.

His father, who has been beaten so mercilessly that he couldn't even get up from his feet, managed to reach out for his phone as he quickly called his secretary to come over.

That night, no one got any more rest till the following day.

Jaden-lee quickly took his mother to the hospital the next day, likewise, his father was taken to the hospital by his secretary.

He was so very much angry at Jaden for daring to lay his hands on him and because of that, he decided to deal with him starting now.

"Secretary San, I want to divorce my wife so call My Attorney and ask him to be here at once so that we can start the whole process." He ordered while still Laying on his sick bed.

" Okay, sir!" His secretary replied.

"Also, I want You to pack out my luggage from that house and rent it out at once after you've thrown out their luggage outside and after that, go and close that store that was opened for her as well and withdrawal all financial expenses made towards that dumb girl education and that of his brother at once and close the family account as well" he added.

" Alright, sir! I'll do just that but sir, if I may ask, what did they do to……" his secretary couldn't finish his statement as he was immediately cut short by Mr. Aiden-Leigh

" Don't ask!!! This is just the beginning of what I'll do to them after I am done dealing with all of them, you may now ask your questions right now, I just need you to do as I say" he replied.

"Alright, sir! I'm sorry for asking, I'll be taking my leave now" the secretary replied as he left the hospital.

After he left, Mr. Aiden-Leigh tried to adjust himself on the bed but he couldn't do that due to the pain.

" Gosh! This punk…… I'll deal with you forever doing this to me! He groaned.

Meaning well Jaden-Lee was accompanying his mother at the hospital when a call came through his phone.

" Hello, you're Ruby's elder brother right?" The caller asked.

" Yes, it's there a problem?" Jaden-lee asked, feeling a bit nervous.

"Can you come over for a moment? It's really important" the caller replied.

" Okay…. But hope there's no problem?" Jaden-lee asked but then, the caller ended the call.

His mother was still sleeping having just received treatment and so Jaden-Lee couldn't wake her up so he just left for Ruby's school.

Reaching there, the principal called him to his office and told him of the new development.

" The payments that I've been made towards your sister's education, have just been withdrawn by your father so we don't have them here in our school after today, we can't let her in here considering her special care," he told Jaden-Lee whose heart started to pound hard at such bad news.

" But sir, everything has been fine since what happened to cause all this now?" Jaden-lee asked.

"We just got the News a few moments ago now and I think you should be asking the person who has been in charge of it and not us. You can go now" the headmaster replied as Jaden-lee left in deep thoughts.

His sister has been enrolled in that school due to their specialty in teaching the deaf and dumb kids and all the payments have been made from the family's joint account so what happened now? How come about the withdrawal? Wait a minute, could it be his father? He asked, feeling dejected.

He couldn't tell what it was that came over him that night to make him bounce on his father that way. Come to think of it, that was the first time he's using his martial skill on anyone he didn't even believe himself but they did have already been done and it was good he actually intervened or else his mum could be dead already.

He only has to find a way to get her sister back to school no matter what it will take from him.

He checked his time and discovered it was almost time for the school to dismiss so he sat down one side and waited for her.

Soon, the school dismissed and they were on their way going only for them to reach the house and find all their properties out of the house as it seems someone else has packed into the house.

"What? Why are our things outside and new occupants in the house?" Jaden-lee asked with his mouth wide open.

"That's because your dad ordered it so" the secretary who has been waiting for their arrival, made them know

Scratching his head, Jaden-lee asked, "Why is he behaving like this? Isn't that Ruby's school enough?"

Is he also going to make them homeless? Darn it! He wasn't expecting this! Where and what is he supposed to do now?

At once, Ruby burst into tears.

She regretted ever being born in this life. All would've been better if she wasn't given birth as her existence is just putting her loved ones into suffering.

"Hey Ruby, don't be this way…… I'll just have to go to the bank and withdraw some money which we will use to rent another apartment" Jaden-Lee replied as he cleaned her tears.

"I'll be right back just promise me that you will be okay all by yourself?" Jaden-lee asked again as Ruby nodded amidst her tears.

She just sat down outside with all their luggage surrounding her and once his brother had gone, her tears intensified.

As Jaden-lee reached the ATM bank, and wanted to withdraw some amount of money using his ATM card, he was declared an invalid user.

"Did their father just block them from using the money as well? Jaden-lee pondered in his heart all in despair.

Everything was happening so fast and without giving them a breather.
