Naina’s head starts spinning. She could not understand today's behavior of Adarsh bhai,his language,his love. She felt it was very different. She could not understand anything. Whom shall she ask?

Yes!! Parineeta bhabi. She is the most close and trustworthy friend of hers. Parineeta bhabi was pregnant. Sometimes her waist and stomach pains. That day also was painful. Naina was pressing it.

“Marrying is so good nah?” Naina asked.

“Why? Do you want to marry?” Parineeta bhabi asked.

“No,no! I do not want to marry but someone wants to marry me,” Naina said.

“Really?? Who is he? What is his name? Who is capable of marrying our Naina?” Parineeta bhabi said.

Naina: No I cannot say his name. It is a surprise,” Naina said.

“If you will not tell me,I will inform this to your Adarsh bhai,” Parineeta bhabi said.

“No. Don’t say anything to him. He will kill me,” Naina said.

“Then say who is the person who wants to snatch my Naina from me?” Parineeta bhabi said,

“I will say but answer my question,” Naina said.

“Ask,” Parineeta bhabi said.

“Marriage is fun?” Naina asked.

“Haan,but you have to make your heart stone,” Parineeta bhabi said.

“My heart is not of stone,You know how soft I am.I will always be with you like a shadow. Will, you not love me?” Naina asked.

“Yes,I would have loved you if I would have had a devar. But now you will marry someone else. Who is that prince charming?” Parineeta bhabi said

“He is not prince charming. He is my Adarsh bhai,” Naina said.

Parineeta bhabi sat on the floor laughing. Her cheeks and stomach began to pain because of laugh but she could not control it. She even began to cry because of laughing. Naina stood like a stiff wood log. She could not understand why Parineeta bhabi was laughing so much.

“You fooled me. I thought you have fallen in love,” Parineeta bhabi said,

Suddenly Adarsh bhai entered.

Adarsh bhai: What happened to Parineeta? Why are you laughing so much?” Adarsh bhai said.

“You know Naina….,” Parineeta bhabi said.

Parineeta bhabi told everything to Adarsh bhai. He too joined her in laughing.

Adarsh bhai: So Naina fooled you also?” Adarsh bhai said.

“Have you ever joked with her that you will marry her?” Parineeta bhabi asked.

“No,are you mad? She is a kid,” Adarsh bhai said.

“Kid? She is 15. Girls at the age of 15 are very much matured. And our Naina is very beautiful. Who knows you, man's mind?” Parineeta bhabi said.

“Parineeta! You know very well that Naina is living in our house for studies,” Adarsh bhai said.

Adarsh bhai looked at Naina as she went outside,but she was peeping through the windows.

“Naina is Sulagna didi’s sister in law. I don’t want any jokes on her,” Adarsh bhai said.

“But…,” Parineeta bhabi stopped.

Adarsh bhai’s kiss shut Parineeta bhabi’s mouth. Naina was watching everything from the window. She closed the window and went to her room. Why Adarsh bhai lie to Parineeta bhabi? Why did Parineeta bhabi consider her talk as a joke? Is Adarsh Bhai joking with her? Why did she promise to marry him? No! She will not live here anymore.IS she a toy to be played with? Naina was very angry at Adarsh bhai.

When she drifted off to sleep,she didn't know. She got up when she felt a hand caressing her face. She saw Adarsh bhai when she opened her eyes. She was sleeping on his lap. Naina got up instantly but Adarsh bhai made her sleep forcefully. Adarsh bhai pressed her soft lips.

“Are you angry?” Adarsh bhai asked.

Naina said no while pushing his hands away.

“Promise?”Adarsh bhai asked.

“Why did you lie to Parineeta bhabi? Are you joking with me?” Naina said.

“Listen Naina,whatever I say to you is only the sole truth, whatever I say to others is a lie.

“Then why could not Parineeta bhai believe that we are marrying? Naina asked.

“Parineeta trusts me only,” Adarsh Bhai said.

“That’s why You proved me a liar in front of her,” Naina said.

“Situation makes a man lie. Nobody loves to lie,” Adarsh Bhai said.

“Which situation made you lie?” Naina asked.

“You cannot understand. Only our marriage can save my life,” Adarsh Bhai said.

“Adarsh Bhai, can I ask you a question. You are saying that I am a child, do you consider me a child in your mind? No! Else not you would never ask me to marry you.” Naina said.

“You are very selfish,” Adarsh Bhai said.

“You have to answer my question. You married Parineeta bhabi at your own choice. Parineeta bhabi is doing everything to make you happy. She is very beautiful, talented, and obedient. Then what else do you want? Why do you want to marry me by losing your life? What happiness can I give you which is unfulfilled by Parineeta bhabi?” Naina aked.
