THE CHASE DOWN THE ALLEYWAY

In order to get to my apartment faster I need to take the short cuts, that is more than an hour walk to my place;but thanks to the company I got,I have been avoiding every narrow and nooky place. But there was one unavoidable place it was the alleyway, it's about ten minutes walk before I reach the main street and follow the lane right to my house.

I stood in front of the alleyway, looking ahead the road was dark and creepy;I took a step forward and made a determination in my mind.

"Once I get into this place,there is no way out;I can be cornered then rape and no one would hear my voice till the next morning."

A young college girl had been raped In this alleyway once,she got back from her part time job late and had to make it home on time so she took the alleyway, before she knew she was been followed by the thugs that has made that place their basement at night. They caught up with her,raped her,then left her there nearly half dead;a young man going for exercise in the morning raised an alarm then the area cops asses the whole situation.

A lot of danger and mishaps has gone down the alleyway am about to enter;

What if the stalker tampered with my car to get this opportunity?

It seems like he's waiting behind me,for me to just take a step inside then he will pound on me like an animal.

I slowly turn back to look around me,then the lightening did me a favour of flashing lights along with horrible thunderous sounds. There was no one there,no one is behind me. He must have hidden himself pretty well.

Am going to start a long race that would last for ten minutes,at least till I am out of here,once am in the main road; I will feel safe again.

I told myself and started running into the alley,I was running with my heart bumping hard in my chest.

The rain got worse but I didn't mind,I was just running, running and running. As I was running I couldn't feel his presence close anymore,I think I left a very big gap between the both of us;

I was smiling;I felt happy within me but I didn't stop racing,the alleyway is dark and narrow anything can pop up from anywhere; before I knew it I came in contact with something hard then I fell on the floor,it felt like a man's chest.

"OUCH!" I yell in pain as I fell hard on the wet hard ground,I raise my head to take a peep as my assilant but he was already squatting in front of me.

"Who....are...you?"I asked with a trembling voice.

"You will know when am done with you."

He said with a cute smile on his face.

I could see his face clearly,but he wasn't the one,I recognize the voice of my stalker like it was my own cos he always call me whenever he had something to worn me about,like the other day when I did a search for hidden in my apartment.

"Please........"I pleaded, sobbing bit by bit.

He slowly touch my face with his hands,he lower his hands softly and touch my breast;then he made to undo my breast buttons.

But I didn't stay still,my hands were moving beside me in search of a stone or any object;then I reach for a sharp broken bottle.

I held the broken piece tightly,then I injected him on the laps; I knew where I could have pierce but I didn't want to kill him.

"Ouch!"He shouted in pain and hit me hard on the face that I bruise on my lower lips,his palm visible on my face.

But I didn't care ,I pushed him and started running again; I ran till I was out of the alleyway. I still kept on running till I was almost run over by a car.
