As the black cloth was placed over my eyes and the blindfold tightened around me, I began to count in my head. Every step I count, I remember at what number I turned left, right, entered the door and took the elevator. I also estimated the time of the elevator ride, feeling whether it was going down or up.

I was shaking with the number of doors we passed and the number of elevators we rode. The structure of this building is no joke. the beautiful and elegant Casino is actually just an exterior that was made a front by criminals, the real purpose of building this building is to carry out their illegal black market auctions and some other crimes that are only the four corner rooms of the undergroundDark Casino is the witness.finally we reached the place. The guards who escorted us let us remove the blindfold.

When I opened my eyes, I felt like I was suddenly transported to the future of Las Vegas casinos. more than the combined beauty and luxury of all the casinos I've been to lay before me now. The light all around is yellow. The whole place is surrounded by expensive, antique items and designs. every corner shines because every side of the wall is made of real gold.

When I looked up there was a huge Chandelier made of pure gold and diamonds. The painstaking painting on the ceiling did not escape my eyes either. I was literally stunned. I never thought that the famous Masked Wolf of the underground crime group here in New York would be this big. As far as I know, this is the sole owner of the place. No partner, no friends.

I studied the structure of the whole area. I studied the position of all the CCTV and all the guards, while my Boss was having the time of his life playing and wasting his dirty money. After a while, the whole surroundings changed color. From the yellow atmosphere, it became darker. a tall and muscular man came out on the stage. He introduced himself as Alec. wow The Masked Wolf even got himself a runway model with brilliant blue eyes who moves like a fierce jaguar for the introduction. I was really expecting this to be a simple frontline to explain the dos and don'ts in the area but I was surprised again when he said this is the head security of Dark Casino. So there's a reason why this man moves like a trained jaguar. He really was. only then did I notice the attributes of a skilled combat warrior in his digital moves on stage. I must be careful. This is not random.

I held my breath when Alec's gaze landed on me. of all the people in front of him, his gaze suddenly diverted to me from across the room. As if it knows, I don't really belong here. Suddenly, my chest grew nervous but I didn't bend down, I met his gaze and let out a sweet smile. he didn't smile back, he didn't even make any facial expression, he was completely blank and unreadable. He's dangerous.

Not everyone inside the underground Casino is participating in the auction. Only a very few of them. the eyes and palms of each participant entering the private room where the auction will be held are scanned one by one. Their eyeball and hand were the keys to open the huge and heavy security door. I stuck to my boss but a guard stopped me so I was a bit alarmed.

"What's wrong?" I will ask. "I'm with Mr. Choo.."

"Please wear this." a black sticker was stuck around my neck. "You can enter now."

Shit. This was a device to monitor my every move. I need to take this off, but the moment I remove this from my skin it will alert the security and they'll highlight me as a threat. Not only me, but also all the personal bodyguards inside the room.

"Welcome to the most awaited event of the evening." a solid and cold voice soared around as the participants sat down and logged into their respective devices where they would bid. Their names and how much money they are willing to pay for an item are displayed on a large front monitor.

This is how the rich people play, I guess.

My chest heaved when the very owner of the surrounding luxury appeared on the stage. The elusive and the mysterious Masked Wolf himself. He's wearing a very sexy black tuxedo. His physical features from head to foot exude power and money. of course he's wearing his favorite black mask that covers almost his entire face. Nobody had seen the real face of the Masked Wolf. Not even his closest allies and clients. Just like the head security, his moves were numbered and calculated. his movements were more fluid and precise than any other predator in the jungle that I know of. He's lethal.

There were a total of 12 precious items from all over the world that will be auctioned tonight. In the middle of the play there will be a brief entertainment for the guest. I don't know what kind of entertainment others will be doing but I have planned something for the host.

I kissed the side of his cheeks, slowly making a trail towards his lips.

Jandrix POV

My hand clenched suddenly. i was holding a glass of wine, I didn't expect it to break with the strength of my fist. I felt the tip drip from my hand.

"Hey, Jandrix, what's going on??" Jan was beside me, monitoring the security of the area just in case anyone tries to hack the system.

"If I didn't know you to have a bomb on your chest instead of a heart, I'd think you're jealous." Jan's comment made me think about it.

"Oops." he said, raising both hands then returning his attention to the monitor.

She's about to kiss him. She intends to do it. what a little slut, I've got here. And quite cunning too. She managed to let Ares remove the device on her neck. Because Ares' fingerprint registered on the sticker device, the alarm didn't go off. She was able to get rid of our control on her neck smoothly. but those things became a blur to me, my attention suddenly focused on how her body was sticking to Ares' body because of that obscene dance. That body was once mine, that lips was once mine too, I cannot watch her slut those away right before my very eyes.

"Stop the music."

"What? We can't do that. It will ruin the plan--"

He didn't finish what he had to say when I held his neck tightly. "I said stop the fuckin music Jan!" I glared at him with blazing eyes.

"Fine. Fine. I'll do it."

Fuck. this woman was making me do what I'm not supposed to do. I have a very bad feeling about her. She can be a real danger for me in the future. I need to get rid of her now. I need to get rid of her fast. I turned on my radio, so Ares could hear me.

"Continue the auction. and take that woman away from that room where you can kill her." I sternly ordered Ares. I focused the camera on the expression of his face. I saw a glitter of shock and disapproval on his eyes. I expected he was swayed by her display of great skin and cleavage. But Ares nodded. that's what my eyes want to see. Each of my Phantom's loyalty was infinite and boundless.

"Kill her? Check this out first, I'm sure you don't wanna do that when you see this."

I saw Ares went out of the private room with the woman. they are now riding a private elevator to the basement where Ares can easily slit the woman's throat and throw her out in the garbage. My eyes narrowed at Jan's point, I stared for a moment at the monitor it showed. my entire system almost shut down at the images before me now.

"You can't kill her yet. You need her." said Jan who was also staring at the monitor in the elevator. the woman's hand was wrapped around Ares' side so she didn't notice Ares slowly pulling out a knife from behind her.

Ares only needed a few seconds to completely slash the neck of the woman with him.
