I knocked loudly on the door of our house. How come they locked it?

"Sister!" I shouted while looking around. I redoubled my knocking on the door. I'm going to break it just a little bit.

Instead of calling Mom, I prefer to open the door with Ate. Until now, I still don't feel good about Mom. It had a huge impact on me when he didn't come to my graduation.

"Arzela! Hey!" I knocked on the door. It's almost evening and I'm still outside.

I looked at my phone when it rang. I immediately answered when I saw that it was Ate.

"Arzela what the hell! I've been knocking here for a while now. Where are you? Did you come home?" My next question. I heard his sigh on the other line.

"I'm so sorry Arden," she said.

"Why? What's wrong?"

"Dad locked the door, he said not to let you in," she stuttered.

My blood almost boiled when I heard it.

"What's wrong with him?" I exclaimed.

She sounded a bit sad.

"Where's Mom? Tell her to open the door!"

"A-arden," he hesitated.

I'm going to destroy this door little by little.

"What? Mom doesn't care about me at all? That's it!"

"Mom is worried about you too Arden," he defended.

I clenched my fist, "If he's worried about me he won't let me sleep outside!"

"I'll talk to Dad in a moment," I heard him running from the other line. But instead of waiting here, I just left.

If they don't want to let me in, don't. I have friends to go to. After I left our village, I immediately called Ryu.

"Ryu!"

"Ughhh shit, fast...."

I stopped hearing.

"What the hell bro! What are you doing?"

I ended the call, I just held my breath. I can't count on him now. I will only call Haru. Even though I haven't been able to laugh yet, I have already received a text message from my sister. "Alright dude, Appa isn't here you can be here."

I suddenly felt better. I suddenly thought I didn't have a ticket.

"Wait!" I stopped Haru when he was about to end the call. "I don't have a fare, can you just pay when you get there?"

"Hahaha! Yes, okay," he said.

I've been looking for a ride. I just took a taxi to their house. When I got to them, he paid my fare.

"Oh no! What happened?" Aunt Tessa remembers me openly. It's good that she is worried, my real mother didn't even worry about me.

I smiled, "I just want to sleep."

"This Haru said the door was locked on you," she looks worried.

"Oh hahaha," I couldn't speak. It was embarrassing to tell aunt Tessa that thing. He noticed that I was uncomfortable.

"Alright, you stay here first, do you want to eat? I'll prepare for you."

"Not anymore aunty, I'm still full."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes,"

"Then if you need anything, just tell me," he promised with a wide smile. I just nodded before following Haru to his room.

"It's a good thing Appa isn't here, if he's here he won't let you sleep here," said Haru.

I lay directly on his bed.

"Hey take a shower first," he growled.

"Don't make me sleepy."

He didn't do anything else when I rolled over on his bed.

"Okay! I'm going to bed," he said. I did get ready to lie down.

"It's too early for you to sleep," I said.

Actually, it's my first time to sleep at Haru's house. Kila Ryu because I often sleep.

"You'll be here in the morning," he said.

I stared at him when something came to my mind.

"Maybe you're watching porn every night..." my voice went from page to page.

His eyes widened. "Stupid!"

"Hahahaha! So it's true?"

"Once in a while, but not every night," he answered.

"Your mom is kind."

"Of course," then he smiled.

"I hope he will adopt me," a sad voice came out. There was a pinch in my heart at the thought. Haru didn't say anything because he knew my problem when it came to parents.

"Are they worried about me?" I still ask.

"Yes bro, they love you very much that's for sure. You're the only one to blame. It's your fault that the door was locked on you," he said.

"It's not about locking the doors."

"So what?"

"They didn't come to my graduation. Then they didn't support what I wanted to do. I don't even like accountancy but they forced me," I said seriously.

"What do you want?"

"Anything about engineering," I replied.

"You said you don't have dreams?"

I silently laughed, "I'm just kidding. Everyone has a dream."

He nodded, "Yes and Fern is one of my dreams."

I was almost on my own when he started shaking. He hit his pillow and threw his foot in the air.

This can't be happening, the corny shit!

"Hey! It's not your thing to get sick," I winced at him. He stopped, and still smiling at me.

"I'm going to introduce myself to him. Can you convince him to talk to me?"

I sighed, "I will try."

"Why even try?"

"It's hard to ask!"

"It's been said! He's hard to get," his eyes seemed to sparkle with joy.

I suddenly remembered Kesha. Maybe it won't show me anymore because of what I said. I hope so because I'm fed up with him.

"Don't worry, I'll help you, until you finally reach your dream," then I smirked.

He raised his hand in the air as if reaching for something. I laughed at his behavior.

"When I get her I promise to love her and take care of her!," he yelled as his voice echoed through the room. I just shook my head.

I'm lucky to have him as my best friend. Of the two of them, Ryu is the most important to me. Ryu is also important but because I met Haru first, he is more important to me.

I met Haru when we were in 1st year high school. He was my only friend. I felt very comfortable with him since we first met. For me he is not just a friend, because I consider him a brother.

I am also close to aunt Tessa, I like her more than my real Mom. I also feel good about him. When I'm here with Haru, I feel like I have a happy family.

Suddenly my memory came back to my first meeting with Haru.

"Mom, where are we going?" I asked Mom as she held my hand.

He smiled at me, "I'll introduce you to my friend."

"Who?"

He didn't answer anymore. After we arrived at a park, we waited for a few minutes. When Mom saw her so-called friend, she quickly waved.

"Tessa," he called to a girl just his age. They approached us, her son following the woman.

"Martha..."

"How are you?"

"We're fine, is he Arden?" Tessa asked. Mom grabbed both of my shoulders and made me face them.

"Yes, Roi and I are our second child," said Mom.

Tessa smiled at me, "Hi, I'm Tessa." He caressed my cheek so I immediately fell asleep.

"Hello," I greeted.

"This is Haru, my son."

"Is he sleeping?"

Tessa laughed at my question, "Of course, he wasn't born in Korea."

I looked at Haru, he was quite quiet and couldn't look at me properly.

"Hi Haru, I'm Arden," I extended my hand to him. But he didn't reach for it so I was ashamed of what he hid.

Tessa apologized and told her son. I just smiled at Haru, he seems kind.

At first, Haru was shy, but it didn't take long for him to treat me well. He even became my classmate in 1st year high school. There we had a chance to get to know each other. We were classmates until 4th year. We did not agree to separate the section.

We met Ryu in 4th year high school. He really had a strong influence on Haru and me. When we met him, he already had a vice. From him we learned to drink alcohol, smoke and women. It was only in 1st year college that Haru had already touched something because he was always with Ryu. While I have not experienced that until now. Just kiss first I'm not ready for the responsibility. I'm afraid of getting pregnant. Even with protection, I'm still nervous.

He immediately turned his back on me. I just smirked, he can't do anything if I copy.

When I sat down, I immediately noticed Fern. He was about to enter the classroom so I immediately ran to him. He was surprised by my sudden appearance.

"Hi," I greeted.

"My day is gone," he bit his lip and promised. I just grinned and pulled him out without saying a word. He even hit my arm when we left.

"What are you doing?"

"This is my last rant," I began.

She smirked mischievously, "Oh done?"

"I won't tease you anymore as long as you do me this favor."

"Put it down," he promised.

"Can you meet Haru?"

He closed his eyes, "What?"

"Haru wants to meet, can you two meet?"

The doubt in him was obvious. She was looking intently at me. It's like he's still mentally processing what I said.

"If you really don't trip my friend. Go straight to him, because he's counting on you," I seriously said.

She sighed, "Okay, just make sure your friend doesn't do anything bad to me."

I secretly hid my joy at his consent.

"Yes, I'll watch over you," I playfully clicks my tongue. He didn't even say goodbye. It quickly disappeared in front of me. I even called Haru and said mission accomplished.

Ryu and I were sitting on a bench in the school garden. We watch Fern and Haru talk. We can see Haru's blush every time they look at each other.

"Is this the road to forever?" Ryu said while looking at Fern and Haru.

"Maybe," I replied.

"Oh Haru's fun."

"Yes,"

"Maybe he's courting Fern."

"If that happens, let's support it."

I felt Ryu tap my shoulder.

"You are a very good friend to Haru."

"I'm also kind to you," then I looked at him. He just shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not nice to you?" I still ask.

"You haven't freed me yet, only Haru keeps giving me," he joked.

I rolled my eyes, "Whatever."

"By the way bro why did you get called last night?"

I laughed when I remembered what he was doing last night.

"I was kicked out, that's why I slept with Haru. I was planning on you in case you were doing something important."

"Hahaha! You're a nuisance! We're already in the middle and you're still going to call," he said laughing.

"That's why I didn't bother you anymore, right?"

"But why were you kicked out?"

"I came home late," I answered.

"You have to go home early now."

I shook my head, "I'll go home when I want."

"Hahaha! You really are the best," he laughed. I just smirked and looked back at Haru and Fern. They have been talking for an hour but still haven't finished yet.

"Do they still have plans to finish their conversation?" I asked irritated.

"It's easy for Haru to have fun like that once in a while," said Ryu.

We just waited. Instead of focusing on Haru, I kept my eyes on Fern. I studied his every move. At first glance, it was obvious that he was raised well. I noticed that he is also smart and not shy in class. He even always leads our activities. She is also friendly and a beautiful woman. Now I know that Haru will fall more and more in love with that girl.

After their talk, Haru tried to send us home.

"You go first, I'll bring Fern," he said. I just looked at Fern.

"I'm fine Haru, go with them," Fern refused. Haru looked at him in remembrance.

"Will you commute?"

"Yes," replied Fern.

"I have a car to take you," insisted our friend.

I smiled between the two. "So that there is no fight, the three of us will deliver him," I suggested.

"Hahaha! That's right, you're singling Fern out too much," Ryu also said.

"I'm really fine, I'm more comfortable with sex--"

While Haru almost blushed at what I said. Fern just grimaced and gave me a bad look.

"F-fern, we'll deliver it," Haru said. Fern could do nothing but agree.

They walked together while Ryu and I were just behind them.

"Lucky Haru," Ryu whispered to me.

"Why?"

"Fern's body is beautiful oh..."

"Why didn't you form? Haru got ahead of you."

My eyes narrowed, "He's not my type."

Ryu immediately hit my butt making me sneeze.

"Tch, is it still you? Just go to school," I stopped laughing at what Fern said when she turned to us. I immediately winked at him so his eyes widened. When Ryu saw that, he laughed out loud to maybe get Haru's attention. He succeeded because Haru also looked at us.

"Haru oh, you're being teased," he teased. I glared at Ryu.

"What?" Haru asked more.

"No man! Just keep going," Ryu said. He and Fern continued walking. I approached Ryu and playfully punched him in the side.

"Gago," I whispered to him. He made a face and ran towards Fern and Haru. He is really the middle of the two. Fern was just walking around when Haru noticed that, he pushed Ryu away from them.
