KATE'S POV.

I'm just an idiot if I walk and ignore the bright sun. Until now, I still don't understand why I was fired, that's how I used to be, ah? Besides, my boss is used to me just philosophizing because even so, I still have respect for him. I don't really understand why it happened so suddenly!

"Hey! Miss, are you going to kill yourself?" I was surprised by the sudden shout and that's when I noticed that we were crossing the lane on the sidewalk and I was even more surprised that there was a child with me!

"I'm sorry!" I'm sorry that the driver just shook his head!

I just sighed and continued walking. We didn't have a ticket to go home because I forgot and I'm also saving money especially now that I've lost my job and it's going to be really difficult because I have a child with me. Also, the place where I worked was close to home. I mean condo!

We immediately boarded the elevator, but the whispers still didn't go away.

"Omy god? Who is that child?"

"Didn't he have a child with him before?"

"Couldn't that be his son?"

"Maybe he kidnapped her?" I glared at the person who said that, which is why he bowed down in shame!

They are careless people! tsk!

When we arrived at the 6th floor, I immediately picked up the child and then rushed out because I might make those girls bald in annoyance!

"Mommy?" called me as a child

"hmm! Why baby?"

"I'm hungry!" He said in a pout that's why I squeezed his cheek because of how cute you are!

"Ouch! It hurts mom!" I laughed at what he said then stopped when he squeezed his cheek.

Actually he's 3 years old that's what he said that's why it's funny that he's only 3 years old when he can speak English and his nose is still bleeding!

When I entered the condo, I immediately put him on the sofa, then I went into the kitchen to cook for him to eat. Thank you, and I got groceries last time, so I'm still stuck here. It must be around 12, so he's hungry.

After cooking, I immediately went to see him who was busy watching his favorite movie.

Within a month, my heart was getting closer to this boy, so I just let him call me mommy because it's nice to hear it.

It was my dream to have a child but sadly it didn't happen until this child came. I know that there is an end because it is obvious that this child comes from a rich family and I know that if they are looking for him now it is impossible isn't it?

I immediately approached him

"The food is ready, let's eat?" I said with a smile, that's why he looked at me with a smile, I couldn't help but smile because he was just smiling at me in the past because he was always frowning and you thought he was fighting candy!

"let's go!" He said while smiling, maybe he's smiling because he doesn't want to make me feel like I'm alone and I should smile even if there's a problem. That's what I understand from his sparkling eyes!

I felt sad again because I was thinking about what happened earlier but I just ignored it because this cute boy might be worried.

When we arrived at the dining room, I immediately put food on his plate and my plate as well.

"Is it delicious?" Chewing if asked here he nodded so I smiled.

Well, he's really good when it comes to cooking, that's why I don't worry about food anymore. Mommy also told me that it's my talent and that I inherited it from her, because mommy is also good when it comes to cooking. No doubt that I inherited it from her!

I'm happy to eat, especially now that I have someone to eat with every day. Even though I know it's only temporary, the important thing is that I don't mourn here alone because I don't have a job!

After we ate, we immediately watched a movie and I enjoyed it because somehow my problem was reduced and I also forgot what happened earlier.

'I hope it's not over yet!'
