It was 6:30AM in the morning and the noisy alarm just woke me up. I was still feeling dizzy. It was a new day and I had to be in school early since we will all be working on a project.
I went to the kitchen to get some coffee and pastries.
While I don't consider myself a caffeine addict, I do drink diet Coke every evening and probably a cup of coffee atleast 5 days in a week on average.
I spent a leisurely morning sipping coffee and watching a replay of the Tonight's Show with Jimmy Fallon.
Creed was still sleeping he'd been working on his computer a few hours ago, typing all sorts of uneccessary letters and verbiage. Most of them being documents that contained confidential information for his pack.
I tried waking up Creed with a kiss only to awaken the beast in him, I had to finish what I started, He pressed his lips against mine, pulling me back into the mattress. Like a starving wolf he closed the distance between his mouth and myself and ran his tongue across my lips, licking up the sweetness of the morning coffee.
I gasped for breath as I couldn't breath anymore, Creed did not seem to stop his onslaught.
I tried pushing him away but he was too strong for me, I was stucked and couldn't resist anymore as Creed explored every inch of my body.
Each time I thought of how hot and ripped he was, a mix of pleasure and anticipation welled up inside me I was in pure lust and couldn't wrap my head over it.
Suddenly I heard a knock on the door.
"Go check it out" Creed commanded
"Who else than Nicholas" I replied
I open the door and just as I predicted it was Nicholas standing in his rumpled caftan.
"Hello Sis, I just wanted to check on you"
"I'm alright Nick" I replied
"What of Elena"?
"She's still sleeping" He said in a hushed tone
"Anyway I will be preparing to leave for school, I only got a few minutes left to tidy up."
"Okay, I'll see you later, for now I'm going to stay with Elena" He said
I closed the door and went inside the living room once again, this time around I was headed towards the bathroom.
"Can I join you?" Creed asked in a flirtatious tone
"You're such a depraved nutjob, pervert!" I shot back
"I just can't wait for it to happen" Creed responded
"Meaning that you might have to wait for eternity, cus I don't see that happening under this roof" I laughed
"Well, well, we shall see" Creed chuckled
"Don't even daydream about it cus it's never going to happen" I told him blatantly..
"I think I've had enough" He snapped
Few minutes later it started raining heavily, today's plans might be buried in the mud right now. I really wanted to show up at school today, atleast I could mingle with some of the shifters from my pack. It hadn't rained in months and the earth was dry as a bone. It wasn't a surprise that everyone thought that atleast a small amount of rain was what was needed, but they never expected such a heavy downpour.
Some places were flooded, while some were waterlogged.
After 35 minutes the rain subsided, I was still eager to show up at school and nothing extraordinary would prevent me from going.
Creed drove in his car as we passed Newton Bridge and downtown Carson.
I alighted from the car alongside Creed and work towards the classroom block.
Jessica the cheerleader was on parade with her minions. She was sturdy and chubby in shape, being ceaselessly energetic and athletic at the same time.
"Hello! Viv" She hollered
"Hi" I just waved and continued walking with Creeds hand over my shoulders.
Sometimes it's the first moment of the day that usually catches you off guard. I decided to sit just by the side of the windows. I opened the glass window only to witness a shoot out between some rogue street gamgs on the other side of the road over the school fence.
While this wasn't something completely unheard of, it also wasn't normal. It was a sure sign of what was going to happen that day. I could feel it in my bones and it wasn't the way I wanted the day to begin.
Creed came over and patted my shoulder, I needed someone to keep me calm as I was becoming overly anxious.
"Hi, baby Creed" She said as she give Creed a peck on the cheek.
An Omega from a neighboring pack named Rachel prided herself on being so elegantly dressed and overtly articulate. She continued catwalking as she made her way to her seat.
"I hate that douchebag" I snarled
"Why? She's one of the nicest people here" Creed whispered
"There's nothing nice about her, except you're secretly having a crush on that fiend" I said
"Common, that's both virtually and realistically impossible" Creed laughed uncontrollably
"You think it's funny, just wait until I kill her" I said
"Kill what?" He queried
"You heard me."
"Take it easy Luna" He frowned
"You saw how she behaved?, She did not even acknowledge my presence" I gasped
"It might just be an oversight, don't take this too far" Creed said
"That's what you think, busy making excuses for her weird and uncultured behavior, but I've already made up mind, any day she crosses my path then we're just going to rumble. Mark my words" I said in an aggressive tone.
"Here's the thing. She doesn't have anything to prove, but she is going to anyway. That's just her character. She knows she doesn't have to, but she still will just to show you that she can. Doubt her more and she'll prove it once again. We all already know this and you will soon realize too."
Creed responded
Devon the Caucasian, an Irish kid who lived miles away from our block was busy engaging in a confab with members of his clan.
"We all need to create some green space?" Ryan said
"Like what?, I don't get you" Russell asked bemused
"I mean like planting more trees and flowers in school in other to get clean air that will be safe for all of us." Ryan explained
"I see, but you should know by now that not everyone one here is fully human, so no need of pure oxygen for them they can manage the contaminated one" Russell bantered
"Atleast let's do it for the sake of the full blooded humans" Ryan pleaded
Creeds countenance changed, he turned towards my direction and whispered in my ears:
"It seems this blokes are talking about us"
"You don't need a soothsayer to tell you that, just go there and finish them up" I growled
"Definitely, that's what I'm going to do, nothing more, nothing else" Creed replied
Creed walked up majestically to were the group was gathered. He stared at them from a distance and finally walk closer to get a better view.
"Wow, Creed is here, I think he's going to make a huge contribution to this issue" Devon said in an excited tone, if only he knew what was about to happen.
"So, what do you think, concerning what we just discussed?"he asked nervously.
He wanted to know the answer, but at the same time, he didn't. He'd put his heart and soul into the proposed project and he wasn't sure if Creed was willing to suscribe to Ryan's idea of a green space.
The silence from the other folks in the room seemed to last a lifetime even though it had only been a moment since he asked the question.
"So, what do you think?" he asked again.
