CHAPTER 8. ALL NIGHT

Creed and I arrived home at 10PM, I was very tired but it was worth the time spent.

"I think I need something cool" Creed said

"Like?"

"Like some ice cubes and frozen pizza" Creed teased

"You're not serious" I chuckled

"Well, I'm definitely serious, you know I can still make myself a frozen pizza, it's hundred percent possible"

"Creed, I think you're 'one sandwich short of a picnic' I snapped

"What's that suppose to mean Luna"? He queried

"Nevermind" I replied

"You like keeping me in suspense, just tell me at once" He begged.

I alighted out of the car and went towards the entrance of our premises, Creed followed suit placing his arm around my torso, he was way too romantic this day's, within a few seconds he planted a kiss on my sensitive lips, I pushed him but he dragged me towards himself and shoved me against the concrete wall of the fence.

His hands caressed me and I let out a loud howl, I was at the height of extreme pleasure. Creed couldn't help but growled at the top of his voice we kissed, caressed and did whatever that seemed to be legal at that particular hour of the day.

Little did we know that a kid from the neighbouring apartment was watching our spooning session, he just caught two sensual shifters screwing around the block. He had a mischievous smile on his face besides wearing an oversize T-shirt, obviously owned by his dad.

"Oh! This little brat was watching" I gasped

"Get lost, immediately!" Creed yelled

But the boy didn't move an inch and still lingered  for a while.

Creed pulled off his belt from his trousers and chased after the boy, the grumpy little bastard was fleet-footed and Creed couldn't match his pace, before long he was gone and covered in the  gloomy shadows.

Everywhere was dark except for the few headlights that stood on the death end of Libstreet park over the fenced area.

I could hear strange howls and chirping crickets, it was one hell of a night as Creed and I resumed our making-out session...............

I sat on the couch, watching Thursday Night Rally with Pete Lawson on the ABC channel. I was so bored.

I had been sitting on the couch for hours, and I was beginning to regret coming home from the restaurant. I really should have stayed a little longer. I sighed as I watched the television. I heard a knock at the door and looked up from the television as I saw my brother Nicholas walking into my bedroom.

"Hey, Viv," He said.

"What's up big brother"?

"I ordered Pizza for dinner" He said.

"I've already eaten a lot today, I don't think I can take in another pound of edibles." I replied

"What about Creed?"

"Well, I don't know if he's still going to gobble down some food this evening."

I returned to watching the show on TV, this time around Pete Lawson was engaging in debate with a flat earther, I couldn't help but laugh at his dry sense of humor.

Nicholas  roared with laughter and left the room. Immediately Creed came out from the bathroom wrrapped in a towel. I turned towards his direction and smiled at him while gawking at his midriffs, it was the perfect abs any boy would dream to have, a holy grail to most of the boys who were Creeds age.

He was so handsome, I was so lucky to have a mate like him. I smiled once more at him I couldn't hold it back, he's all I got for now.

"Uhnm, Nicholas ordered some pizza" I told him.

"Hell yeah, I've heard you Luna, hope you're gonna help me finish it?" He asked

"Yeah, sure, I'll do anything to please you" I said

"You never disappoint" His face beamed with a smile

"Absolutely" I replied

Once again both of us were silent only the voice of Pete Lawson could be heard, the show was almost coming to it's conclusion, but before then they went on a long commercial break.

"Creed" I called and shook him. He was already snoring loudly. Fast asleep. So I tried waking him up.

"You're still not asleep yet?" He slurred

"Can we have a little chat before going to bed?" I asked

"Yes, Sure" Creed replied and continued "It was so nice hanging out with you today Luna, and it was such a cool thing to do as mates seeing that..............."

"Can I say something?" I questioned

"Well, go ahead" He obliged

"This is going to sound funny and a little strange, you were in a dream I had just a couple of days ago......"

"Sounds great, I can't wait for the full gist" Creed found it amusing

"Since you're still dizzy I'd love to get together some other time and tell you about it"

"And when will that be?"

"Well, anytime from now"

"As you wish" Creed replied

Later around 4 A.M, I saw Creed typing some words from a sheet of A4 papers using the computer in the living room, he was so tensed that he struck the keys on the keyboard with brute force, and was typing at an unimaginable pace.

The words hadn't flowed from his fingers for the past few weeks. He never imagined he'd find himself with writing once more, but here he sat with a blank screen in front of him. That blank screen taunting him day after day had started to play with his mind. He didn't understand why he couldn't even type atleast five more pages, just five more to begin the process and build from there. And yet, he already knew that the remaining thirty minutes he was prepared to sit in front of his computer today and might likely end up with unfinished work or the screen remaining blank.

I went over to the other side of the room, besides the home theater stand, and inserted a flash drive into the USB port selecting Michael Jackson's "In The Closet" and put it on replay.

Creed heard the song coming from a distance, lightly floating over the air to his ears. Although it was soft and calming, he was wary. It seemed a little too soft and a little too calming for everything that was going on. He wanted it to be nothing more than beautiful music coming from the innocent and pure joy of singing, but in the back of his mind, he knew it was likely some type of siren song.
