"Congratulations! It's positive."

Lucky's eyes widened as he looked at Maya standing next to him. The assistant had a big smile, just like him he was happy to hear the news.

"Did you hear that? I'm going to have a baby, Maya!”

"Yes! My vision is blurry but I'm not deaf. By the way, congrats Miss Lucky! You're going to be the Mommy you've been asking for for so long."

Lucky confronted Dra. Caladieae with a huge smile on his face.

"Thank you, so much Doctor! Thank you so much for everything you did!" Lucky almost cried thanks.

"Come on! We are just getting started Miss Etheswyth. My work here is not finished yet. Then thank me if you have delivered Baby safe and healthy."

"Yes, Doctor! I'm really happy even though the baby is only three weeks old. I'm just now excited for him to come out and kiss me." Lucky couldn't really contain himself. The joy was really overflowing in his heart that he could hardly contain.

"I'm excited to let Genesis know that the result is positive!"

"Just like a wifey? Are you excited that you're going to have children?" Maya smiled jokingly but Lucky was not happy.

"Don't say that again Maya. The baby is only my daughter, remember that," Lucky scolded the assistant.

"I'm just kidding, Miss Lucky…"

"I know but. . .just don't say or mention it again. Maybe you'll get used to joking like that and you'll slip in front of Genesis."

"Sorry…"

"I'm sorry, I know it's just a joke but I'm just being careful. Maybe I'm paranoid because of that dream, but I really just want to be careful."

Maya nodded to him knowingly. He did not intend to scold her or embarrass her in front of Dra. Caladieae, he didn't know that those words suddenly came out of his mouth.

Dr. explained. His condition is Caladieae, the doctor said he needs to be doubly careful because his condition is delicate. the doctor listed the do's and don'ts for him one by one and it looks like he needs to take a long break from writing the novel because he can't stay up late. The doctor also listed some vitamins and milk that he needs to consume.

after Lucky's appointment at Dra's clinic. Caladieae, she immediately informed Genesis about her pregnancy. He congratulates her and they agree to meet at the mall after her work. The man said he would free her of things for the baby, and he said he would buy ingredients. He said that his friend would cook him the most delicious dinner as a celebration of the new life in his womb. Lucky was happy because of his friend's positive response.

"Where are you?" Genesis immediately asked when he answered her call.

"Here at the entrance, inside Joll*bee. I was suddenly hungry so I ate while waiting for you," he explained.

"Joll*bee? Aren't you forbidden from fast food?"

"You're terrible! No ah. It's just… only once in a while."

"Tsk.there you go again... That's your last fast food, huh? I will only allow you to eat fast food again when you give birth," Genesis said.

"What? What are you doing, my father? It's been a while, Gin!"

"You wanted that so stand up for it. You're going to be a Mommy, so you should be responsible for what you eat and what you do. Speaking of dad... Have you told your parents yet?"

Lucky frowned. "Not yet…"

Lucky heard a deep sigh on the other line.

"Alright. I'll join you this weekend. you need to inform uncle and aunt about your condition so they can support you."

"O-okay."

"Oh, I'll take it down first. Wait for me there after I finish parking my car here on the 5th floor."

"Alright, I'm still eating."

Lucky hung up, then ordered spaghetti again. That's the only thing he ordered, nothing, he seems to be really hungry for Joll*bee's spaghetti even though he's not a fan of pasta.

When Genesis arrived at the fast food chain, he had finished eating. he offered to free Genesis with a spag but his friend turned him down with a grimace.

After they left the restaurant, they went to the department store. Lucky was surprised, it turned out that his friend was serious when he said that he would free things for his baby.

"Do you know the gender of your baby? We have blue and pink colors, if not, you can buy white..."

Lucky was seriously listening to what the sales lady was saying when Genesis suddenly whispered in his ear.

"He thought maybe we were a couple. They say it's our baby, huh? But it's possible since the baby doesn't have a daddy, he can be his uncle-daddy." Lucky couldn't help but laugh because of what Genesis said. The sales lady continued to wonder.

"Just continue ma'am, don't pay attention to this man next to me," he said to the sales lady. because he can't speak anymore and looks embarrassed because of the gossip between him and Genesis.

"Maybe you're very happy today, Ma'am, Sir, because you're going to have a baby," the sales lady said instead. Lucky and Genesis looked at each other, then laughed.

"Yes, yes... That's right! My husband and I are happy." Genesis put his arm around Lucky. "It's our first child, so we're still struggling, but after this we'll have children again—every year."

The sales lady's eyes widened. Lucky stifled a laugh when he couldn't bear it and covered his mouth with his hand. This Genesis is really rare, he really likes to joke with women, he won't be surprised if after this day he finds out that the sales lady is one of the friends he slept with.

"W-wow! Congratulations, ma'am. Sir seems to love you very much," the sales lady said awkwardly, scratching her head.

“Really! This wife of mine is the most beautiful and s*xy in the whole world.” Genesis was startled when Lucky pinched his side. The man kissed her head in return for what she did.

"Stop that, you weirdo," he scolded the man. Lucky apologized to the sales lady and pulled Genesis away.

In the end, they couldn't buy a stroller or baby because of Genesis' antics. Lucky also let it go, the baby can't use the stroller right away, he will buy it when the child is about to be born.

After she and Genesis shopped for things for the baby, the boy went to the grocery store to shop.

after buying the necessary ingredients and some stocks that were already going down in Lucky's kitchen, he and Genesis went home to his house.

"You can take a shower first, I'll call you when dinner is ready," said Genesis, taking out the ingredients from the eco bag they were carrying. the young man was really serious about making Lucky cook.

"All right. I'm just in the room," he said goodbye and went to the second floor.

Lucky was preparing a change when he heard the phone ringing, he came to the bed and took the phone from the bag he had earlier.

His mommy is calling.

"Lucky, when will you visit?" her mother asked bluntly when she answered the call.

Lucky walked over and sat on the edge of the bed.

"Mom, I'm sorry I've been busy these past few days so I didn't call you. I'm not sure yet, but maybe I'll have some free time and I'll go home this weekend."

"Will you take Genesis with you?" his mom immediately asked.

Lucky let out a big sigh. "Yeah, and if it's possible... Give my friend a break."

"This one... You know I love Genesis for you, son. Why don't you two just get married? Even your Aunt Beth was waiting for you and her unico to fall for each other."

"Mama, Genesis and I are just friends. Stop us..."

"Why? eh, you are in our ship. Even your daddy voted for Genesis."

Lucky clicked her tongue. "Mama, don't be so naughty. Why were you summoned?"

“Right. If you plan to visit here at home, go ahead, because your Aunt Beth and I have agreed to bake here at home. I called because he wanted to see you, our plan was just right.

"I don't want to go." Lucky frowned.

"Why!"

Lucky's eyes rolled. “Fine. You are really good at convincing."

“Okay! See you this weekend!” His mom responded excitedly.

Lucky shook his head when the call died. His mommy is really different. He won't stop until he gets what he wants, just like him.

Lucky looked at the brown envelope on top of his bed. He took it and opened it. He gasped when asked to read Genesis' full name. he cannot show these documents to his parents, he has to make other documents to show to his parents as proof of the IUI he went through. He was also wrong, he agreed to put Dra. Genesis's information is Caladieae. it's not bad anymore, it's quick to make a fake document when you have money.

He put the paper on the bed and looked for a change in the closet, after choosing a dress, he entered the bathroom to take a shower.

He also quickly cleaned his body. Lucky was already dressed when he came out of the bathroom, but he was shocked to see Genesis inside his room. The friend was holding the paper that he had just planned to throw away.

"Genesis, w-what are you doing here?"

"What is this?" he asked her still not taking her eyes off the paper.

Lucky's chest pounded with nervousness. His hands were cold and his vision suddenly went dark, but before he fell he managed to grab the door handle to support himself.

"Gin, why do you just enter my room." Angry, Lucky snatched the paper from his friend's hand and hid it behind his back. D*mn*t! He got used to not locking the door, he forgot Genesis came in and out of his room.

Meanwhile...

Genesis seems to be floating in the air, what did he read? He saw his name on the paper. Not only that, Lucky and Caladieae's full names are also there.

"All I know is that he has a new customer. She had an illegal IUI operation just last week."

Genesis suddenly remembered what Nathaniel had said, and everything was patched together.Lucky's nagging at him, his sudden appearance at his house that night, his holding a small cooler, Lucky's avoidance whenever he wanted to accompany him to his doctor. "Why did you do that! Why don't you listen to what I tell you? why are you stubborn? I told you didn't I? I don't want you to be the mother of my child! What the f*ck is wrong with you!” Genesis looked angry while shaking the girl. He was so angry that he didn't notice Lucky's firm grip on his arm.

"Gin, I'm in pain!" Lucky pushed the man.

"What have you done?" Genesis washed his face in frustration.

"Why do you have to destroy us both?"

"Can you shut up?" It was as if Lucky looked up at his friend. "I know what I did was wrong, but I don't want to hear those words from you."

"Why? What do you want my reaction to be? You want me to be happy?”

"No! I didn't tell you to be happy or anything… If you're worried about the baby, I already told you, didn't I? You don't have to hold him accountable—”

"I also told you that I don't want to be your donor but you didn't listen!"

Lucky didn't speak. He closed his eyes tightly. He is really stubborn.

"Why didn't you listen? Why did I—"

"Because I want you!" she blurted out. She was getting tired of his questions.

"I really want to have children, but you are the only one I want to be the father of my future child. I know what I did was too much," Lucky cried as he confessed to his friend.

"I just want to carry your child in my womb, Gin."

Genesis shook his head one after another.

"Sorry, but I'm not. I don't want you to be the mother of my child." Genesis pointed to her womb.

"Abort that child or else..." The young man did not continue what he had to say.

Genesis' jaw tensed, but he didn't speak again. It just turned around and left Lucky. the girl fell to her knees on the floor and cried. So this is it?
