Chapter 12 Does Travis dote on her that much?

The first house Drake showed them around was very big, but it only had two bedrooms and one living room.

Sophia was not satisfied with it and said, "Travis, what if we have children later someday? Two bedrooms are not enough."

Drake said in a cold voice, "You don't have to worry about it. Two bedrooms are enough. You two live one, and your child lives in the other one."

"Mr. Riley, Travis and I plan to have five children and each child should have a bedroom of their own. My parents and family will come to visit me from time to time. It means we need at least eight rooms. Otherwise, I can't take them in. Right, Travis?"

With that, Sophia came closer to Travis and linked arms with him.

Drake stared at her hand with anger and jealousy in his eyes.

Travis ignored it and asked, "Mr. Riley, is there a house with eight rooms?"

Drake's eyes were still fixed on Sophia's face, and he couldn't help recalling the time when they were together.

"Sophia, we will have many kids in the future!"

"Many kids? How many?"

"A dozen!"

"I'm not a pig, okay? I'm not having that many children! I don't want to be pregnant all my life!"

"How about five?"

"Okay. That I can do."

Wasn't it funny that the girl he had loved now wanted to have five children with another man?

"Mr. Lawson, you must be joking. Even the biggest house here only has five rooms. I suppose you would have to buy a mansion to have eight rooms."

"Is that so?" Sophia answered, "Everyone says that Mr. Drake Riley is omnipotent. It seems they were wrong. You can't even find us a house with eight rooms."

Drake put on a gloomy face, "Miss Lawson, are you buying the house with your own money?"

Sophia affectionately pinched Travis's cheek, "Honey, I have told you that I will pay for everything and all you need to do is dress up yourself. It makes me feel good. I will pay for the house, okay?"

Travis immediately said, "But I am the man here."

"That doesn't matter. All that matters is that we are together." Then Sophia gave Drake a glance, "I suppose it's our business to decide who pays, isn't it?"

So, Sophia was the one that bought the house?

"Miss Lawson, there are two other apartments here. They are located in the same floor and each with five bedrooms. You can buy both and opened a door in between to make them one."

Sophia looked excited, "Travis, that's a great idea! I like it!"

Travis said, "I'm glad you like it!"

Sophia asked Drake to take them for a viewing of the apartments.

Drake thought he was really crazy, he actually showed them the apartments.

After they arrived, Sophia fell in love with the place, "Travis, let's buy the apartments! I really like them!"

"Pay for them and they are yours." Travis didn't have any objection.

Sophia looked at Drake, "How much are they?"

Drake was silent for a while before he said, "We don't take cash."

Sophia knew what he meant and sneered. "Mr. Riley, what do you mean by saying that? You think I can't afford it? Well, swipe this card!"

With that, she took out a black card.

Drake knew all the people in the world who had black cards and he could tell the one in Sophia's hand was real. Did Travis give it to her?

Travis loved her this much?

"Mr. Riley, are you going to sell the apartments to me or not?"

Drake looked straight at Travis, "Mr. Lawson, are you sure you want to buy them?"

"Sure!"

Drake took the black card while looking at the two of them. These two apartments together would cost them almost half a billion. He didn't believe that Sophia had that much money of her own. But what did she do to make Travis so obedient to her?

After Drake left, Travis looked at Sophia, "Sophia, I hope you do not act on impulse but get the real happiness. Just let him and yourself go."

Sophia pouted. "Travis, don't worry about me. I don't like him anymore. You know I didn't come back to Sealand for him. I will leave as soon as I achieve my goals."

She didn't seem to be lying. Travis stroked her hair and said, "Okay. This is a safe complex with gyms and movie theaters. It's good."

"Thank you, Travis."

Drake didn't hear what they had said, but in his eyes, they seemed happy together.

Drake handed the black card back to Sophia and handed them the purchasing contracts.

Sophia quickly signed her name on the contracts.

Travis's phone rang. It seemed it was about business. After hanging up the phone, he looked at Sophia worriedly.

Sophia smiled and said, "Just go ahead. Don't worry about me!"

Travis then looked at Drake, "Mr. Riley, be careful. If you hurt Sophia, I won't let you go."

Drake looked expressionless. "Don't worry, Mr. Lawson. I have no feelings for such a vain and snobbish woman."

Travis looked straight at him.

Drake smiled. "I won't do anything to her."

Before leaving, Travis gently said to Sophia, "Call me if there's anything."

"I will. Just go."

Travis left after giving Drake a warning look.

Having finished all the formalities, Sophia asked, "Mr. Riley, may I have the keys now?"

The apartments were well furnished and fully equipped, and she could just live in it without bringing anything over. Thus, they were very expensive.

Drake held the keys in his hand and motioned for the sales staff to leave.

Subconsciously, Sophia got nervous.

"Mr. Riley, if you dare to do anything to me, I will call Travis."

"Huh!" Drake smiled with mockery, "Even if you called him, what could he do? This is my territory. He won't even be able to get in without my permission."

Sophia knew that he wouldn't let her go easily.

"Don't forget, Mr. Riley, that I am a woman to get married soon."

"I can stop you from getting married."

Drake got closer and closer to her until he forced her onto the sofa.
