Chapter 6

As a woman, an honourable Young Madam, Selena was brought up in such a way that she was not allowed to use foul language, but now that she was Selena of Creephia, she can do so.

'Swearing is...great!'

Dominic's face stiffened abruptly.

Leah's face became even more pale and her body shook as if she was about to faint. She fell mournfully into Dominic's arms and sobbed, "Sis, I didn't mean to do it. I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to leak those photos."

At the mention of the photos, Dominic's face turned unpleasant, and the look in Selena's eyes once again took on disgust, "Leah, you don't have to blame yourself, a woman like her is entirely to blame for what happened to her today."

The corners of Selena's lips curled, and no expression of heartfelt guilt could be seen on her face at all.

She looked at Dominic condescendingly with a cold smile, "As a man, how can you be such a scum?"

Dominic was more than just an asshole.

Before, Selena, so fond of him, treated him as the salvation of her life.

But it was this man, allied with the mistress's daughter who had killed her mother, destroyed her home, and taken over her status, who had ruined not only her reputation, but also her life.

She was bound and determined to screw them!

Dominic's face instantly twisted in violent anger, "Selena, you are simply shameless!"

"I am shameless, but I was born beautiful, much better looking than Leah who you hold in your arms." Selena swept a glance at Leah and smiled brightly, her eyes full of pride. "Whether it's her background, or her looks, compared to me, Leah is a piece of trash."

The soft expression on Leah's face was so close to being untenable.

She looked at Selena in front of her with wariness and surprise, feeling that her younger sister, today, had become different.

Leah scrutinised her for a long time, and although she had changed her clothes and removed all that unsightly make-up, she was Selena for real.

If this girl's face hadn't been so beautiful, how could she have joined forces with Angie to set her up?

She just didn't expect that a failed wedding feast would make her no longer as stupid as before.

Selena naturally saw what Leah was thinking and just laughed scornfully.

Selena was not stupid at all.

She was a very smart girl.

The reason why she was set up by Leah and Angie was simply because, she really liked Dominic so much.

She would do whatever the man liked, no matter how unconventional.

It's a pity that this scum failed such a good girl.

Selena patted her heart, soothing her somewhat sad heart, not bothering to look at these three people one more time. She walked upstairs.

The three people watched Selena walk away, as if she had no regard for them at all, so they collectively contorted their faces.

Selena walked back into her room.

Ever since the death of the last Mrs. Riddle, Selena had not experienced the slightest warmth in the Riddle family.

Her room, with its cold and lonely style, had no hint of warmth at all.

Selena sighed slightly, a trace of pity rising in her heart.

She hung the curtains up and opened the window, letting in the sunlight to dispel the coldness.

Then, after looking around, Selena walked over to the desk and pulled open the drawer.

She had no attachment to the Riddle family, and the reason she came here was because the previous Selena had left something very important behind.

Selena searched the drawer carefully, but found nothing.

A cold light flashed in her eyes, and without wasting any extra effort, she strode out on her heels.

Downstairs in the living room.

Mrs. Riddle was applying medicine to Leah's hands.

Both the mother and daughter looked very unpleasant.

Dominic sat on one side, his brow knitted, and although he was talking to Leah, his eyes always unconsciously looked upstairs.

Having sensed Dominic's absence of mind, Leah bit her lip and lowered her head, "Dominic, I'm so sad."

Dominic asked in a soft voice, "What's wrong?"

"I know it's my mother and I who broke up my sister's home, but..." Leah lowered her head sadly and snuggled into his arms, sobbing sadly, "Things like birth are not something one can choose, and if it were possible, I wouldn't want to hurt anyone, but my sister just called me a child born by a mistress in public."

Dominic hugged her and grunted coldly, "Don't take what she says to heart."

Leah looked at Selena as she walked down the stairs, and her lips curled into a smile.

Usually, when Selena saw the way Dominic pampered her, her expression was both painful and sad, but she had to force a smile, lest Dominic would dislike her even more.

As long as she owned Dominic's heart, Selena could not win over her.

She was always able to use Dominic to hurt Selena.

Leah was confident, waiting to see Selena to reveal a painful and stoic expression, but this time, she was disappointed.

Selena came down the stairs, without the slightest sadness. She didn't even look at Dominic.

Her dark eyes, staring coldly at her, carried a shocking intensity of anger.

Leah cringed inexplicably. What the hell was wrong with her today?

Not only was she a lot bolder, it was surprising that she even completely disgusted Dominic.

When Dominic heard the footsteps, he subconsciously pushed Leah away and turned his head to look.

Just then, he saw that Selena had already walked closer, her eyes coldly staring at Leah, her tone full of coldness, "Give me the script in the drawer of my room!"

A hint of something flashed under Leah's eyes and her face was soft as she asked, "Sis, what are you talking about? What script? I haven't seen the script at all."

As she spoke, she turned her head to ask Mrs. Riddle on the sofa, her voice puzzled, "Mom, did you see the script in my sister's room? Did the nanny lose it when she cleaned the room?"

Mrs. Riddle said angrily, "What script? She's just a fool, she's always at the bottom of every exam, saying she can write a script, does anyone believe her? She's lost her own stuff, yet comes to you to ask for it. Clearly, she's deliberately slandering you!"

Selena took a deep breath and suppressed the anger in her heart.

Thevtwo women, mother and daughter, who killed Selena's mother, stole Selena's home and her fiancé, even wanted to steal her last dream.

Leah said in a panic, "Mom, don't say that, Sis, what kind of script do you have? I will help you find it right away."

Leah stood up and walked towards Selena, saying comforting words, but in an angle that Dominic couldn't see, she smiled petulantly and said to Selena with her mouth but silently, " I did take your script, what can you do about it?"

Selena raised her hand and slapped Leah hard across the face.

With all the strength she could muster, this was a resounding slap.
