Chapter 8

Natalia's pov

"So you this girl you did not still stand up when you see knife with me" she asked.

But I still kept quiet.

"Don't worry your death is not today, and so also I will not be the one to kill you but I will do what will make you to wish you are dead to you" she said and dropped the knife.

I laid quietly on the floor, my hands and body weak.....I sniffed in my tears without listening to my mum rantings.

I felt slight pains and recalled what had happened yesterday again. The pains.

And my dad....where could be be? I hope he is happy now that the deed have been done.

My mum held me and to stand on my feet but I was unable to stand.

The pains could not let me to stand.

the door of the kitchen opened and I looked and discovered it was Eva...

She looked at me and smiled and stepped in my feet purposely,why will she be so heartless to her own sister huh.

"Eva please help me to my room" I said weakly.

But she stepped on my feet the more and rolled her eyes before she left the kitchen with me and my so called mum.

"Natalia.... Natalia, for the last time stand up and start doing your morning chores or are we not eating in this house?"she screamed.

Her scream only can crack a wall.

I could not stand I still laid on the floor when she dragged me to.

Before I knew it I felt a bit slap in my cheek.

"Oh, Eva.why is your life like this??"I said to myself.

She paused and looked at me for a second before landing another slap on me,my heart skipped as soon as I received the slap......

"It is finished" I muttered under my breath without knowing when it come out from my mouth.

U could not take the slap anymore,I tried my best to stand but I could not.

Immediately I saw her bringing her hands again,I did not know where the energy came from and I stood.

I felt pains but I still tried to stand I could not even stand properly.

"It seems that you are now a leprosy now since you can not stand well" she asked.

And I did not answer.

"See the dirty plates and clothes wash them,sweep and prepare breakfast before leaving this house this morning and don't forget to come and hawk the cup cakes you came to this world to hawk if not you will be in another hot soup tonight" she pointed at the plates and walked out of the kitchen.

Omg,how am I going to do it now.

I don't think my hands can do any work right now with the way am shaking.

The shock of what happened to me yesterday is still in my body.

Tears pricked out of my eyes again that I could not could not control it.

Ryan's pov

I am really happy right now that am leaving the house.

But am really going to miss my family.

Especially my little sis Sophia,it will take me a lot for trying to control it.

She helped me with my bag and hugged me one more time.

"Bro don't forget we will be doing video call every day you know that is what you promised me" she said.

And I smiled.

But all of a sudden she started crying,why is she crying again huh??.

Why did she not use to get tired of crying on little things.

"Don't worry before you know it I would be back soon" I said and stroked her hair.

I hugged mum and Dad before leaving the house.

The maids helped me with my box and my driver drove me to the airport.

I am really going to miss home even though I don't use to have time.

Adrian pov

I smiled at myself when I woke up and I remembered today is another day.

I will get to meet Natalia in school today.

I already bought a chocolate that I will give her in school and I know she will really like it.

I really like her that I will do anything possible to make her happy.

I pray she comes to school today.

I brushed my teeth and bath quickly,I wore my clothes sharply.

I met mum and dad at the dinning, Immediately they saw me they smiled.

I greeted them and joined them and mum served me my breakfast.

Mum noticed me and watched me as I was eating my food happily.

"Why are you so happy this morning" mum asked.

"Mum,am I not always happy before" I asked her.

And she smiled.

"I know that kind of happiness" she said.

"Ok mum tell me" I asked her.

But she changed the topic immediately.

"Finished your food quickly you are running late" she said.

And I quickly finished my food,when I was done eating I grabbed my school bag and I hugged mum and dad before leaving the house.

I left the house and met my driver he was already waiting for me...."immediately he sighted me he bowed his head and entered the car immediately".

And I entered the car immediately.

I reached school but to my utmost surprise i did not see Natalia she did not come....I did not even see a glimpse of her.

I could not concentrate in our first class all I think of is her....

I really missed her,why is she doing this to me.

Suddenly I saw Evapassing with her friends at the front of our classroom window....I know she will know the reason why she did not come to school because she told me she is a maid in their house.

I did not know when I stood up and run after her.

She turned back and saw me that I was the one but she did not still stop and that was when she started swaying her butts.

I was able to catch up with her

"Please am sorry to disturb you,where is Natalia?? Why is she not in school?? hope she is okay?" I asked her.

"You really want to know huh??" She asked me.

"Yes"I said nonchalantly.

Even though she is acting bossy I still tolerated it because I want to know where my Natalia is.

"Ok if you want to know bring your ear" she said.

And she left where are friends were and came towards me.

"You know you are handsome right,if you really want to know let's go to the restroom and do quickie" she whispered.

"What??"........

"You must be out of your mind to think i will do that" i said angrily.

"You disgust me,And I never wanna see you anywhere around me - ever again" I stated bluntly and walked away.
