13 - Drunk

Everyone sat on a roundtable to have the dinner. Siya sat besides Swetha and Dhanya, some seats away from Abhi. Even though she sat away from Abhi she could easily hear the conversation going on.

" Your dance was so fabulous Abhi. I didn't know that you made a great pair with Siya. ", Dev said. Siya smiled inside hearing Dev's compliment.

Abhi just smiled back to his comment.

" So Abhi, aren't you taking over the Varma groups. ", one of their classmate Ajay asked curiously.

"Nothings been planned. Actually I have no intention of taking over Verma groups. Maybe Anu might be taking over. ", Abhi explained.

"Yeah what's the need of taking over Varma group when you have your AV group. How did you even manage to gain such success within a short period of time. Your stock value just skyrocketed. ", a classmate said.

Abhi just smiled at them without giving any reply.

" Abhi haven't you considered getting married. Most of us already got married. ", Dev asked.

" Just talk about yourself guys. I am not the only one here. ", Abhi didn't reply to the question instead got irritated.

"Ok bhai, don't get irritated now. They are just curious. You were the prince charming of our school. Still you have that bachelor tag to attract any girls. "

Siya was quite restless hearing their comments. She had no doubt that Abhi was like a flower that attracted many bees towards him for his nectar. With that bachelor tag he was happily accepting everyone's invitations. This thought made her mad.

" How's Sedha? We haven't heard from her. Even we tried to contact her but we couldn't get her. ", Dev asked.

The name itself bought a shiver through her spines. She never thought this name would have this impact on her. She lost her full balance and slipped the glass of water in her hand.

" Excuse me. I want to use the restroom", Siya stood up. Abhi noticed the sudden change in her mood. "What happened to her? ", he wondered. Returning back from his thoughts he replied " She is good. She is now currently working in The US. ", Abhi explained.

Siya didn't fail to hear his reply on her tracks.

" He still have contact with her? ", Siya thought.

" Oh you guys still have contact. You guys are truly best friends. You guys remember they were so inseparable those days. ", Tanay, a classmate said.

The thought of Sedha brought happiness to his face. She was his first friend. Thinking about their good old days, he couldn't forget how dependent they were on each other. He haven't found someone as understanding as her in his whole life. Maybe that's why they were still the bestest of friends.

In the bathroom, the whole atmosphere changed for Siya. She felt that she was ready to face Sedha today. But all her confidence dropped just with the mention of her name. Siya always thought that the position of Sedha was always closest to his heart. But she never knew that Abhi had only his queen in his heart. And that position was forever occupied by Siya.

When she returned back Abhi gave her a curious look asking as if she was okey. She nodded back assuring him. Siya sat back to her seat.

"Siya, you didn't invite any of us for your wedding? ", Tanay asked.

" It just happened too fastly that I didn't get a chance to invite anyone. ", she replied.

" But Siya, we never expected that you would get married. After all you were the school diva. If you were single now, I wouldn't have stopped from pursuing you", hearing someone hitting on his wife, Abhi's blood boiled.

Before Siya could reply back Abhi interrupted and asked. "Did you think she will remain unmarried for her whole life?. " Hearing Abhi open his mouth for something unrelated to him everyone got puzzled.

"It was better if she was unmarried. ", the one replied.

" Shut the fuck up. Don't you have shame on openly hitting on a married woman. ", Abhi stood up from his seat and was about to move to him but Dev managed to cool the atmosphere. " Hey, don't Tarun, just shut up. Abhi just calm down. ", everyone just kept quiet taking Abhi's temper in consideration.

" I was just kidding bro. Siya don't take it to heart. ", he said looking towards Siya.

"Hmm.. ", Siya smiled back. She was totally confused by Abhi's sudden anger.

Twinkle was watching the whole scene silently.

" There is definitely something going on between Abhi and Siya. I should really teach her a lesson", she thought to herself.

After the dinner there was a dance party and karaoke. All were enjoying themselves. Abhi was interacting with his friends. And as expected he was covered by a number of beas.

"Come Abhi let's have a drink bro." Dev said

"Not in a mood to drink dude. " Abhi replied.

"Oh come on mahn, we don't even know when we will be meeting next." Dev insisted.

"Okey fine "

Abhi was talking with Dev when Twinkle came to greet Abhi. " How have you been Abhi. We haven't seen each other for long. ", Tanya said.

"I am good ", he said without giving her much concern.

"I am still single Abhi. I haven't forgotten the time I first confessed to you. Don't you remember those days. ", she asked seductively softly placing fingers on his neck.

"I haven't forgotten. You are still ugly and unbearable as back then. ", he said.

"Keep this hands to yourself. Don't ever touch me without my permission. You got that. ", he said removing her hands from his neck.

Siya was seeing Twinkle getting too closer to Abhi. She didn't get any idea of what was going on.

Twinkle also noticed Siya getting sad when she got closer to Abhi.

"I know he rejected me again because of you Siya. Just wait and watch how I make you a laughing stock today. ", she angrily murmered to herself.

"Waiter, orange juice please.", Siya asked the waiter. She failed to notice the hidden indications given to the waiter by Twinkle.

"Thanks. ", she completed the glass of juice in one sip.

One of Twinkle's friend who was watching this asked her " What did you mix in that? ".

" It's just alcohol nothing more. We all know that she don't have any alcohol tolerance. We can have a laughing show now when the alcohol starts to work on her mind. ", Twinkle laughed inside thinking about the scene that is gonna happen now.

Both Siya, Swetha and Dhanya were sitting on sofa and reminiscing their good old school days.

" Siya, why are you not talking anything. What happened to your mood suddenly? ", Dhanya asked with concern.

" Hmm… nothing.. ", Siya muttered in a low voice. Her head was slowly spinning.

" Dhanya is this your twin. You both look same. ", Siya said holding Dhanya's face by her both palms .

" What the hell? Siya tell me how much is this? ", Swetha sensed something was wrong and showed two fingers to know whether her senses were working right.

" It's four right? Hehe what a simple question. ",Siya replied.

"I think she drank something odd. Maybe alcohol. But how did she drink that. She clearly knows that she will create a scene if she drink. ", Swetha was worried.

"Siyu dear, blew some air on my face now. ", Swetha wanted to confirm whether she drank alcohol.

" Pheewww… "

"Eeeww it stinks… she drank alcohol. What will we do now. We should call her husband but she didn't even tell me his name. ", Swetha said looking Dhanya.

" My husband.. My husband… where is he? ", Siya soon stood up from the sofa and went search for Abhi.

"It will be a lot of fun.. ", Twinkle and her friends started laughing seeing her completely drunk.

" Abhii… Abhii…", Siya started panicking.

Finally her eyes found Abhi chatting with his friends and some girl. Those girls were trying every means to get close to him flaunting their cleaves and big tits.

Siya sprinted directly to them and dragged everyone away from Abhi and hugged Abhi immediately… "Shoo shoo go away from my husband. ", she said loudly by tightly hugging him.

Abhi stood there all puzzled thinking what was happening there. She was the one who insisted to not reveal their marital status but now she is the one desperate to reveal it. " Did some rock struck this woman's head. ", he thought to himself.

When he saw her cute little face that stuck to his chest muscles , he couldn't held but admire the elegant but at the same time innocent beauty in his arms.

"Oh what the hell. This girl will embarass herself very badly today. ", Swetha ran behind Siya to pull her from forcefully hugging Abhi.

" Abhi we are sorry. Let me handle her. Don't be mad at her. I think she drank that's why she is acting weird. ", Swetha said pulling Siya from his arms.

" No don't, let me handle her. ", he insisted and tightened his grip on her.

" Abhi… Abhii.. Why are you spinning… ", she was muttering his name again.

"I think she is hallucinating things. She might be missing her husband maybe. ", Dhanya said to lighten up the situation. Everyone was worried that Abhi will get angry but at the same time it was shocking to see him holding her without any problem.

" What a bitch she is? Even though she is married she still don't have any shame to run to other men.", Twinkle said angrily looking at Siya.

Just as Abhi was about to shout on Twinkle's face, Siya straigtened herself from his arms and moved to Twinkle and said " You are the bitch trying to do gulu gulu with my husband. Stay away from him. He is mine and I will do whatever with him. ", Siya said in her half consciousness.

Everyone got shocked by Siya's words. But there was Abhi who was enjoying her proclamation of her claim on him. It made him too happy.

"Baby, How did you get drunk? ", he came to her and held the unstable Siya in his arms and asked.

" I am not drunk Abhi. Stay away from these flies. They are so clingy. ", she said with a pout.

" Okey okey, I will. ", he said assuring her.

Swetha and Dhanya exchanged glances and were shocked by the scene unwinding infront of them. " This is what she meant when she said I already know her husband. ", Swetha through to herself. Finally she married the love of her life. Swetha was really happy for her.

" Is this real. Oh god. If I remember correctly did I say to her that I wished to be her husband's wife? ", Dhanya asked to Swetha all puzzled.

" Yes you did. "

"Oh shit"

Twinkle was shocked and perplexed. "This can't be true", she thought.

" What do you mean by husband? ", Twinkle asked to clear her doubt.

"I am her husband. She is my wife. ", he replied without any hesitation.

" But you said you were unmarried".

"I never said I am unmarried. It was just your assumptions. ", he said without even looking at her. She felt as if the floor below her feet were swept off.

"Oh why didn't you say that earlier mahn. This is a matter of celebration. ", Dev said happily.

" Yeah. Actually Siya wanted to announce it later. We will hold a reception party soon. Everyone are invited. ", Abhi said managing to hold wobbling Siya under his grip.

" Ok we are leaving now. "

"We are going home baby. ",by saying that he picked Siya up in a bridal style.

" No I want to kill every flies. Leave me. Where's the mosquito bat", she was muttering rubbish. But Abhi ignored her words and brought her to his car.
