Chapter 05- Punishment 2

Christopher's Pov

"Come in!" I said and the door opened.

"Sir! You have a meeting with the Free tea Company at noon! Also, With the Make Make group of companies!"

"Is that all my schedule for today?" I asked and focused on my laptop.

"Yes sir!"

"About the Make Make group of companies, What are their bargains?"

"Sir, they want you to lower the budget. They offered to pay half of the income".

I banged my table!

"That's outrageous! I didn't build my company with such low bargains! If they aren't willing to partronize us, then withdraw the contract."

"Yes sir!"

"On the other hand, give them 85% of the budget, if they still can't afford it then you Know what to do!".

"Yes sir!"

"You may go!"

I sat down and continued with my work.

The door burst open and Chloe walked in.

"Sir!" She called in her usual sexy voice.

"I brought the design for the housing project!"

"Drop it there and leave" I said focusing on my work.

She kept it on the desk and walked to me.

I suck in a lot of breath trying to suppress my anger.

"Christopher! You do Alot of work without resting!" She said and began to massage my shoulders.

"How about I give you something sweet and hot!" she said and pecked my cheek.

Thats it!

I turned swiftly and caught her hand twisting it to the back.

"Chris.." She muttered in pain.

"Let this be the last warning Chloe, Do not come close to me! This... This skimpy dress should be the last time you ever put on a dress like this to my company." I said in a harsh tune.

"I... I thought we had something!" She said in pain.

"That was a one night stand... Consider it a mistake from both sides. We were both drunk. Know that I'll never have anything to do with a sl*t like you!" I said.

"Why? is it because of her?" She yelled.

"Shut the hell up Chloe.. mind your language!" I snapped and twisted her arm the more.

"Whatever you do, I won't stop because I love you"

"Quiet Chloe! You're only in this company because of your grandmother. Don't push me to the wall" I said coldly and let go of her hand.

"Get out Chloe!" I said

"Remember Chris, you're all mine!" She said and walked away.

I signed and sat down on my chair.

We were both drunk after the party with an investor in an hotel.

I don't drink much alcohol but I remember vividly that Chloe literally forced me to drink much.

Even if she was drunk, she was well aware of what she was doing.

She helped into a room which I thought was mine.

"Are we home?" I asked in a drunken voice.

"Yes Chris, we're home!" She said in a drunken voice also.

She helped me lay down.

I didn't know what happened but I began to see Luna instead of Chloe.

"Luna!!" I called and slammed my lips on hers.

I pushed her away instantly.

"What do you want? You betrayed Me Luna! I hate you!" I said.

"No! Chris, I'm sorry for whatever I did. I'm back and I'm never letting you go". She said and slammed her lips on mine again.

This time I lost control of myself and gave in.

The next morning....

"Chris!! Chris!!" I heard someone call.

I snapped my eyes open and met Chloe lying beside me.

I sprang up.

"What are you doing here Chloe?"

"We both slept here and had fun!"

I looked down and discovered we were both naked.

Something happened between us.

"Shit!" I cursed under my breath.

"Didn't you enjoy it?" She asked seductively trying to touch me.

"Get your hands off me sl*t. You planned all this right? I should have known with the way you were giving me more drinks". I yelled.

"C'mon don't say that Chris. Don't you like me at all. We both had s*x"

"Over my dead body will I ever fall for a b*tch like you. You see this thing we had, it's just a one night stand. A big mistake from both side, got it?" I yelled at her.

I quickly put a call across to Fred!

"Hey Chrisy!" He said and I rolled eyes.

I don't have time for him right now.

"..Fred! I'm in a deep mess"

"What has the Almighty General gotten himself into?" He teased.

"..Get me some after pills and bring it to Silver Hotel, Room 345, ASAP"

"What do you need them for?"

"Just quit asking me questions and do as I say. I'll explain things later" I said.

"Okay Fine! This is one big mess" He said and I hung up.

"Why did you do that Chris?" Chloe asked but I ignored.

"Don't you want me to get pregnant for you?" She asked and I snapped my head to look at her.

"..Get pregnant? I know the trick girls like you play! I'm not ready to father a child, especially not from you. You want to get pregnant and pin everything on me? stop dreaming because I'm way smarter than you think"

"Is it because of her? That Luna girl?" She asked.

I caught her cheeks holding it tightly.

"Don't you dare bug into my personal matter." I said angrily and let her go.

The door burst open and Fred barged in.

"Oops! I didn't know you had something with this b*tch. it's a good thing I brought a lot of after pills!" He teased handing the pills to me.

I picked up a glass of water and handed it to Chloe.

"Here! Have them"

"No! I'm keeping this child" She said acting stubborn.

"I am not a fool, There isn't a child in that sick womb of yours. Now have this pills before my sp*rm fertilizes" I said.

"No!" She said and my deamor changed immediately.

I held her by the mouth while she struggles to let free.

I placed the pills in her mouth, I made sure it went deep into her throat.

I poured the water into her mouth and watched as the pills slipped down her throat.

Job done.

She began to cough

"What have you done Chris?" She asked angrily.

"The right thing to do!" I said.

"One more thing, Do not call me Chris! I'm your Boss so address me as that"

I stood and began wearing my clothes.

Let's go Fred" I said and turned to leave.

"Are you leaving me here?" She asked.

"I didn't ask to be here in the first place" I said and walked out with Fred behind.

Its noon already. I stood and walked out of my office heading to the conference room.

"Gentlemen!" I said and they all stood up.

We shook hands.

"Please, have your seat!" I said.

"So tell me, You want me to invest in your Free tea Company?"

"Yes Sir!"

"What do I stand to gain?" I asked and he began to explain.

"I'm impressed. You have yourself an investor! Congratulations!" I said and we shook hands.

"Thank you Sir!"

With that, he walked out.

My mind drifted back to Luna!

I have to start working from home so I can keep an eye on her.

I picked up my car keys and walked away.

I opened the door to Luna's room. She's fast asleep.

I stared at her Leg, it was sore and red.

*You don't care Chris! You don't!* My subconscious mind said.

I closed the door and walked to my Study!

What should I do?

I began to throw things away!

My files .. tables... Chairs..... Vase.... bottles... Everything.

I smirked as I looked around. Broken bottles everywhere!

I walked back to her room.

"Get up!" I said sternly using my leg to hit her.

Not that hard though!

"No, Let me sleep a little aunt!" I heard her mutter.

Seriously!

I bent to her Level and held her hair Pulling it a little bit hard.

She gasped as she snapped her eyes open.

I could see dark circles around her eyes already.

"You should get use to this already Luna! C'mon" I said and stood walking away with her behind me.

"I want you to clean this!" I said as she stared at it with widened eyes.

"Go on! Get busy!" I ordered.

She limped forward and started cleaning.

Right, she can't walk well because of the sore.

I stood watching her as she cleaned.

This is what you get Luna for betraying me because of another lowlife boy!

"My hand! Gosh! It hurts!" She suddenly screamed in pain.

I felt like going to her but No!

I remained standing! She continued to scream in pain.

"Hey! Can you stop shedding those fake tears and get back to work."

"I can't please" She muttered in tears.

I walked to her and took her hands.

She was seriously bleeding because of the bottle that penetrated deep into her flesh.

"Go to your Room!" I ordered and she limped away.

I held my hair in Frustration! I don't wanna help you Luna, but I don't want you dieing just yet.

I walked to my room and picked the first aid box.

Being a General, I have a little idea about treating wounds. There's no need calling the doctor.

I walked Into her room and met her in tears.

I took her hands and began to treat. I used the anti- septic to wash her wounds and she hissed in pain.

I bandaged her wounds and stood up walking out of the room.

My plan failed, but at least she got injured. Now I have to call the Cleaning agency to do the Cleaning.

Luna's Pov

I stared at my hands in tears! I feel weak.

My whole body is in pain. my feet, my hands, it all hurts.

I burst into tears!

We were doing fine! Not until that night.

I thought I won't ever see him, but fate brought us back together.

Not as Lovers but as enemies.

I thought I'll find my parents killers but I can't, not while I'm living like a slave.

Oh! mom... Dad! How will I seek Justice for your death?

My diary!

I left it with aunt!

How will I get it! How will I pour my sorrow out.

I laid down on the cold floor as tears rolled down my cheeks.

My life is miserable!

I know he still feels hurt because of what I told him in the past.

None of this is my fault!

It's the fault of the Killer!

I felt my heart tighten as I recalled that night.

How my Parents begged to spare their lives.

I was too weak to do anything...

I watched as they cried and begged for their lives.

They were too heartless to let my parents go because of their selfish interest.

I watched as my parents dropped dead.

My life is a disaster!

I closed my eyes as the horrible memories kept coming.

I want to dispise Christopher because of what he's done to me.

But I can't... I just can't.

Christopher's Pov

I stood outside her door after putting a call across to the Cleaning agency.

I listened to her sob.. . .

The way she sobs and sometimes chocked on it made me guilty.

Am I doing the right thing?

I recalled Uncle Amando's words.

"Let your anger Surface. She's the cause of your father's death! Avenge his death!."

I balled my fist!.

"I shouldn't let her get to me. I shouldn't let her affect me! This is all you get Luna, for betraying me." I said and walked to my room.
