Dressing up, I rushed to the kitchen and hard my already made breakfast.

During my munching time, my phone rang again.

With my mouth full of crunched bread and salad, I stressed my neck to view the caller ID and it was the same number that called me minutes ago.

I crumpled my brows.

It is strange why the number gave a gap before calling again.

I naturally know when someone calls you and you hang up or do not pick, they will keep calling for some time and if you still resist, they will cut the call not to call again for a long time.

Spatially if that person is not familiar with you.

But in this case, the contrary happens.

I should try answering this call for once. At least I don't do this often >> I said to myself picking up the call after gulping the rest of the food in my mouth.

*On phone*

"Hello" I answered formally

"Yes, baby. It's your mum"

My hands trembled after hearing that voice and my heartbeat increased...

I became speechless.

"Baby...I know we've had... misunderstandings but we miss you so much. And we're sorry for what we did" She spoke again.

"Hello.."

After a long of silence from me, she said

"Your dad and I want to see. If you don't mind dear. We'll love to be with you for some time"

"Ok...I should hang up now. We will be waiting for your confirmation. Love you" She let out then hung up.

I felt my world spinning at that moment. It was then I realized I have been holding my breath throughout.
