I went on a blind date with my boss.

But I was only doing it to help my friend!

That day, as I received a call from Jessica, I was just getting ready for a wonderful weekend.

Then, at the restaurant, she said. "I have a blind date this weekend. Could you possibly..."

"No."

I didn't let her finish and raised my hand in refusal.

By now, I had been a stand-in for countless dates for her.

"Five hundred thousand." Jessica pulled out a card from her bag and handed it to me.
