chapter 2

We got home quickly. Kuya Arvin immediately got out of the car and so did I.

I took a deep breath when he walked in first without even looking at me.

I don't hate you. I just don't like you being my sister.

I wiped the tears that fell from my cheeks remembering what he said. He doesn't like me as a brother.

And I can't accept that. He used to always say that he loved me and was happy that I was born as his brother. But now, he says something different.

I entered the house and was immediately greeted by my brothers.

"How's the mall, angel?" Kuya Axcel asked me.

"Still standing" I answered and left them there.

"Is she mad?" I heard Kuya Alvis said.

"I don't know? She seems pissed" Kuya Azrel answered.

I didn't hear any of their other conversations when I was away from them. I immediately entered my room and lay on the bed.

I looked at the side of my bed and saw a picture of my siblings and I when we were young. I was in the middle of the five of them while happily smiling in front of the camera.

I was still wearing a gown and hugging Kuya Arvin's neck. It's my 6th birthday. Kuya Arvin and I are still closed. But on my 7th birthday he stopped attending. He didn't talk to me.

I thought it was because he was busy at school. but whenever I approach him and talk to him, he always yells at me.

Chapter 2: Part 2

He says that I should not talk to him and disturb him. I cried then and wondered. Kuya Axcel also wondered why Kuya was treating me like that.

once the five of them fought because of me. I cried because I accidentally ruined Kuya Arvin's project.

"What the h-ll did you do!?" he loudly shouted at me. My eyes were immediately moistened by his scream. I didn't mean it.

but he just pushed me so I sat on the floor. There I shed tears and cried. Kuya Axcel saw that so they came to us.

"What's your problem Brother!? Why did you push him!?" Kuya Alvis shouted and also pushed Kuya Arvin.

"She's st-pid!" Kuya Arvin shouted back. Kuya Azrel approached him and punched him.

"Don't call her that! She's our little baby!" he shouted.

Kuya Arvin got angry so he punched Kuya Azrel back. Kuya Axcel and Kuya Arcin immediately pulled away from the two of them but Kuya Azrel punched him so he returned the blow only to be hit by Kuya Alvis. There they started fighting.

They were just weaned when Mommy and Daddy came.

I stopped looking back when I heard a knock on my door. I immediately went there and opened it.

"Dinner is ready, honey" said Mommy smiling at me.

But when he noticed that I didn't smile back, he immediately touched my cheek.

"What's wrong, sweety?" he asked.

"Nothing, Mom" ​​I answered.

"Come on Ivy. You can tell me. Is it about your Kuya Arvin, again?" she asked.

I bit my lower lip as I slowly nodded.

"Oh my little girl. Come here" Mommy immediately hugged me.

"Brother Arvin said he didn't want me to be her sister. And I don't know why, Mom. I can't understand him" I said.

"Shhh I'll talk to your Kuya later" I quickly let go of Mommy and shook my head.

"Mommy no, please"

He might be even more angry because I reported him.

"Honey–"

"Mommy, it's not necessary. Maybe it's better that I don't care about him, right? maybe he'll just get further away from me" I said. She sighed then nodded.

"Okay, if that's what you want. But, if your Kuya will hurt you again. I won't just keep quiet," he said. I just nodded before we went down to the dining area.

When we got there, they were all complete. I sat down and started to eat.

"What's the plan for tomorrow, love?" Mommy asked Daddy.

"Well where do you want it?"

"I want outing in Boracay" suggested Kuya Arcin.

"Boracay is ugly. Let's go to Palawan" Kuya Alvis.

"I'm fed up with Palawan. Is there anything new?" brother Azrel

"Only in Baguio? Or in Tagaytay?" brother Axcel.

"What's your decision, love?" Mommy asked again. They just talked about where to go tomorrow while Kuya Arvin and I ate quietly.

"Do you want to go somewhere, Ivy?"I looked at Dad because of his question. I stopped eating and drinking water.

They were all waiting for what I was going to say except Kuya Arvin who just kept eating.

"Uhmm I don't know, Dad" I said.

Daddy just nodded and continued talking.

in the end they decided to have a barbeque in the garden tomorrow. We have already been to almost all of the places they suggested, so Dad just told us to go home.

That's also better for me because I'm too lazy to go out.

after dinner I went straight to my room.

I took my laptop and started to open instagram. I was bored so I killed it.

I went to the bathroom and cleaned my body. then I put on my pajamas and t-shirt before leaving the room and going straight to the library.

When I entered there, I almost froze when Kuya Arvin's serious face appeared.

Jusko! I almost had a heart attack.

"You don't need to panic" I said.

he ignored me and continued reading.

What else did I expect? Of course he will ignore me.

Chapter 2: Part 3

I just ignored him and started looking for a book to read. I went to a shelf full of stories. they are different genres. There is horror, love story, mystery and others.

Because Kuya always buys me books. This library is already full. Daddy is planning to turn our two guest rooms into my library.

I was looking for a good book and a vampire story caught my attention. It's up there and I can't seem to reach it.

I quickly looked around to find the stairs but I didn't see it.

I just reached up and tried to reach for you. I tried to jump but I still didn't get it.

Is it because I'm small? My brothers are tall. Hmmm! It's annoying!

I continue to jump with one hand to take the book I want. I immediately turned to it and–

My eyes widened when I saw Kuya Arvin's face so close to mine.

I swallowed when I saw his strong gaze in my eyes.

I can feel his breath on my face. I can also inhale his scent.

My chest immediately heaved. My heart beat very fast while staring into his eyes. But my heart beat faster when he looked down at my lips.

"Ivy" he whispered. I was about to talk when my eyes widened.

Oh goodness! Tell me this is a dream! No it can't be. I'm just hallucinating! Kuya Arvin is kissing me!
