Krishna:
"Hey Dev, wake up man. Let's go for a jog" Krishna said patting his shoulder. “Shut up Krishna, I want to sleep. You can go wherever you want to, don’t disturb my precious sleep” he murmured covering his face with duvet.
“Hmm, whole night you were talking with your girlfriend. Now pouring your frustration on your best friend. I couldn’t understand this fact, why do you guys sacrifice your sleep and what is it that you talk about for the whole night” he annoyed.
“You’ll understand that only when you fall in love Mr. Perfect, don’t be annoyed seeing the lovers. It will affect your love life when you finally fall in love” he mumbled in sleepy voice. “Never!” Krishna before leaving the room.
Krishna is a talented, charming, good-looking young man who hides his hatred past with a beautiful smile on his face. For him love is something which doesn't exist in this world. He never believed in love and experienced it though. He wishes to win, he would be the first in every field he involves, that was his only motive.
It was a calm, early morning. There can be nothing more satisfying than the feeling of dawn. He inhaled the fresh air and his eyes automatically gazed the beautiful sky which is very clear. The sun was just peeping from the clouds, he saw the beautiful colors on the sky. The beauty around and color of the sky was mesmerizing.
The early morning is the dominion of the birds, for they in bright feathered plume are so very in love with the sunrise. The birds were chirping and enjoying the cool breeze. He loves watching the birds in that morning. He paused for a while to watch those beautiful creatures.
He returned back to his room after an hour. He found Dev sleeping covering his face. He smiled at him and checked his laptop for new mails. He got a mail from his college regarding his joining date. He was asked to attend his classes from the next week. He sighed sadly as he doesn’t want to leave his friend. Krishna and Dev were childhood buddies. He loved him more than anyone else in his life as he is the only person who took care of him so far without any expectations.
Krishna longed for the love and care in his childhood was given by none. He was brought up by a maid. No one cared him. He got all the necessary stuffs more than the necessity but never experienced any love and care.
Later his parents put him in a boarding school. He never cared about friends because of his lonely nature and concentrated only on his studies. But there his life changed into a fun-filled one when his best friend Dev entered his life. After his arrival, his life changed completely. He was the one who changed him into a friendly person. He changed the moodiest guy into an interesting character.
Dev fell in love with his classmate Madhu when they were in their tenth grade. Krishna never believed in love also he never interrupted in Dev’s decisions. He will tease him whenever he utters those romantic dialogues to his girlfriend.
They both shared a very happy life so far. But once after their schooling, Dev preferred to pursue Viscom degree as he was interested in photography. His goal was to become a wildlife Photographer. However, Krishna wanted to become an Engineer. Here, their journey divided as two different journeys.
Krishna tried to get intp Engineering college in Chennai but unfortunately, he got in Coimbatore, the place he hated the most. His dad lives there but Krishna never liked to stay with him. He avoids staying with his dad and searched for a room near his college and luckily he got one house for rent near his college immediately.
Krishna’s mood changed once he saw the mail. He sat there simply staring the computer screen. He thought that he will have two more weeks to spend with Dev but unfortunately, he got the invitation too soon.
“Hey! Why your face looks like a Monkey?” Dev asked rubbing his eyes. “I got my joining date. Next week my classes are starting, I should leave this weekend to arrange the furniture in house” he muttered sadly. “Come on! Man, we already know that we have to face this then why are you feeling down about this. We are going to pursue our dream degree at the same time distance can never measure our friendship” he said hugging him. “Okay, first brush your teeth” he said keeping a disgusting face. Dev hugged his neck biting his cheek. Krishna laughed punching his tummy.
They both had a good time to explore Ooty. Dev too felt sad for leaving his friend, but he was happy that Krishna is going to pursue his dream degree. That night, Dev prepared a delicious dinner and Krishna enjoyed the dinner. Those five days flew happily, and Krishna left the room with heavy heart. Dev cheered him and sent him off happily.
Krishna reached Coimbatore in three hours. He visited his house and fixed the furniture and other required things. Next day, he visited his college for admission. “Hi buddy, could you lend me your pen?” one boy asked with a puppy face which remained him of Dev. When he first met Dev, he too asked a pencil. Krishna lent his pen with a smile.
“Thanks bro! I’m Varun” he said extending his hand, “I’m Krishna” he replied. Varun talked with him for few minutes and Krishna came to know that he was in search of room. “I’m staying alone in a house nearby our college. If you don’t mind, you can join me. I’m new to this place and don’t know many people here” Krishna said. “Thanks buddy! I too don’t have any idea about this place since this is the first time, I’m visiting this place” he exclaimed. Krishna smiled and accepted him as his new housemate.
On completing the admission formalities, they both visited the house where Krishna was staying. Varun liked the house very much. It was the house with three bedrooms, one in the ground floor and two in upstairs. “I’m staying in the first room upstairs, you can either take this room or the room next to mine” Krishna offered. “I’ll take the one in upstairs and thank you so much bro. You never knew me before but came forward to help me” he once again thanked Krishna for accepting him as his housemate. Krishna smiled and asked him to shift his luggage to the room as they had only one day left. He helped him to carry his things to the room and get them fixed.
