Station-

“Aditi and Navya, have you taken everything?” Sanjiv asked.

“Yes Dad, I have taken everything, but I don't know about Navya,” Aditi said with excitement clearly evident in her tone.

“Dad, don't worry. I have taken everything. Where is maa?” Navya asked her father.

“She is talking to her employee over the phone,” Sanjiv said.

“She never has time for us,” Aditi said sadly.

“It's nothing like that,” Sanjiv tried to cheer up his daughter.

~The train blows horn~

“Bye. Take care. Call me once you reach,” Sanjiv said

“Bye dad,” Aditi and Navyah said in unison.

Though they were loved by their father, they carved for a mother's love. When a mother ignores her daughters, they spend their life trying to replace her in their heart!

“Finally Navya we will live a life full of our dreams,” Aditi chirped in excitement.

“Yes!! Our tomorrow will be better than our today,” Navya said.

Airport-

“Papa! Take care of your health. Eat medicines daily. don't forget about it,” Mohit instructed his father.

“Bhai, don’t worry, uncle and aunt are there to take care of papa,” Karan said.

“They will go back to their home after a few days,” Mohit said.

“I will be alone then. God is punishing me for my deeds,” Mangal said.

“Papa, You are not at fault,” Karan said.

“Because of me your mother died,” Mangal looked down.

“She died because of cancer. What was your fault in it?” Mohit said.

“If I would have given her some time and taken proper care of her, she would not have died,” Mangal said.

“Don't blame yourself. It was our fate,” Mohit said.

“Bhai let's go. This announcement is of our flight,” Karan said.

“Mohit, beta take care of yourself and Karan. Karan is now your responsibility. Call me as you reach,” Mangal said.

“Bye papa,” Mohit and Karan bid farewell to their father.

(Train compartment)-

“Navya, you please don’t leave me alone in dad’s sister’s house,” Aditi said.

“I know you hate her but are we really going there?” Navya asked her sister.

“Oh shit, I totally forgot about it. Let me search for a rented house on google,” Aditi took out her phone.

“We have promised dad to live in bua’s house,” Navya said.

“Navya, I cannot tolerate that lady for one minute and you are saying that I have to live there?” Aditi said.

“But what will we say to dad? Navya asked.

“We will say that since we are new to Mumbai and college our friend offered us accommodation in her hostel room as it will be helpful for our studies,” Aditi suggested.

“ Okay, then,” Navya was not convinced.

“I got the number of a broker in Navi Mumbai. Let me text him.” Aditi said.

“Fine, but I am still skeptical about it,” Navya said.

“He asked us to come tomorrow morning,” Aditi said.

“We will go directly thereafter reaching Mumbai,” Navya said/

“Okay, I will text him that,” Aditi said.

“Now good night!!! I am feeling sleepy,” Navya said

“Good night,” Aditi said.

Navya wakes up after some time and sees that Aditi is still doing something with her phone.

“Aditi, what are you still doing with your phone?” Navya asked, rubbing her eyes.

“You woke up? Actually, I am chatting with Virat. He is worried for us. He wants to come to Mumbai soon,” Aditi said.

“Shit yaar, he will also come here? Why? I hate to see him. I just don’t get it why do you love him so much,” Navya said.

“Yaar. we are not in a serious relationship. I don’t love him! Haan, he is too hot. I have a crush on him,” Aditi said.

“It's better you get out of this matter soon,” Navya said.

“And you get out of your past,” Aditi said.

“I cannot forget my past. It’s like a splinter stuck in my heart forever,” Navya said.
