CHAPTER 2

Leo's POV

"I don't want to be here!" I was about to run back to the car but Kyle stopped me and grabbed my hand. "Ahhhh! I don't want to be here!"

"Will you stop?! People are staring at you!" Kiel was annoyed and said Kyle's twin.

"I don't want to! I'm leaving!" I'm crying. I don't want to be here. I don't like parties, crowds, and bars! I hate them! I don't want to be noisy, I don't want to be smelly and especially I don't like people.

"Leo, you need this. You are not a kid anymore, okay? You're 23." Kyle said while pulling me inside.

"Give this one a chance, will you?! It's not like we want to be here with you!" Kiel promised.

"Why are you doing this?" I know I can't stop them. If I could stop them I should be at home right now.

"This is for your own sake, cousin." Kyle smiled at me as we entered the bar. we sat on the chairs. I really don't like here. I coughed because I smelled cigarette smoke.

"We should get a VIP room. I don't like it here." We are here in a place that is only for commoners.

"No. We won't. You can't find a girl if you stay in a room." Kiel said and sat next to me before ordering.

My eyes hurt from the lights and add the noise. Suddenly a group of women approached us.

"Hi Kyle and Kiel. Who's with you?"

"Oh! Girls, this is- Hey! Are you okay?!"

I'm bent over. Kiel pulled my hair up to see my face.

"I'm dizzy."

"No. You don't. You didn't even drink! Drink first." I shook my head.

"I do not want."

"Here's your order, sir." Various drinks were laid out in front of us.

"Cousin, you should listen to Kiel. we will never be going to let you go if you're still a virgin tomorrow."

"I-I'm not a virgin!" I shouted to be heard by the girls who I just noticed were already sitting at our table.

"Uh-huh." Kyle just grinned and handed me a glass of wine. "Drink it.get drunk tonight, cousin."

I looked at Kiel and he was already talking to the girls. I drank the wine that I immediately threw at Kiel.

"The fuck!"

"Sorry!" I coughed at the same time. It looks like I'm screwed.

"This isn't gonna work, Kyle! I told you, we shouldn't have come with him!"

"Just calm down, Kiel. leo, are you okay?" I just nodded.

"Oh my god! Leo? Leo Gabriel Verzosa! Right?!" A woman said. I nodded. "Oh my god! We've never seen you here before! Hi, I'm Letty. Letty Fernan." He held out his hand.

"Hi."

"There's your girl." Kyle whispered.

"W-what?"

"Kiel, let's go!"

"What?! Hey!" Kyle grabs Kiel and his girl and disappears.

"Wow! It's really you, Leo!" He sat next to me. "Can I call you Leo?" I nodded.

"I've never seen you here before. I thought you were the kind of guy who stays at home?"

"I-I am." I shivered a little because I felt her chest on my arm.

"You're the shy type, am I right?" My hair stood up when I felt the warmth of his mouth on my ear. "You're famous, do you know that?" Now, she's playing with my hair. I know that but I still doubt it.

"Look at them." He whispered. I looked around and they were all looking. They don't realize it yet.

It's obvious! Nothing to see here! Maybe they were watching how a woman would rape a virgin man.

It's a good show, isn't it?

"Some of them are jealous of you, some of them are jealous of me because I'm here with you." He handed me a glass of wine. "Drink. I know you are shy but you have to change for better or for worst." She smiled at me. I seemed to like her. I like her smile. It gives me chills. I drink it. we talked about other stuff and I was laughing with her. She always joked about getting married and the type of guy she wants to be married to is like me. She also joked about me being her boyfriend if I wanted to.

If he really loves me and he won't fool me. He said that I will be happy every day with him.

I've never talked to a girl like this before because everyone always seems plastic to me.

"I'll just go to the restroom." I was about to stand up when I suddenly felt dizzy. Letty laughed and carried me to the restroom. "Thank you." he just waited outside. A few minutes passed before I came out.

When I got out I saw her with a guy. They are kissing next to the door where I get out. Letty noticed me and I could see the surprise in her eyes.

"I-I... Leo, let me explain."

I smiled at her. "No need.uhm... excuse me." I left there. Letty was going to follow me but the man stopped her.

I lost my smile. She's just like the others. Plastic.

I went to the counter and sat there. "The strongest one you have." I just told the bartender.

"Are you sure, sir?" I just smiled at him and nodded.

Lori's POV

When I entered the bar, I was immediately greeted by people kissing on the side of the door.

"It's good to kiss, isn't it?! Don't you get tired of each other?"

"Just bitter." I heard someone speak. I didn't pay attention.

I'm not bitter!

I walked past the kissers and went to the bar counter. I don't want to lose my money but I need a boost, encouragement for what I'm going to do tonight. Looks like I didn't drink enough at home with dad.

"Counter, come here." I called the man making the drinks.

"I'm a bartender, ma'am." He says.

"It's a counter. What did I say? A can of beer." I gave money at the same time. I know a can of beer won't do anything for me. But go ahead.

"This is it, ma'am." I nodded and took the beer. I opened it and swallowed it.

Now where do I look? I looked at those next to me. I have someone next to me on the other side.

"Hey, Counter!" The man looked at me. "Is it me, ma'am?"

"Why anyone else?"

"Ma'am, it's a counter, not a bartender."

"Yes? What did I say?"

"Wrong! what I mean is-"

"Right? Left?" I asked him.

"Uh... what is this?"

"Right or left? Just choose." The future father of my child depends on you, counter.

"Uh... left?" I looked at the man on the left. He speaks at the counter. He's handsome, isn't he?

"I'm Lori."

My forehead furrowed. Am I supposed to look after that? What is he like?

I sat next to the man I was going to watch over. He raised his head. His eyes were swollen shut and he was red, probably because he was drunk.

"Who're you?" he asked.

"I'm Lori."

"Lori?" I smiled and nodded.

"You?"

"You don't know me?"

"Why? Do I look like someone who would ask even though I already know the name?" He laughed. "Am I that stupid in your eyes?"

"Then you are the first one. I'm Leo Gabriel."

"Are you famous or something?" I ate the honey he had.

"I don't know."

"Nice to meet you." I just said.

"Hi." He smiled.

"Hello."

"I'm Leo Gabriel."

"I know. You've just said it."

"You can call me Gabby." I smiled.

"That's cute."

"Yeah, my mother used to call me that. Even till now! but I want her to stop because it's for kids." "I think Gabby suits you well. You looked cute to me."

"Am I?" I nodded.

"Hey, will you do me a favor? Can you take me home? I don't want to be here. I'm still young to be in here."

"Why? How old are you?"

"23." I laughed.

"23? now I can see why your mother calls you Gabby."

"She'll be mad if she finds out I broke the curfew. It's already 10pm. I'm making her worried." I nodded. He suddenly stood up. "Come on. Let's go."

"We should find your friend."

"I don't have friends but I have cousins ​​though."

"Then we should wait for them."

"I don't wanna." He walked out. I sighed as I followed him outside. "Air! I really like the air! There is no smell of cigarettes!" He started walking away.

"Where are you going?"

"Home." He answered. I followed him and walked beside him."Where's your home?" He stopped and looked around.

"We used Kiel's car." Then it should be far. He started walking again. "I don't want to go back there. The smoke it's killing me." I nodded."I understand." I extended my hand. "Hold my hand. Don't let go. Just follow my lead, okay?" I smiled at him. He accepted it.
