Chapter Four

"Lydia that was amazing," Tracy said to her and she turned to her.

"Yes am Lydia." She giggled and the teacher finally snapped out of his shocked look.

"Thank you, Lydia." The teacher said and she clapped happily.

"Will you like to finish up the equation for the class?" The teacher asked and she looked at Tracy confused.

"Lydia wants to teach the class," Tracy said to her now understanding the way Lydia knows things.

"Oh, Lydia should teach the class?" She asked happily and the teacher nodded.

She stood up and ran to the board. Some glared at her and some smiled.

The head bully was fuming in anger has Lydia wrote on the board.

"You will have to follow the formula to get every question, you have to be careful cause at times the formula is always confusing and that is why I came up with my formula." She explained and wrote it on the board.

She used it in solving the question and giggled when she was done.

"And that is how you solve all questions on Newton's law." She said and the class clapped.

Tracy stood up and clapped for her, the teacher also clapped.

Lydia saw Tracy standing up, also wanted to stand up but she was already up so she climbed on the table and clapped.

The ones that loved her in the class smiled and those that hate her took pictures of her. The teacher helped her down and she waved.

"Am Lydia." She said and walked to her seat.

The school was finally over and Tracy quickly held Lydia's hand as she was about to run away.

"I want to go and meet mother."

"Hold on let us go together." She nodded and licked her lips.

Tracy carried her bag as Lydia completely forgot about it, they both walked out and as they were about to walk out of the school the head bully pushed Lydia and she fell.

Tracy helped her up and one of the guys held Tracy.

"You fucking bitch." The head bully said and head towards her angrily.

"Am a bitch" she said happily and walked to Tracy.

The bully pulled her back with her hair and she yelled in pain, she turned to the guy and pushed him.

He almost fell but regained his balance. Lydia moved towards the guy and placed her hand on her lips and his forehead.

"I wish you would have a sense of humor." She said and the hallway laughed.

He couldn't bear the embarrassment and he glared at Lydia before walking away

The one holding Tracy let go of her and also ran away, Tracy laughed and held her hand.

They walked out together and she walked to the spot she always wait for her mother.

"Mother said I should wait."

"Yes, I know," Tracy replied and helped her with her school bag.

"What about your dad?"Tracy suddenly asked and noticed her mood.

"When I was young my dad became an angel."

"An angel, how?"Tracy asked not understanding what she just said.

"He became an angel" she groaned not wanting to talk about it.

"Oh, he died?" Tracy asked and she nodded sadly.

"Oh my God, am so sorry," Tracy said and hugged her.

"Am Lydia." She giggled and her mood changed immediately.

"Mother, mummy mother." She yelled happily as she saw her mother running towards her.

The woman got to her and hugged her.

"How are you baby?"

"Am fine mum, this is my friend Tracy." She giggled happily and her mother turned to Tracy.

"Thank you, Tracy." Her mother said immediately knowing it takes someone with a lot of patience to understand a word Lydia says or how she behaves.

"You are welcome ma'am, bye Lydia." She said and walked away and Lydia kept waving till she entered the car and drove off.

"Let's go, baby." Her mother held her hand and started trekking.

"Mummy will dad come back?"

"Oh no."

"So when a person becomes an angel the person can't come back?"

"Yes."

"Okay."

"Mummy." She called again and her mother turned to her.

"Yes, baby?"

"Santa goes to my school."

"Okay, my regards to Santa." Her mother said not have a clue of what she is saying but didn't want to upset her.

"Chloe am home," Alec yelled out loud and his younger sister ran down the stairs.

"Alec thank goodness you are here, you are in dip shit."

"Why?"

"Dad found out you skipped school yesterday and mum is on his side."

"Well, whatever."

"You don't even care about anything, do you. You are like a monster in human flesh."

"Excuse me?"

"Yeah and you keep on being with that stupid girl that goes to your school and dresses like a slut, I prefer Edward and Daniel to you."

"Are you crazy?" He yelled angrily and she rolled her eyes.

"No am not you are a monster." She yelled and he slapped her.

He regretted it immediately and closed his eyes.

"Am sorry" He said and she rolled her eyes.

"Chloe." He called as she ran up the stairs in tears.

"Oh am so dead."

AT NIGHT

The family of the Wealth could be seen gathered around the table having dinner but with different thoughts going through their minds.

"Alec." His dad suddenly called and he looked up.

"You skipped school yesterday?" His dad asked with so much authority in his voice.

"Yes sir" He admitted knowing there is no way to deny it.

"You are joining the general class, also your friends are and Debbie, it seems like you guys intentionally skip class because you have your classroom so from tomorrow you guys stay in the same class."

"But dad...."

"One more word from you and I will freeze your account."

He sighed and kept quiet.

Chloe's mum suddenly looked at Chloe and noticed something strange about her. She was quiet and she let her hair down, her hair is always up.

"Chloe."

"Yes, mum?"

"Raise your hair," She said and Chloe exchanged a look with Alec.

He gave her an apologetic look as she raised the hair.

"Oh my God, Chloe what happened?" Her mother asked starring at her face.

"Something hot touched my face." She lied not wanting to put her brother in trouble.

"Thank you." Alec mouthed to her and she glared at him.

THE NEXT MORNING

Alec drove into the general parking lot and sighed.

"I hate you, dad." He muttered and got down with his car. His friends also drove in and they got down.

"Man, what the hell is wrong with your dad?" Edward asked and he shrugged.

"I can't believe am going to be among those dirty people, tell your dad I have OCD," Daniel said and they gave him a look.

"Don't give me that look, I don't wanna stay here."

"Let's just go in," Alec said and they nodded.

"What class are we in?" Edward asked and Alec gave him the map.

They entered the school and attention drifted to them, girls gasped as they walked and they paid no attention to them.

"Found it," Edward said and they stopped in front of a class.

They walked in and girls in the class screamed except Tracy and Lydia.

"Santa," Lydia yelled on seeing Alec. She ran to him and he groaned.

"Oh no the crazy girl is here?"He groaned and glared at her.

"My mum sent her regards to you."

"Okay, I don't know why you are calling me Santa or why your mum is sending her regards to me, well it's probably because you are crazy but stop it, it's freaking me out." He said and walked past her with his friends.

Tracy stood up and walked to her.

"That's your Santa?" Tracy asked and she nodded sadly.

"Santa doesn't want to talk to me." She mumbled and sat on her seat.

The boys sat in the front row and their teacher walked in.

"Oh, Mr. Wealth so good to have you here." The teacher said.

"Just shut up and teach." He said rudely and Lydia suddenly felt mad at him. He is rude.

"He is not my Santa anymore" She muttered.

The teacher nodded and brought out his tablet. The class went on and he asked a question.

Lydia raised her hand and he smiled.

"Yes Lydia?" he called and everyone turned to Lydia.

"What does a psycho know?" Edward said and his friends laughed.

She walked to the board and collected the marker.

"Sir you made a mistake here, you should have added it before dividing it, it makes it easier," She said and the teacher nodded.

"Thank you, Lydia," The teacher said and she clapped.

"Am Lydia."

"Yeah, we know," Alec said.

"Am just telling you cause it's obvious you can forget, I mean you don't look like someone who can remember something he was told two minutes ago, you don't always have to constitute nuisance everywhere you go, it's really bad, it makes people look at you as a local person which it looks like you are, am Lydia and I will keep on saying it forever so am Lydia." She said and the class laughed at Alec.

She also laughed too and walked to her seat happily.
