“Anna!”
She rolled her eyes. “Come on Mom, we aren't children here. We are both familiar with sex.”
Gianna's cheeks flamed with embarrassment.
Anna smiled, while she stood there contemplating the situation, the proposal, and everything she had to think about since Knox's re-entry in her life.
“You know what Mom, tell Tony I'll marry him and ask him to meet me here about seven. I want to talk to him.”
Gianna's eyes widened. “Are you serious?”
Anna nodded in confirmation. “If it's a marriage he wants, a marriage is what he'll get,” she said, a sly smile on her devilish lips.

After her mother left, eager to inform John of the wonderful news, a plan brewed in Anna’s head. She picked up her phone and called Frederick, informing him that instead of picking her up, he could come to her and there they'd spend the night—or at least half of it. He was all too happy to hear about it and so, he agreed instantly.
Anna moved around the room, picking out her favorite and newest lingerie from her drawer. She decided on a Royal blue one that complemented her curves and skin tone
perfectly. As the time rolled by, she took a shower, shampooed, and blow-dried her hair with her perfect peach fragrance.
As soon as the clock struck six, the room phone was buzzing and so was hers. It was Fred.
He arrived minutes later and without so many words, their lips spoke a language only passion understood. Soon they were in bed, riding on the waves of ecstasy with a need that extended beyond a physical one. Anna’s heart soared with the fact that she had finally found a good enough lay after weeks of searching. Fred knew when anywhere to hit it right and though Anna had to admit that he wasn't her best, she was contented with the fact that he was getting there.
Tony came to mind, but she scolded herself for thinking about him under the current circumstances. But what could she say, the man was good at what he did.
Her thoughts broke when an orgasm began to build from the very foundation of her being, slowly rising, peaking, waiting for the moment to blow her brains. Her mouth fell open, her neck arched back as she felt all her senses and nerve endings come to life. With every last powerful thrust that came along during that build-up, Anna was sure she would rest well afterward.
Moaning throatily, enjoying Fred's moans, she smiled and dipped her head to kiss him while he held her close.
“Anna!” A voice roared and Anna smiled against Fred's lips as recognition dawned.
It was Tony, and of course, Ann knew he would be there. She had also asked the concierge to let Tony Grey up when he arrived.
Fred muttered a curse and rolled over to see who the intrusive stranger was. He quickly hopped off the bed and glared at the man before his gaze shifted to Anna.
“What the hell is going on here?” he asked while wrapping a sheet around his naked self.
Anna eased up on the bed and smiled at Tony who seemed as if he was ready to burst.
Murmuring to himself, Fred retrieved his things from the floor and headed to the bathroom.
“I see you got my message,” she said, finding victory in his evident misery.

Tony and Anna both partook in heated glaring even when Fred came out of the bathroom fully dressed. He glanced at them both and shook his head before he finally settled his gaze on Anna whose eyes were still not on him. Fred could feel the tension, though he had no idea what it was all about.
“I'm going. I'll call you, Anna,” he said a bit hastily, grabbing his jacket before swinging it over his shoulder.
Anna stood then with the sheets barely covering her body. Approaching Fred and ignoring Tony, she smiled lightly before placing a gentle kiss on Frederick's mouth. “Mmm, looking forward to it.”
She watched as the elevator doors closed in front of her lover, and suddenly, she feigned a sigh, turning to her fiancé, who epitomized rage.
“You invited me here knowing you'd still be with him when I came,” he began firmly, features slightly easing. “But might I just ask, was it just to show me how much of a bad lover he is?”
Anna was completely taken aback by his words, but she didn't let her shock show too much. “He's a much better lover than you can ever be.”
“You wouldn't be standing straight if I was the one who fucked you a while ago. You'd be too breathless to even be talking, and you'd certainly be too tired to be walking around,” he said, his tone softer than it had been minutes ago. A smile tipped his lips.
Anna swallowed, knowing all that to be true, but she couldn't allow Tony to get under her skin.
“Please, don't kid yourself.”
His head leaned slightly, his eyes trailing along the length of her before his eyes met hers again. “I’d fuck you right now just to show you just how right I am, but I’ll save that for our honeymoon.”
Anna’s anger spiked all her reasons for hating him more, returning. “You fucking bastard.”
Tony scoffed. “I see you still have that fiery little tongue that I like so much.”
“I don't know what sick games you planned while you were in your little homeland, but if you think you'll be sleeping with me throughout this marriage, you have another thing coming,” she bit back sharply.
“I plan to, and of course, it will happen. You never could resist me,” he said with a smirk.
Gina wanted to slap the smug look off the bastard's face as he stood there with all his arrogance and ego, but she held on to the bit of control she had in his presence.
“You are unfuckingbelievable. What the hell do you want from me and why are you here—back in my life to do the same thing you did years ago?” Anna cursed angrily.
“I came back to make it up to you and save your father's company,” he replied calmly.
“And what if I don't agree to marry your good-for-nothing ass?”
“Then I'm afraid the company your father dedicated himself to all his life will be gone in the wind," he shrugged.
“Where's your pretty little wife anyway? Where's she while all this is happening?” Anna demanded, remembering that to be one of the reasons Tony had left her.
“There's more to this that you don't understand, Anna," Tony grounded out.
“Oh, I think I understand enough. Where's she?” she exclaimed a bit louder.
Tony’s jaw clenched. “We divorced.”
Anna’s brows shot up, having to admit that his words took her by a bit of surprise. “Oh, so you came back hoping to pick up where you left off?” Shaking her head and moving to have a drink, she donned a glass in one go and refilled it, thinking she needed the liquid courage to get her through this.
“I’ve never known you to be a drinker,” he stated.
Anna raised a brow as well as her glass. “Well I'm not the little giddy-headed teen you knew all those years ago Tony, so don't assume you know me.”
Tony lightly sighed. “Was this why you called me here? To show me your lover and the fact that you're an alcoholic?”
Anna snorted. “My lover?” she reiterated mockingly. “You make it sound so proper. The person whom you saw was just another one of my fuck buddies—I have many and most are random guys I meet at clubs or this very same hotel. Did you come back with the hopes of making amends with the innocent little Anna you knew all those years ago?” She watched as he stood there wordlessly, his jaw clenching.
“You want to know the kind of person you're going to marry, honey?” she asked rhetorically. "Then go ask the first man you see after you leave here – they probably know how I look, how I taste, how I fuçk. Matter of fact, why don't you go ask my concierge, I had my fair share of him too after realizing I had a thing for older-
“Stop!” Knox interjected sternly. “You are
shameless.”
