My Name Is Sin.

“What the hell do you need from my dad?!” I ask him.

“Everything he took from us, Ms Abel. Don’t you know? Of course, you don’t. You were so busy being dolled up by money that you never looked down on guys or human beings like us,”

“Screw you! What proof do you have that my dad is related to some illegal/terrible business?”

“Oh, you’ll find out soon. Maybe by him, or maybe by me.”

He walks away. I was getting frustrated by his actions. He was so annoying. So damn annoying.

“Who the f*ck are you?!” I shout at him, making him freeze his ground. He turns to look at me and says..

“My name is Sin.”

“Sin?”

What kind of name is that? No, it can’t be. No mother would name his kid ’Sin’. That’s just terrible. Oh yeah, this is what you need to think about, Ann, good going.

“And that’s all you need to know for now,” He says and storms off, locking the door behind him.

“No, Wait! Stop! F*ck!” I bang on the door rapidly, thinking they’ll budge to my aggression. But no one even dares to come or stand in front of my door.

“Sin? What the hell did you do to this guy, Dad?” I think to myself, dropping on the bed, surrendering for now.

----

The next day came. Since I was quiet for the whole day, one of the men passed a slip through my door that said.

This is your gift. You can roam around freely. But if you try to do anything that f*ck our minds, feel free to get locked again in your tower and wait for your prince charming.

“Ugh, brats,” I say out loud. I wasn’t afraid of them. I have never been afraid of any man. The only thing that was causing me trouble was thinking about Amara.

God, I miss her so fucking much. I knew she must have turned the whole place upside down just to have a simple clue of what happened.

I just hope she’s safe.

For now, I do what the guys gave me the freedom to do. I’ve been locked up here for so long that I needed to get out.

I went downstairs and went out to the beach. I won’t lie, the view was absolutely amazing. They made sure I didn’t swim my way out of here, so they chose an isolated island. Just like my birthday one.

I see all four douchebags...boxing.

They were being childish, pushing the other here and there, calling names as if they were bullies, and they actually enjoyed it. One of them was shirtless, and he had this tattoo starting from the left side of the chest down his arm. It was more of a tribal one with a phoenix bird in the middle of it.

Kinda unusual and poor artist’s mind.

“Oh, look gentlemen, the lady of the century is here,” one of the masked guys says.

“Buzz off,” I shout, and all the others laugh.

Douchebags. I thought to myself, and I turned to walk away. As soon as I do, I clash with...well.... him.

“Sin, not so delighted to see your...well..eye,” I say, giving him a frustrated look.

“Ooooff, you hit right at the heart, sunshine.” He says.

I suddenly realised that he was...well....almost naked. He wasn’t wearing a shirt, but he sure was wearing a black jean with a chain on them. He had his mask on, just like the others. And, of course, the eye patch.

Sin had the same tattoo as the other one. I can’t believe I didn’t see it before.

“Terrible tattoo. Got it done by a 5-year-old?”

“Actually, a 50-year-old. Quiet a good old lad, you should get one too.”

He walks past me...

“Well, I wouldn’t want this dumbsh*t bird to be made on me for the rest of my life.”

He stops and everyone else, who were laughing, changes their behaviour. They all went silent and 2 of them were almost furious.

“She crossed the line, Sin.” One of them says.

“She doesn’t know,” Sin replied.

“Yeah? Well, I should tell her myself.”

The guy rushed towards my side, making me go batsh*t crazy and I fell to the ground before he could reach me. He was about to cross where Sin was standing and he immediately stopped the guy by punching him right in the stomach.

“What the f*ck?!” I say, almost whimpering.

All the other guys rushed to his side and helped him get up.

“Sin, you know I respect you, but I also respect ‘her’. If you don’t teach this rich brat how we work here, well, I don’t want to find out what I’ll be doing myself.” The guy who just took a punch screamed at all of them.

“These naive girls know nothing and still f*cking act like they’re the queen bees!” He shouts again, trying to get a hold of me one more time.

“Luke! I’ll deal with it, okay? Just get that temper out of your head, now!” Sin shouted at him.

“Come on, Luke. Let’s go.” One of the guys, who seemed to be a little older than the other, says. He wraps this ‘Luke’s’ arm around him and takes him away.

Sin wasn’t facing me, but within a few seconds, he rushed towards me and slowly helped me get up.

I take his hand and as soon as I do, he grabs my neck a little tightly, causing me to get terrified by him.

“Ms Abel. I know you’re not too pleased being here. But please understand this. We’re providing you more than the freedom you actually deserve, you know, knowing we’re your damn kidnappers. My men may act childish in some scenarios. But interfering between our personal choices, and commenting on it, especially on one’s affection about something? I won’t tolerate that ever.”

“Make a list of them if you forget things. I wouldn’t want to remind you every single day!”

He steps back, leaving my face alone, and walks away.

“Know your place, Ms Abel.”

“KNOW IT!” he screamed.
