Abducted.

--Before the abduction--

--Anastasia--

I can’t believe Amara bought this damn island for me. How is it I’ve such terrible parents but yet they gave me an angel?

I don’t know what the hell would I do without Amara. I walk towards my room through the corridors when I see something unusual. It felt like someone was standing at the far end of the wing, staring at me. There were....two..figures?

“Why am I seeing two figures? I didn’t have that many drinks. Must be the heat around here.”

I was in my bathroom putting on my lipstick. Suddenly, I see a shadow standing behind me in the mirror.

I instantly look back but find no one.

“Okay, maybe this is the damn booze forcing me to see things.” I ignore the fact that I might not be alone right now and continued doing what I was doing.

I don’t know why, I kept getting this feeling that I was being watched by someone. Suddenly, my phone rang. It was an unknown number.

I ignored it and started brushing my hair. Then...I get a text.

Pick up or face the consequences. Last warning.

“What the f?” I laugh. I thought this was one of Amara’s stupid child games she always used to force play with me.

I look around the room and read the text again. The phone rings, startling me. I threw my phone away.

“Okay, shit!” I took some deep breaths and picked up my phone, answering the call.

“Hello?”

There was no answer but only voices of something breathing hard and rapidly.

“Okay, Sam, if this shitty play is a joke to you then-“

“Ms Abel, you’ve got 5 minutes to get out of this island. Otherwise, you’ll be caged in a bird box forever.” A deep, manipulating voice says.

“What?” They hang up.

“What the f? Hello? Who the hell is this?” And I don’t know how. My phone gets accessed or hacked by someone and the timer starts for 5 minutes.

“Okay, whoever this is, you don’t know who you’re messing with!”

“Hello?”

--beep beep--

‘4 minutes.’ The texts said.

“Screw this!”

I run through the corridors in search of Amara.

“Amara! H-“ Before I could call her, I started feeling dizzy.

“What the...”

I see a figure coming towards me, with a black outfit.

“Hey there, sunshine. Let’s go away for a while, shall we? We’ve got a lot of business to do,” the figure said.

“Oh, stay...the h....away,”

And I pass out.

----

I woke up. It was almost midnight. Looking around, I see some new clothes and footwear for me to wear. And there was also a note.

Dress up like a Barbie doll.

To tell you the truth, you’re not getting out of here without our consent. There’s no way as you’ve already seen.

There’s food and clothes for you.

“What the f*ck?! Yeah, nicely done, Amara,” I almost shout.

I look around to see that I was in some type of mansion. It was definitely not the one I’d been in before.

“Hello? Amara? Jay? Anyone?! Look, if this is some type of joke, I’m really hungover for it.”

There was no answer.

“Fine, if you wanna play, let’s play.” I got up and walked towards the door. As I twist the handle, it doesn’t open.

“What?!”

I do it again, this time, a little harsh than before.

“Amara?! Where are you?! AMARA!”

I bang on the door, now a little terrified.

“Amara, are you okay? Are you there?! Please, open this damn door! This isn’t funny!”

“Who the hell are you? What the hell is going on?” I pick up my bag and get into the defence position. Look out and see I was on an island, but not the one where I was before.

This one was smaller and in a whole other area.

“Okay, what the fuck is going on!?” I rushed towards my things. I had everything: lipstick, wet wipes and other things, but my cellphone was missing.

“Okay, you’re dreaming. Calm down. You’re just fucking dreaming!” I try to fool myself and suddenly, the door swings open.

“What the fuck?!” 5 men in black outfits walked in. All of their faces were covered with masks. They had broad bodies and two of them had....guns.

“Who the hell are you? What the hell is going on?” I pick up my bag and get into the defence position.

“Stay there and tell me what’s going on!” I scream at them. One guy takes a few steps forward. He wasn’t hesitating, nor did he fear me hitting him with my bag.

“Why so sneaky?” He asks. The guy had an eye patch and a hoodie over his head. It was pretty unusual to see someone wearing a patch. His voice was deep and...he had purple eyes.

“What?!” I ask hesitantly.

“Didn’t I leave you a note? Did I not say clearer?” he says.

“Say what?!”

“Well, if you’re so naïve to figure it out yourself, then I guess I have no choice but to tell you what’s going on here.”

The other guys laugh and the two who had guns on them, point it straight at my head.

“You’re going to kill me?!” I ask, almost hyperventilating.

The purple-eyed guy walks straight towards me. I barely stay my ground, but I do.

“They were wrong about you. Others said you’re the sweetest little thing one could desire, but you’re impulsive as hell.”

“What the hell do you mean by that?!”

“Oh, poor Sunshine. Look around you. You’re in the middle of nowhere and you’re alone. All you see is the ocean outside and 5 men in front of you. What does that tell you?”

I stay numb. I didn’t want to believe it, but I guess it was true. I wasn’t dreaming any of it! I wasn’t.

I’ve been abducted.
