chapter 1

Bedegraine's POV

I am currently walking towards the grocery store. I have to buy something for the house first. I need to buy groceries first. I may not eat that anymore. Naku.

As I walk. I pick out what I need at home like shampoo, fresh vegetables and fruits, and whatnot. Of course, I'm just difficult. I have no money.

My parents were dead at my sinco age, that's what my uncle promised. The hardships of my life from then until now. Fortunately, I was able to study with the help of my uncle, but I did not graduate either. I was only in high school so I had no knowledge of the world.

It's also early because my uncle came so that's why. I no longer have parents, I no longer have an uncle. Now I am alone in life. I just work as a saleswoman at my cousin’s rugged store. He always scolded me and even made me a muchacha in their house. Command here, command there, command everywhere. Fortunately, I go home every time I finish what I'm doing there at Masungit's store. I earn up to five hundred. If you look at those again. I can't remember the rest of my past. It's been a long time. I don't know, I feel like I'm amnesiac. I don't even remember anything about my parents. Everything seems to be erased.

My uncle said that my parents were dead. I don't know what the reason is.

I just sighed as I looked at the shampoo I took. These are just. I don't have the money to buy a fancy shampoo.

I immediately walked towards the cashier’s habit. I'm carrying one thousand now. One thousand was given to me by my cousin. I don't know about that, I'm in a good mood so I give a lot. It rarely gives out large ones. Usually five hundred. It just fits me, after all I don't have anyone at home.

I lined up first until the one in front of me left. I followed and put my purchases on the counter.

"970.00 pesos, ma'am." My mara almost came out but I didn't notice it and I just presented the money here.

Alas, I have run out of one thousand. I don't have a fare home for that. I'm still going to the park today because I have to criticize my friend Boy. I'm so fond of gays. Boy is gay. His name is Boy but that's just his nickname. He is a boy but a girl.

I don’t call him boy because it’s ugly to listen to. I call her Sandy. Andre is his name but I’m used to actually calling him Sandy.

"Here's your change, ma'am." I quickly accepted the change and hurried out of the grocery store.

I'm going to the park first now. Maybe that gay is already waiting for me. I'll just walk there, because I might not have the fare home.

Sandy is in the park now because she sells kwek-kwek, fish ball, tempora, isaw and whatnot. It will definitely make me really hungry. I can't shake those foods.

There is still ice cream there. Oh really. I don’t really want to spend big anymore.

I just close my eyes to what I thought. I just continued on my walk while carrying my groceries. The number of things I bought. Fortunately, I didn't run out of money.

I was about to reach the park so I doubled my walking speed as soon as I got there.

When I got there in the park, my eyes immediately searched for that gay man's food cart and I only saw it near the big tree.

I accelerated my walk even more when I immediately got into its habit. When he saw me his smile widened.

"BAKLAAAA!"

It screamed so loud that its costumers turned to me. The noise of these gays.

"Your noise," I promised when I could get close to it. I immediately landed on the side I bought. "Why are you sending me here? I still have to go back to my cousin's house because I have to sell first," I said.

I first turned there to the people eating. Wahh, I feel like I'm starving while looking at them. Nakakaguton naman. I feel like I want to buy but I don't have the money to buy. Why am I struggling?

"Why did you agree to be a muchacha there at your cousin's house? That's it, you're the one who's having a hard time." Kunot-noong saad nito while busy with what he is doing to take care of customers.

"What else can I do? If I don't agree I will suffer more in life, it's a good thing and somehow I make money every day." I smiled at it and sighed.

"How's that? Oh, by the way, mom gave it to you." It presented me with a bag and I knew in that bag it contained food. Because gay's mother always gives me food.

"Say thank you. Your mother has been giving me food so often, ah?" I smiled and accepted the bag of food.

I opened the bag first and smelled it. It's delicious, I still like this caldereta. Even though the food was inside a container I could still smell the aroma of the caldereta.

I'm getting hungry. "It's delicious. I'm already hungry," I laughed as my little titanium whispered.

"Of course, isn't it? My mother did what she did, duh." I stared at his response to me. Even when really. This gay man is still really rude from high school until he graduated from college and graduated from an engineering course but ended up as a food vendor.

It would be a pity if he didn't start being an engineer. He is smart and they also have the ability in life unlike me who only finished high school because they wanted to.

"All right, I won't be long. I need to go home. I still have a lot to buy," I said bluntly and immediately took my groceries.

"All right, be careful. You might encounter some misfortune on the road. It's still Friday the 13th." Napakunot naman ang aking noon sa sinabi nito friday the 13th.

"Or, what does friday the 13th have to do with misfortune?" It laughs out loud while cooking a fish ball. His customers are also waiting so they can still wait a long time.

"You don't really know, do you? You'll really watch. Eh, you don't really know." He laughed again so I just turned around and immediately walked away then left him laughing.

Crazy, what is that?

I hadn't been far from my gay friend's food cart when I suddenly collided with something so I stopped walking.

"I'm sorry," I immediately promised

It fell to the floor so confused and I quickly helped it.

"I'm sorry. I didn't see you," I promised the boy. It looks like it’s only been four years.

The nose is pointed and the eyelashes are long, then the cheeks are red and the eyebrows are thick. Its eyes are still green. If to me it's brown and to him it's green, is that possible? The child looks like a barbie doll, we look like we have the same face. Hehe, just a joke ... It looks like they're the same. I'm not assuming that's my child. I was so young.

Whoever the mother of that child is, that must be beautiful. The child copied my face. Boy version ko? Charot.

"I'm sorry, are you okay? Is something wrong with you?" I quickly knelt down in front of it and laid down my purchase on the side first.

The boy just stared at me and nodded slowly. It smiled at me so I felt what. He's cute. I feel like, cute.

"I'm okay, don't wowwy." Oh, the child is English. What does it say? Don't wowwy? What's that?

"Where are your parents? Are you alone?" I rolled my eyes buying around to find the parent of this cute child. I will really abduct this child when the parents are not there, in case I have nothing to feed him so just don't.

"No," it replied once shake. It looked at my side. "I want ice kwim." It pointed to the one on our side. It was only then that I realized that we were close to selling ice cream.

"Huh?" I ask here.

"I want ice kwim. I want ice kwim," he said so I stood up and pulled out my wallet.

I opened it. Jusmiyo, I don't have a fare if I buy this child. After all, I can't refuse him. He's cute because eh.

Hey, I'm really just going to walk home if I buy this kid. I only have 30 pesos left.

How is that?

"I want ice kwim," he repeated as he looked up at me.

He's cute!

"All right, all right, I'll buy you. What flavor do you want?" His face lit up.

"I want stwawbewwy!" This child is really confused by the letter 'R'.

"Okay, wait for me here, ah? I'll buy you ice cream." The child nodded so I couldn't help but smile at it.

I approached the ice cream vendor. I bought one first and then I went back to the child's habit.

"This, consume that, okay?" I smiled as I presented the ice cream to the child. He happily accepted it and started eating.

"Thank you," he said and looked at me. I stroked its head and watched it eat.

Where is the parent of this child? If it really doesn't have a parent, I'll take it.

"I'm done," the boy said so I glanced at it. The tendency to speak English.

He had a lot of dirt because of the ice cream he ate. Alas, this child is so filthy.
