Chapter 4 I'm stuck!

TING TONG!

The sound of Klara's house bell startled her, who was calming herself down by doing yoga. The calm almost disturbed his focus as he closed his eyes listening to the beautiful instrumental music. Klara tried to ignore the disturbance from her house bell.

Once again, the doorbell rang. Even until repeatedly pressed. Klara, who had lost focus, quickly opened her eyes. His eyes continued to focus on the main door.

"Oh my god! Who else is trying to distract me early in the morning like this? Errrr!" snorted anger. Klara felt that there was only a disturbance while she was doing yoga.

Bringing extreme anger, Klara quickly ran towards the door before opening it. The door was carefully unlocked. After the door was opened, Riani was seen with her luggage standing in front of the door with a smile.

"Riani.."

"Hi, Klara my friend.." she greeted with a feeling of shame. Had to come to Klara's house to ask for help. What happened when Riani took his luggage and went to Klara's house?

A hot cup of tea was prepared for Riani, whom she invited into the house. The cup of tea was placed on the table near the sofa. Riani calmly sipped the tea without thinking. While Klara just sat opposite her.

"Why did you come here? Didn't you say you wanted to stay in a hotel?" asked Klara, wanting to know the purpose of coming there. Riani quickly put her cup of tea on the table before starting to speak.

"Yesterday, I went to the hotel to book a room but..."

"But what?"

"But...the hotel I went to didn't have any empty rooms."

"After that, are you looking for another hotel?"

"I've looked everywhere, but I can't find an empty room at all. I'm stuck," she explained to Klara.

"So, why did you come here?"

"I....want to stay here with you."

"Wait? What? Are you kidding me?"

"Please...I have nowhere else to go. Even last night I had to sleep in the car. Please help this best friend of yours.." Riani begged while arranging her ten fingers for help.

"I'm sorry, Riani. There are no empty rooms in my house. My parents live here with me.."

"Wait? You said your parents live here? Didn't you say you lived alone all this time?"

"That was before. Now, when my parents know that I work here, they decide to take care of my food and drink. I'm sorry, Riani. I can't help you." Klara also apologized for not being able to help Riani.

Hearing that, Riani was even more stunned. She began to think of a solution to find a place to live. His face was downcast. Fortunately, today is a public holiday. Riani still has a chance to find another house to rent. She hoped someone would help him.

Breakfast is ready to be served on the table for his employer in the house. Sera, a maid in charge of taking care of George and Riani's food and drink and helping clean the house. Sera has been working for them for quite some time, so she is quite experienced at taking care of their affairs. She is in charge of taking care of all affairs in the house.

When breakfast was already placed on the dining table, Sera rushed to find George as the head of the family to invite him to eat the breakfast that had been prepared. She quickly faded into George's bedroom. There was a knock on the door of the room before she started to speak. George, who had just finished dressing, quickly looked at Sera, who was standing in front of the door of her room, which was already wide open.

"Sir, breakfast is ready," she said his main job.

"Okay." George only answered one word without a smile on his face. He looked very serious.

Sera was quick to search for Riani's whereabouts in the bedroom. While George started moving down to the kitchen to have breakfast. Unexpectedly, Charlie was already in front of their house at that time. As his father instructed, Charlie invited Riani home to manage their marriage. His presence who had just stepped into the yard was quickly noticed by George. Charlie moved closer to him in the house as George was already watching him from a distance.

"Good morning, Dad." Charlie greeted George at the front door. George, who was cold without a smile, kept changing his facial expression. A smile etched on his lips.

"Charlie, did you come here to take Riani?"

"Yes, Dad. My daddy asked me to come here and take him away to take care of our marriage," he explained with a smile. George, who was excited about the arrival of his future son-in-law to the house, quickly led him into the house towards the kitchen. George was overjoyed.

"That's good. I hope you two are doing well today," he said, feeling happy. His hand calmly held Charlie's shoulder as he led him into the dining room.

"Yes, Dad," he replied with a chuckle. George is so in love with Charlie without knowing Charlie's true background. It was so easy for him to trust this man because of business.

Sera, who had just left Riani's bedroom, quickly ran downstairs to find George on the ground floor. Sera's anxious expression was seen by the two men who were preparing to eat breakfast. It looks like something is wrong.

"Why, Sera? Also, prepare a meal for my future son-in-law. He must be hungry." he said, treating Charlie like a son-in-law. Sera just looked at Charlie.

"Sir, Miss Riani is not in the room."

"Not there? Maybe she's jogging in the park.."

"No, sir. I don't think she is jogging. There are no clothes in her closet either."

"What?! Did she run away from home?" asked George, also surprised.

"I think so.." answered Sera.

Hearing the news that Riani had run away from home, both of them felt disappointed. Charlie was also surprised to hear Riani's brave action. They were just silent thinking about something. So much so that Riani was willing to run away from home just because she didn't want to marry Charlie. Riani is quite brave.
