The Unknown Killer.
DIANA'S POV.
" Woah!".
" Slow down will you", I yelled at him.
He was driving at an incredibly high speed and roughly, that seemed to state that my life would be claimed soon.
And there he goes again, acting deaf.
How can a sensible human being just give me a swift glance after an instruction and just ignore me?
" Sto...", The car suddenly screeched sending me forward.
I could swear if I didn't have enough stamina, I could have hit my chest hard against the steering.
I turned my flaming gaze toward him, and there he was nowhere to be found.
" Get off", I heard his deep voice behind me and I jolted immediately in reflex.
I swallowed hard.
" This guy would be the end of me", I rolled my eyes at him getting off his damn cheap car.
" Follow me", He said lowly and then began to trot forward.
His speed was crazy, I was run-walking. If that was even a correct conjoined word.
Is it just me or does this journey seem like a never-ending one?
Why are we even headed?
The street around here is too quiet, I hope he doesn't have an ulterior motive.
I'm safe.
Should I run for my life or stay?
" The first option is best", I suddenly heard him scoff.
" Huh?", I raised my brows, tryna understand what he meant or where he was heading to.
His feet suddenly stopped, and he slowly made a turn toward me.
He was now facing me.
That was the problem, I didn't expect that.
And 'slam!', My head got hit hard against his rock-like chest.
I feel dizzy.
" Run for your life girl", He gritted his teeth.
And then my unserious demeanor wiped off.
"Run!" I could hear Mr. Varane yell again in my head as he sliced bullets out of the air as Kosovo men opened fire, he charged upfront and took out two, creating an opening for me I burst through and ran.
" Run!", Luka repeated.
" Shut it!", I could feel my hair standing in front.
I could feel the burning rage in my body multiplying.
I kept a keen gaze on him. I could feel his gaze on my hardened.
Not only hard, but his gaze was cold. Much colder than our previous meeting.
I was practically shaking inside but my outer self was stern.
" You shouldn't test my patience girl ", His voice was getting deeper.
" And what if I want to".
" I'm testing your patience already. Do your worst", She stood her ground.
" I .. ", My words hung in the air.
I swear.
I knew it.
I did see his eyes turn yellow.
This yellow eye is fire, it's full of fury.
Is it too late to say sorry?
" I dare you to say another word", His breath was rasped.
I could feel my feet weakening.
There's only one way to get through this, it works every time.
I shut my eyes closed and slowly I fell to the floor.
I was unconscious.
Or maybe not.
" Shit!", I could hear him groan.
I heard footsteps approaching me, I wondered what he was up to now.
I felt a hand slowly lift me off the floor and almost immediately I felt brushed hard against a hard surface; which I suppose is his chest.
He must be carrying me now.
Yeah, I'm a genius.
AMANDA'S POV
I held on to the gun, firmly.
I had no time to make mistakes.
It's clear I got here a little bit too late, I must revive my master.
First I must search for him.
The company was in ruins already.
I made my way toward the almost broken elevator.
On second thought I had to take the stairs.
The stairs are wrecked too.
I hate this.
Does this even leave a possibility for any survival, I don't think so!
Damn it.
I pulled out the spy rope, and shut it up in the ceiling, I guess it's time to dangle off.
Finally, I got to his office.
And there he laid, in his blood.
"Master!", I dashed over to him quickly.
" Master", I called out softly.
He can't possibly be dead.
No, he can't.
Then why isn't he answering?
Why isn't he!.
" Amanda, get me out of here", I suddenly heard a faint voice.
" You are alive ", I breathe out a sigh of relief.
" I will get you to the hospital immediately ", I replied sharply.
" I don't need their help".
" Take me to somewhere different place", His speech was cooking up together.
" Where? ", I asked him.
" Take me to the warehouse", His order was strict.
But why the warehouse of all places?
8:45 pm.
LUKA'S POV
How long does it take before she gets up?
She is such a lousy sleeper.
Yet, something was fascinating about her, something that drew me to her.
Her smell is wavering.
The smell that made me think she was a Werewolf, keeps wavering.
" What's that", My head suddenly snapped toward the window, but there was nothing there.
I could swear I did see it.
There's an intruder.
I can feel it, my wolf is restless.
And the hair on my body is standing upright, that's no coincidence.
My feet already got to work, trotting toward the window.
I adjusted the curtains cautiously.
I examined the night closely, it was dead silent.
Almost.
He thought he could escape my gaze, wrong.
I turned my back to the window slowly, taking cautious steps, toward the cushion, just opposite the damn shooter, and of course cautiously.
UNKNOWN POV
I kept my keen gaze on the target.
Luka.
He wasn't an easy lion to tame, that's why I came prepared.
That's unlike him, retreating before his enemy could strike.
" Another trick, huh? ", A smirk plastered on my lips.
" Change of plans", I launched my gun down and then I made my way to his home.
Why don't we give him a surprise visit, on when would hold on to and never forget.
