Chapter 5

Oh freak... but before that I wanna have fun with you." When the man said that, he slowly walked closer to Noah. Meanwhile, Noah retreated further away. "I will give you a chance if you escape from me then I won't chase you anymore. Run as you can." he promised firmly with the knife ready in his hand.

But if I catch you..you know what might happen next.." he said with a smile. Noah was standing like a statue, he didn't know if he would run or faint from fear. "why are you still standing there? Run mother  F*ker!" Now shouts the man with glaring eyes. Noah obeyed what the man said out of fear.

He ran very fast even if he was staggering when walking. He could also hear in the distance the shouting and laughing of the man who was chasing him.

Run don't stop or else I'll might Caoth you." He said laughing and full of excitement. Noah ran fast even though he was panting. If before he was the one chasing the people he bullied, now he is the one being chased by people he doesn't know. While he was running, he did not notice a broken bottle on the road. He screamed in pain and fell to the floor when he felt the broken glass sink into his leg. His shoes were so thin that they easily pierced his feet.

"F-fvk!" he sobbed in pain and tried to pull the bruised leg.

"Hmm? Why did you stop?" he heard the man ask in the distance. When he saw it coming towards him, he let go of the bruise on his leg and tried to stand up and run, but the first time he tried, he immediately fell to the ground. Shaking with fear, he crawled on the floor just to escape. "You look like a dog who is crawling in the ground." the man said laughing.

"Fvk you!" said Noah even though it was difficult to crawl on the floor. He tried to move his hand and foot to get away from the man who was getting closer and closer to him.

"How pitiful..I thought you are not easy to handle but damn look at you now.."said the man pretending to be sad and pitiful. Noah didn't say a word because he was busy crawling. His leg is still in pain so no matter how hard he tries to stand up or move his leg, he can't do it. "Hey why are you wasting your time when you already knew that I caught you." When the man said that, he grabbed Noah's foot and pulled it closer to him.

"W-what the! let me go! you punk!" Noah gasped and struggled with the man's grip on him.

"Shh relax. You make too much noise." the man said weakly while still holding her foot.

"Let go of me!"

"Oh? Just yesterday you had the courage to call me a cutie dog but now look at you.." she said shaking her head which made Noah's eyes widen even more.

"T-theo?!" He shouted as he could clearly see the face of the man in front of him.

"Finally you know who I am." Theo replied with a smile.

"Y-you! h-how..

"How what?" He raised his eyebrows as he bowed to meet her face. "You seem so shocked.." Theo said. You can see the shock on Noah's face.

"What are you doing this?! Aren't you scared for your life?!" Noah asked, making Theo laugh out loud.

"Scared of my life? Pft.. I'm the one who should ask you that. Aren't you scared that I'll kill you right now?" now he was serious and there was no trace of joking in his voice.

"Ha..are you doing this because of what happened yesterday in the cafeteria?" Noah asked curiously. There was no other reason for Theo to do this to him other than what happened yesterday. "Fvck HAHAHAH you are so hilarious. Are you doing this because you can't accept that you are a cutie dog?!" he asked laughing. Even though he is scared, he still manages to laugh and tease.

"Not really. I'm not mad because of that."

"Then what?!"

You want me to say?" said Theo while slapping Noah's face with the knife. He trembled even more with fear, he didn't even think that the Theo he met in the cafeteria is very different now." you fvking touch what's mine. "Theo said firmly and tugged on Noah's hair.

S-sh*t! Are you talking about liana? now I see.. you're more mad because I touch her." she said laughing again even though theo's tugging on her hurt. "Even if you act like a good boy I know that she will never like you!" he laughed.

The expression on Theo's face changed, his previously calm face was replaced by annoyance and anger.

Theo you are so- AHHHHH!!!!Stop!" He screamed in pain when he was suddenly grabbed by Theo's stab in the left eye. Theo pressed the knife causing it to sink in. Stop! It's hurt she screamed and tried to push Theo but he didn't have the strength anymore.

"It's hurt?" Theo asked without emotion. He pulled the knife to his eyes which caused other blood to splash on his face and clothes.

"A-ah..uhh! My eyes!!!" said Noah and covered his eyes which now had a lot of blood flowing. "You crazy bastard! You'll pay for this!" he pointed his finger at Theo.

"Okay I'll wait for that but right now you're the first one should pay." when Theo said that he stabbed Noah in the chest again and after that he scolded him. Noah was not able to cheer up because he immediately lost his breath. When he was sure that the man lying on the floor was dead, Theo immediately stood up. He looked at it as if looking at the beautiful project he had done.

"Tch, I waste my time but it's worth it." Theo said with a smile. "You dare touch what's mine. How brave you are." he said and kicked Noah's face. He took the knife that was on the floor and wiped it with his hand.

There is a smile and pity that wraps around his body. He feels that he has solved the problem that hindered him. It took a few minutes for him to think about leaving. He just left the man lying on the floor bathing in his own blood. He didn't want to waste any more time so he left as if nothing had happened.

"Good evening everyone. Leave the diners aside again because the News I am about to announce is unpleasant. A man was found dead here in a small alley. He was found lifeless and bathed in his own blood. He was identified as John Noah, Centineo A 17-year-old student. What happened to the culprit was horrible until now. Who will do that to him? What he did to Noah was so heartless and inhuman...

"Wtf! why did you do that!"

"What? I told you it's mine."

"No! That's why I took it first."

Argument between two who look like a dog and a cat. Meanwhile Liana was just watching the two. He also wondered why he had such a child-like friend.

"Can you be quiet even now?" Liana said irritated, which was immediately silenced by the two. "You are like children." he added.

"Tsk, it's because this is Carlo! Did he take the pancake that he knows is my favorite." Anas jia snorted.

"Oh why? I was the first to buy!" Carlo replied.

"What are you doing! I was about to buy that, damn it!"

They continue to fight. Liana was tired of stopping the two so she pretended not to hear and turned her attention to the food in front of her. He played with it with a spoon while there were so many questions running through his mind. He asks himself if he didn't fight with Noah. He doesn't feel any guilt now because he is the cause of his death.

"Oh Theo here!" When Jia shouted, Liana immediately turned around. When she turned around, she saw Theo in the distance walking towards her.

"It's good that he got in.." he said weakly to himself.

"Nice, it looks fresh," Carlo said to Theo.

"Ah..thanks." Theo thanked a little shyly. "Um can I eat with you guys?" He asked holding her neck.

"Sure!" Jia quickly agreed.

"You answered quickly, it's obvious that someone likes Theo." Carlo said while looking at Jia as if judging his whole personality.

H-Hey, no! I just said that he can come eat with us." Jia apologized. Theo smiled slightly at the two. He sat next to liana and greeted with a smile.

Ah Theo, I'm sorry I didn't accompany you to the entrance earlier. You weren't outside so I thought you were ahead of me." Liana asked for patience.

"Oh it's okay." Theo's short but smiling reply.

"Why did you come in now? I'm just asking because I'm guilty that I didn't knock on your house." Liana said with a guilty expression on her face.

"I just fixed a problem last night so I woke up at noon." Theo answered. Liana just nodded and didn't say anything more. Who is he to ask what Theo is fixing."I'm also sorry, Pala, because you came in alone." he said making jia stop.

That's where the mass issue came in.

"Yee, you two are so excited. I wish there was someone with you every time you go in and out?" he said with envy and excitement.

"Jia!" liana Kay jia said weakly to stop it Theo, I just have a question." Carlo said now. Liana looked at Carlo, just by his appearance she knew he was going to ask something silly.

Sure, what is it?" asked Theo with a smile.

Liana felt nervous because she didn't know what nonsense was going on in carlo's brain.

"I've been wanting to ask you for a long time. Eh..." said Carlo who stopped for a moment and looked at Liana. " Someone wants Kaba- hmmpk!"

He couldn't finish what he wanted to ask when Liana shoved the whole pancake into Carlo causing him to almost choke.

Haha...a-I know if you're hungry Carlo, so eat this first." Liana panicked and was about to feed Carlo a pancake.

"Hmpk! Kitaw mop mawy kaipp pako! You see there's food there!

carlo forced words.

"My gosh, Carlo choked!" Jia said worriedly. Liana took the glass of juice that was on the table and handed it to Carlo. carlo drank it quickly.

Damn..ha..are you trying to kill me Liana?" Carlo frowned and held his breath. Liana couldn't answer but just sat there nervously. "I almost saw death," he said while patting his chest.

Are you okay? You want more water?" Theo asked worriedly and offered the water he was holding.

Carlo took it and quickly swallowed it.

"S-sorry Carlo..i-I thought you were hungry so I followed you." Liana apologized. He knew his excuse was pointless but that was the only thing that came to his mind so he said it.

"Hey.. I know you don't want me to ask that but I hope we don't get to that point." Carlo said disappointedly.

"Hmm? What do you want to ask? It seems very important." Theo asked in surprise. He didn't know what Carlo wanted to ask him so he was even more confused and c-curious.

"Ahh Theo! L-lets go?" Liana suddenly gasped and stood up. As before, Theo looked at him in surprise, maybe he was still confused by Liana's actions.

"Let's go? To where?" Theo asked curiously.

"Pft, are you running away Best?" Jia said with a laugh. Liana looked at him badly. It was as if he kept quiet.

"S-in what...in the um...garden! t-let's just eat in the garden." Liana stammered in panic. He didn't wait for Theo to speak or agree. He immediately kissed her hand and walked out of the cafeteria. They heard carlo and jia calling them but liana ignored it. He just pulled Theo towards the garden. When they arrived Liana was relieved.

"Why do you want to eat here?" asked Theo while sitting on the chair. Liana also sat down slowly with still on her face." hey? are you okay? you look pale." he asked one after another as his hand touched Liana's forehead.

"H-huh? o-oh yeah I'm fine." Liana stammered and looked away. He can't look at Theo because of his shame.

Carlo and jia are going to kill me for shame.

"Oh okay. "Theo said and removed his hand from liana's forehead. "Anyway, why do you want to eat here with me?" he asked again.

Liana doesn't know what to answer, neither does she because she knows why she brought Theo here.

"Ah... Because.. it's cold here and the air is fresh so I thought it would be better to eat here." Liana excused herself.

"Yeah you're right." answered Theo. He took the bread he was carrying and handed it to Liana. "Here, I buy it for you." he said smiling

"T-thanks. You don't need to do this." Liana said shyly. He took the bread from Theo." it's embarrassing for you." he added.

"Gosh, don't be shy, I really bought it for you. I think you like sweets, so that's why I bought it." he said. Liana only gave a smile. He opened the bread and Theo ate it as well. They ate quietly while looking at the plants.

"Um, by the way, theo, did you already know what happened to Noah?" breaking Liana's silence. Theo slightly looked at him, looking like he didn't know.

"Noah? why? what happened to him?" asked Theo curiously.

"So you still don't know?"

"Yeah? I don't know what happened to him after we fought in the cafeteria." Theo replied.

Liana didn't know how to tell Theo that Noah was dead. She sighed before thinking of speaking.

"Actually.. Noah is dead." Liana said sadly. He watched Theo's face. He thought he would be surprised but he just looked at him with no emotion.

"Oh..really? how?" Theo asked as if thinking.

"Someone brutally killed him." Liana replied briefly but the sadness was still on her face. "He was killed in a brutal way and left as if nothing had happened," he said.

Theo was quiet as if he was thinking about something. For some unknown reason, Liana feels something wrong. Shouldn't he be surprised and sad? But why does he seem to have no reaction at all?

"I'm speechless...why would he kill Noah? I guess the killer has a reason?" said Theo.

"Yeah it's possible but it doesn't make sense to me. He shouldn't have killed someone because of madness." Liana said with annoyance in her voice.

"You have a point." was Theo's only answer.

"Hays.. whoever did that to Noah has a very broken heart. What sane person would kill him." Liana said angrily. To him, a demon would do such a thing.

"Ha..relax. why are we talking about that guy? he's already dead and we can't do anything anymore." Theo said calmly.

Theo is right what else can they do.

"Can you stobully and thinking about him?" Theo continued as Liana looked at him. His face is serious and his reaction posture is not good.

"I-i..

"Stop talking about him when you are with me." Theo snapped. In these moments, no words came out of liana's mouth. For reasons not mentioned, he felt fear in Theo's eyes. "Focus your attention to me. I hate it when you're talking about someone else." Theo said softly but enough for liana to hear.

Will liana be thrilled or scared? Various emotions surround him now.
